Defeating The Soviet Union - Its Tyranny, Oppression, Barriers To Self Determination

     In the 1970s and 1980s, the US national focus was on defeating the totalitarian philosophy of government in the Soviet Union. As the cracks in the Soviet bloc of nations began to show, President Reagan made his famous “tear down this Wall” speech, shown in the photos above, at the Berlin Wall in June 1987.

     The Soviet Union repressed its own citizens and those in adjoining countries. It assigned dictators to suit its own wishes in Soviet Bloc countries. Soviet Bloc governments would only allow their citizens to purchase products made in the Soviet Bloc of countries. Jobs and educational opportunities for individual citizens were defined and assigned by government bureaucracies. 

     Soviet Bloc books and art had to meet government standards to avoid imprisonment of their authors and publishers, free expression of individual beliefs and religion were banned or severely constrained everywhere. Imports of products from Western countries were not officially permitted though a black market existed and was frequently used by government officials to suit themselves, while citizens would be severely punished for that same conduct. People could not travel freely to the West, and internal passports and official permission were required to move about internally in many places. 

     Official government minders were everywhere, and citizens were encouraged and rewarded for reporting people who expressed themselves in ways which contradicted official government policies. Some of those citizens were labeled as dissidents and confined to psychiatric hospitals to silence their voices.

The Afghan Mujahadin In The Reagan Oval Office

     This was the totalitarian philosophy which Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan were determined to defeat in the late 1970s and 1980s as they joined the US with freedom fighters against the December 1979 Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. Carter and his CIA Director Admiral Stansfield Turner made the early moves. They began CIA’s Operation Cyclone in January 1980 with non-lethal aid, followed by shipments of surplus British Lee-Enfield bolt action rifles left over from World War II. Enter UBL And KSM – Young Mujahadin Idealists Who Fought The Soviet Union First

     Throughout the 1980s, the US empowered, enabled, and enriched the mujahadin to defeat the Soviet Union in Afghanistan, and made many connections there, including through the neighboring Pakistani government, its Army, and its ISI intelligence service. Usama bin Ladin (UBL), the 23 year old son of a Saudi construction billionaire, arrived in Afghanistan in 1980, and made many of those same connections - with other mujahadin, and with Pakistan Army general officers and ISI commanders. In 1987, Khalid Shiekh Mohammed (KSM), a BS Mechanical Engineering graduate from North Carolina, traveled for the first time to Afghanistan and met with Bin Ladin to share some ideas for the future as Soviet defeat seemed to be nearing. 

     Eventually, US, Saudi, and Chinese arms and aid packages, and the determination of the mujahadin to take the fight to the Soviet superpower, led to Soviet withdrawal. In April 1988, the Soviet Union agreed to withdraw from Afghanistan, which they completed with the last armored column leaving the country in February 1989. 

American Values - Public Hypocrisy And American Political Leaders

     It was in this Spring 1988 timeframe, as the mujahadin finally triumphed over the oppressions of the Soviet Army in Afghanistan, when I met Dick Cheney and Leonard Leo, posing as Ralph and Leonard of TMG. They were to write essential software my company, LazerSoft, needed to complete a key mainframe to optical disk hardware and software integration project at the regional electric utility, Puget Sound Power & Light. That was their cover story. 

     But it was part of an already epic sequence - a long-running, total, complete, comprehensive set of US government lies perpetuated at vast taxpayer expense. This program of illegal bioweapon experiments and racketeering acts was operated in the same spirit as Dachau Concentration Camp prisoners were used in Nazi Germany’s experiments on humans from 1933 to 1945. The US government has run these same types of illegal experiments in plain sight, inside what appeared to be normal neighborhoods and private businesses, not behind concertina wire inside a camp. Guards operate in plain clothes, adults posing as students, agents and officers posing as worshippers, minders posing as mechanics, sales representatives, human resources managers, and the like. Sometimes they run completely faked government-owned or secretly co-owned businesses. Sometimes they let their victims believe they are running things - that was LazerSoft, my part of this story in Spring 1988 – as a totally duped, unwitting human experiment in the land of the free. 

     LazerSoft, which I joined in 1986, was actually a CIA cover operation overseen by Deputy Director Bob Gates, known as my software VP Tim to me, and alternately funded and starved by CIA, using DS&T allocations laundered by Burns through some medical doctors, bankers, and armored car company owners phony checking accounts. 

     Soon after Reagan’s June 1987 Berlin Wall speech, the CIA and US Army destroyed my first marriage in late 1987, thereby forcing forfeiture of family and our family home in April 1988, by using oxytocin on my first wife to marry her off to the installer of the Porteau Cove, British Columbia, improvised melatonin device (melatonin is the sleep hormone), the specially modified cell phone equipment box which almost sent both of us flying off a sea cliff with no guard rail at around 90 kilometers per hour to the railroad tracks along Howe Sound, some 100 feet or so below. 

     After that Spring 1988 TMG meeting with Cheney and Leo, I met my Army assigned second wife Jeanette, courtesy of US Secret Service/CIA/Army orchestration. They secretly arranged and a mid-1988 weeknight undercover police powers dance party in the basement of Bellevue’s Greenwood Inn. My key software contractor, an SMU electrical engineer software contractor from Texas named Stephen Waters, was the connection to that dance party – two guys and one table of a half-dozen women – with one clear standout in that afterwork group. Jeanette and I would remain together from 1988 - with a Secret Service Biden lookalike (or the famous person himself slightly disguised) after he had announced for President in 1988. He posed as my father-in-law from 1990 and brought more relatives as my in-laws – officers and agents from Army, FBI, Secret Service, and others.

     This second marriage was also a lie, a coerced Army Intelligence enlisted soldier and her son with a peculiar ethnic resemblance to UBL, likely the result of an assault on her while she operated as belly dancer bait in the Middle East. His supposed father looked nothing like him, but did bear a strong resemblance to a later Senator from Wyoming, John Barasso, apparently looking in from time to time on the illegal human experiment victims in Kirkland, Washington, as others were as well.

     Jeanette and I were married from 1990 until 2005, with a series of four forced months-long separations without explanation scattered over those years, living in and rebuilding a home across the street from CIA DS&T program manager William J. Burns. He supposedly lived there for years as he practiced obstetrics at nearby Evergreen Hospital. Burns actually left the area in 1996 to work for Warren Christopher, who had earlier appeared to me from time to time in the 1960s as Everett Gee, a next-door neighbor in Federal Way, Washington. 

American Values – Expressed Gangland Style

     Work did not set me free, nor has it set any other American trapped by these lies free – it has just led to the next ruination – the next fraudulent relationship - the next theft of property and dignity by a new alternate means - to a new and more depraved attempt to entrap, so the responsible parties in government could continue to evade the rule of law and criminal accountability for their actions. Our national political class has empowered and funded a clever and duplicitous gang – a US government gang across multiple military, intelligence, and civilian police powers departments and agencies hijacking churches, families, and individual citizens so they could play God in their lives – all part of these illegal mind control projects which the US federal government has run beginning in the 1950s.

     The Iron Curtain was opened to travel to the West in August 1989, and the Berlin Wall came down in November 1989. The Soviet Union was dissolved in 1991, and the reunification of Germany into a single country was underway. Of course, Cheney and others, including Biden as Senate Chair of Foreign Relations before he became VP in 2009 as part of our national political class took credit for the 1991 defeat of the repressive Soviet nation-state, the Soviet bloc's dissolution, and the crushing of totalitarian control on populations and nations by capitalism and a strong defense. The truth is the Soviet Union rotted out from within because its totalitarian system stifled free expression, individual initiative, innovation, and competition, as government and government minders dominated thought, action, philosophy, religion, individual initiative, and commerce to favor a chosen few over the many throughout the Soviet Union and Soviet bloc. 

     Beyond using taxpayer funds to prevent invasions of Western nations, a few carefully timed speeches were the primary contributions of our nation's political class. Our national political class does deserve full credit for the illegal human experiments they have funded and the illegal bioweapons which have now been used against Americans en masse. These are based upon the heritage of the Nazi Dachau illegal human experiments, brought to the US by the US Army, CIA, and State Department, and on our own government's desire for mind control. These experiments our government has conducted and the illegal bioweapon they have deployed against US persons have and do violate our Constitution, federal laws, and the treaty signed by President Nixon in 1972 – the Bioweapon Treaty, wherein the US promised “never to possess” any such weapon or its delivery system.      This is an epic on-going national political scandal owned by both political parties - a criminally illegal bioweapon program of human experiments and other depravity running for decades inside the federal government, just like any other gangland style racketeering operation. 

     This secret program wasn’t known to me as Cheney and Leo previewed their plan in Spring 1988, even though I had already been right in the middle of it since early childhood. Nothing was ever said to me privately or to the public by any of our national political leaders who were "defending freedom around the world." Such is government secrecy. When it was eventually discovered and direct evidence of its harms, injuries, and illegality presented to federal courts, each and every one has acted to try to cover it up, as most federal judges come from DOJ which has been deeply involved in the coverup of these criminal acts for decades. 

     And what have all our high profile political leaders who piously preach American values writ large to others, and who have also known about this bipartisan public corruption scandal for all those years, done about it? Cover it up, and keep trying to, again and again. This is now a global political scandal as well – one which makes all Americans less safe because the US government is now widely known for not keeping it’s word in international treaties – known as a cheater, a liar - both to its own citizens and to the world community at large.

What Is Seditious Conspiracy?

     This federal government was created by the People to secure our rights. These illegal human experiments, bioweapon operations, and racketeering acts are seditious acts against our Constitution – the Constitution which our federal government is mandated to enforce equally for all, and with which it is obliged to comply, to maintain its own validity in the minds of the American People and the eyes of the world at large. The federal definition of sedition in the U.S. Code adopted by Congress incorporates the following acts of force as criminal seditious conspiracy at 18 U.S.C. § 2384:

“If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to …… by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.”

     Individual and en masse biohacking of US persons by the United States is a deliberate seditious conspiracy to prevent, hinder, and delay the enforcement of the absolute US ban on bioweapons and bioweapons delivery systems and their operation within and without the territory of the United States, whether undertaken by any person or by the government itself acting outside its legal authority. 18 U.S.C. § 175 and the 1972 Bioweapon Treaty ban all such weapons and their delivery systems. The "state secret" privilege cannot be validly asserted to fraudulently conceal seditious and criminal acts of government.

     The use of offensive weapons against civilians absent legal authority, including any alleged delegated authority to use military satellites equipped with such weapons and/or their delivery systems to any non-military department or agency, violates (a) posse comitatus law 18 U.S.C. § 1385, violates (b) the sovereign civil authority and police powers granted to states to maintain public order, and thereby violates (c) our Constitution's Tenth Amendment which is the supreme law of the land under Article VI clause 2.
