Whether you are personally religious or not, our nation's founders were very clear in the Bill of Rights - the First through Tenth Amendments - that the unalienable rights of citizens are superior to the privileges of those who govern........ But those who govern seem to have a very different idea about the relative role of our rights over their privilege to govern on our behalf. Beginning in the 1950s……

Army, CIA, and DOJ/FBI, with the blessing of every modern U.S. President, have and do secretly and illegally experiment on unwitting American soldiers, and American families, including young children, as involuntary unwitting human subjects to secretly develop and use an internationally prohibited and illegal bioweapon for mind control and neurowarfare - just as the federal government tried to do in its failed illegal CIA/Army MKUltra 100 million dose LSD drugging of unsuspecting Americans from the 1950s into the 1970s. That LSD drugging then ran in parallel with this illegal bioweapon program - which is still running today, an ever-present threat to the personal liberty of every American and to our national existence.....

Set Up Two False Churches Inside Our Family's Religion.....

So Army, CIA and DOJ/FBI organized two faked Quaker style home-based churches, complete with government employees assigned as "elders" and "worshippers" in the small congregations which meet in home living rooms. 

Our family of six - having gained a son in January and lost a daughter to a secret USPHS medically codeine/aspirin overdose induced Reye Syndrome death just weeks before in April - and led by my father, an Army veteran and the great-grandson of a Civil War Army Medal of Honor veteran, was required by two phony traveling preachers (undercover federal agents), who had been embedded in our church territory well in advance, to move from our two long-running close-knit home congregations to these two new fake home churches....

Whose fake "elder" and "worshippers" themselves went on to become a Supreme Court Justice and DOJ FBI Directors years later? Yes.

The US government's assigned phony church elder, "Dale Snow," led the Kent, Washington fake congregation on Sunday mornings filled with FBI and city government employees, in personal Bible quoting individual testimonials, prayer, and song "worship services" in this fake home-based church and was assigned by Army Intelligence to lead this fake Army/FBI church, not by God. His other simultaneous cover in Massachusetts was as an assistant professor at Harvard Law. He would become a Supreme Court Justice (now retired) after being nominated by President Clinton and confirmed by the Senate while Senator Biden presided over the Senate Judiciary Committee. Another "worshipper," assigned from Hoover's FBI, went on to become FBI Director under Bush 43 and continued as Director an extra two years beyond the normal ten year term under Obama.

The weekly Wednesday evening services were similarly staffed by government employees and others assigned by government to these "religious services." A few months after my sister's programmed death, my infant brother was rushed to a children's hospital emergency room from one of these phony services when he bit down while teething, on a thin glass sphere filled with an unknown fluid, provided by one of these phony congregants in the middle of services. 

One of my two surviving sisters was shot from a concealed position around this same time, using a ground-based version of the bioweapon fired like a sniper rifle. Her equilibrium disrupted, she fell from her pony. Her temple struck a water faucet, weakening the blood vessel in the temple, which caused a near rupture of that blood vessel years later. A high school friend was shot from his horse during riding lessons as well - but, actually a secret DOJ embed in my high school, went on to become a DOJ Acting Solicitor General years later.

I was 14 at the time - 1970. No one in our family understood this was an illegal federal government programmed sequence of joyous birth and devastating loss, part of a long-running series of illegal government experiments on American citizens and soldiers which continues today. My own comprehension of this monstrous sequence, the federal Government substituting itself for God, in service of Army/CIA development of an internationally illegal bioweapon, would come more than five decades later, with great difficulty, over the last three years.

Our nation's founders clearly and emphatically said NO to government as God. They demanded the separation of religion from government, since many of their ancestors had fled to North America from religious persecution imposed by kings. For example, the Mayflower arrived at Plymouth Rock, Massachusetts in 1620 carrying the Bush family (the ancestors of two presidents) who had fled persecution by the English King's Church of England. Religious freedom was and remains a core value of the American People. 

To Conceal An Illegal Weapon Developed Abusing Citizens and Soldiers....

And those false Government as God church services are just the tip of an enormous, corrupt federal government "iceberg," yet another systematically illegal program against American citizens and soldiers hidden by "national security" from public view. The core purpose of those years of a false God complete with phony church religious services, and the many corrupt and illegal acts since that time, has been to: 

         (i) hide development of an illegal brain hacking bioweapon used to fulfill the federal government objective of mind control, even after 1950s to 1970s MKUltra 100 million dose LSD drugging of unwitting Americans failed to do so, and 

         (ii) cover up the Nazi-style illegal biomedical experiments on American children and adults the federal government has and does secretly use for developing, testing, and deploying the illegal bioweapon. These tests have included decades of deliberate hormone abuses of Americans using human melatonin (sleep), oxytocin (love), adrenaline (fight or flight) brain biochemicals for various corrupt purposes. These covered up tests include artificially destroying and creating marriages and other relationships with hijacked oxytocin, remote lethality (murder by indirect action) attempts, with hijacked melatonin to induce sleep while driving at highway speed about eight feet from an unguarded cliff edge, and with love, jealousy, rage attacks orchestrated using hijacked oxytocin and adrenaline, as in the

         (iii) 9/6/11 federal test of bioweapon tools of violence on two non-violent young women competing for the same man, remotely manipulated by a local operator. The bioweapon field operator most probably directly observed them during the murder sequence in the Walla Walla, WA restaurant, as he had for months prior. The operator used the bioweapon in carefully timed simultaneous brain hijackings and escalations of the oxytocin and adrenaline levels of these two never violent women, to provoke and escalate them into a fatal fight. One victim, my cousin's 18 year old daughter, died bleeding out from a knife slash of her carotid artery in the restaurant parking lot. The other victim, a 30 year old never violent woman, served the time for that bioweapon team perpetrated crime, enacted by her hand and her hijacked brain.

With Murderous Outcomes....

This murder by remote action of my cousin's 18 year old daughter above was perpetrated by a CIA/Army illegal bioweapon program field operator and his field team just a few hours before the Acting CIA Director (its Deputy Director) was replaced by a new CIA Director sworn into office by Vice President Biden.

This new CIA Director would later resign in a classified military leak adulterous love triangle scandal, which he had started in the years before the murder above which echoed this same love triangle fact pattern, while he served in command positions in the Army. 

And Corrupt Conflicts of Interest.......

For decades, related racketeering crimes have been used by this team, which spans federal police, intelligence, and military departments, to control citizens and soldiers, determine their destiny, and destroy targeted American families and businesses in illegal human experiments, spying and wrecking operations.

There are enormous conflicts of interest, reaching through the entire line of modern American Presidents since the 1950s Eisenhower/Nixon administration. Decades of corruption and fraudulent concealment of the illegal bioweapon program experiments, to and including public place murders and other racketeering crimes, have been and are used to obtain and sustain involuntary servitude and control of the principal victims. These acts, all secretly perpetrated in plain sight by the police powers operations of governments, who are blaming and defaming the victims.

The second Bush 43 Attorney General was moved to that position from White House Counsel in part to protect this illegal bioweapon program from public detection and to protect one of FBI's undercover human traffickers by moving him into two consecutive US Attorney positions, first as acting US Attorney for South Texas, then as Senate confirmed US Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia. He held these roles during the latter portion of his decades of secretly concealed human trafficking of me. This portion of his trafficking was from Washington state in 2005 after my business was destroyed, through Boston and homelessness in 2006-2007, to fake employment in 2007-2008 in northern New Jersey working for him under his new disguise and assumed name, then a permanent ban on employment and more destroyed entrepreneurial business activity since 2008. This FBI human trafficker was later rewarded with positions as FBI Chief of Staff, then as Acting DEA Administrator, in the Obama/Biden administration.

The current Attorney General had direct malign contact with bioweapon program illegal human experiment victims in the 1970s, including me. In a direct conflict of interest with his current constitutional duty to administer justice impartially, he worked directly for the ex-Army Intelligence turned Supreme Court justice (now retired) who was then managing the illegal bioweapon program which abused me, my family of origin, my marital families, my extended family, and others with illegal human subject medical experiments without our knowledge or consent. The current CIA Director took over this illegal program in the 1980s. He destroyed my first marriage with oxytocin (love hormone) hacking of my first wife, while I unwittingly worked, out of town for months, in a fake government consulting firm used by CIA and FBI for commercial covers in other spying operations. Then he orchestrated a sham second marriage to a bisexual Army enlisted soldier secretly coerced into our arranged relationship under threat of Army criminal prosecution for her sexual orientation "crime" (described below and at Complaint paragraphs 609, 610 on the Hacks Perps Pattern page). The son of an Army Brigadier General, and, with Fauci (US Public Health Service and Director, NIAID), a chief modern architect of the illegal bioweapon and its global deployment, he was then promoted to be Ambassador to Jordan, then to Russia, and later to run all  international intelligence operations in the State Department before being named to head CIA by Biden, who elevated him to the Cabinet.

The current Secretary of Defense, operating under a false name and legend in civilian clothes, reported to me as I was unwittingly running an industrial engineering company, another illegal cover company spying operation, when he was an Army Colonel in the late 1990s. He was rotating through the program as several Army Colonels had before him. (See Complaint paragraph 36 on the Hacks Perps Patterns page.). Two Army officers, who were later on the National Security Council under Trump, posed as "in-laws" as part of the fake Army/FBI/CIA assets which surrounded me as "family" during this period.

At that time into at least the 2000s, the illegal bioweapon program was run by the now retired long-time NIAID Director Fauci, who was also from the US Public Health Service, the agency which also ran the deadly Tuskegee medical experiments. Those lethal experiments ended in 1972, two years after Sandra Brewer's codeine aspirin killing, and in the same early 1970s timeframe that deadly DOJ/FBI Cointelpro violence and CIA MKUltra LSD drug dealing, all perpetrated by the federal government on the American People, were publicly exposed. 

Fauci, a public employee and an Army/CIA asset from 1968-2023, was previously known to me as Mike Cunha at WSU in 1974-75, while he worked for Stephen Breyer - Army Intelligence and Harvard Law - later on the US Supreme Court, then himself known to me as Jack Sackville-West. Fauci was posing as the "owner" of the industrial engineering cover company which employed me for six years, from 1996-2002. (See Complaint paragraph 602 on the Hacks Perps Patterns page.) He also "owned" a cover company which made specialized equipment used in the manufacture of Gulfstream private jets used by billionaires and other wealthy people. 

CIA also secretly installed bugging equipment (as publicly reported by Saudi Intelligence), and most probably bioweapon brain hacking equipment (never publicly reported), in the Saudi King's bedroom on his personal airplane, a Boeing 747, when it was manufactured in the Everett, Washington aircraft assembly factory designed in part by that industrial engineering cover company. CIA personnel who worked with me in the 1980s, as I was unwittingly employed alongside Steve Bannon and Roger Stone in Seattle, were also dispatched to work on Saudia Airlines information systems projects. 

All those Reagan era projects under CIA Director “Wild Bill” Casey, while I was unwittingly employed in that CIA cover consulting firm alongside Bannon, Stone, and others, were precursors to the tragic events of 9/11/2001 led by Osama Bin Laden. As the "black sheep" son of a well-connected prominent Saudi businessman, Osama despised the Saudi King, but hated the US still more. He joined the mujahadein in Afghanistan in the battle against foreign interests, first the Russians in Afghanistan, then against the US homeland in retaliation for our Mideast meddling over the decades, retaliating for CIA actions which were particularly active under CIA Director Casey.

These noted federal officials, and many more, some now in the news media after working in DOJ/FBI, had direct interactions with me, Dennis Brewer, using fake names and cover identities to hide their true identities. See the Case Summary and Complaint paragraph 762 pdfs on the Hacks Perps Patterns page for more details on those three Biden Cabinet level officials and others, who participated directly in the subjugating of illegal human subject biomedical experiment victims, which were and are key to this illegal and internationally prohibited bioweapon program.

We don't yet know how many citizens they have and do abuse in this way, but other illegal federal programs exposed in the 1970s, CIA/Army's MKUltra and DOJ/FBI's Cointelpro, abused millions of Americans, and an unknown number of others were injured or killed. 

As that 9/6/11 government programmed murder above in small city America demonstrates, it's far easier to deploy this illegal bioweapon against any target anywhere today than it was to operate either of those two illegal secret programs, CIA/Army's MKUltra LSD drugging program and DOJ/FBI's Cointelpro violence and disruption campaign, from the 1950s into the 1970s.  The murder site, Walla Walla, Washington, population 34,000, is a quiet rural agricultural and wine country hub far from any big cities. 

No direct contact is required to inflict violence on targeted individuals - children, women, men, soldiers - with this globally deployed internationally illegal bioweapon. If your location is known, which is as simple to accomplish as tracking the cell phone in your pocket or being the target of a field observer, you're vulnerable to an undetectable brain hack  - which can literally change your mind.... or your heart rhythm, or your breathing, or…. and you won't even know that it was anything other than your own choice because it feels entirely normal, it's a stealth hijacking of your free will by the federal government.  See the explanation on the Brain Hacks Explained page.

And All This Illegal Conduct Is Protected by US Federal Courts?

So far, the answer to this question is an emphatic YES, this illegal program and corrupt government conduct are protected. Civil litigation to terminate this illegal conduct and correct this corruption has been rejected, typically called "frivolous," by a dozen federal district courts in four federal circuits, and by the appellate court where the current Attorney General, and past illegal program participant, was an appeals court judge. It's Long Past Time To End Cozy, Deadly Federal Government Corruption.....

PROJECT MINDBREAKER is publicly exposing these generations of on-going illegal human experiments, illegal bioweapons, and racketeering practices. We are working to identify and build the class of victims for future litigation, blocked so far by a dozen federal district courts in four federal circuits, just like the Catholic Church pedophile scandal was blocked for decades by federal courts in the past. Victims of CIA/ Army's MKUltra's LSD drugging, and other illegal federal programs, have had similar experiences in the past with our biased justice system. Eighty-eight percent of federal judges come from DOJ, the department which has and does protect these illegal programs and practices, including the individual perpetrators who have or do work at DOJ.

And The Details Are Even Worse......

Read on to learn more details, wherein it gets still worse than the highlights above, of how the federal government has continued to literally grant unchecked god-like powers unto itself, ignore its own criminal laws, and our unalienable constitutional rights, as it persists in these abuses against Americans...... 

From 1861 to 1865, my great-great grandfather, William John Brewer, rode a horse in the US Army 2nd Regiment New York Cavalry to help in the fight to free slaves, end involuntary servitude, and reunite the Union. As a practicing Quaker, he did not bear arms.

As Company C's unarmed bugler, he won the Medal Of Honor in April 1865 at Appomattox, Virginia for his bold unarmed dash on his horse into enemy fire to capture an engineering company flag of the Confederate Army of Northern Virginia behind enemy lines. 

The flag itself was a mere symbol. The Medal of Honor was awarded for his act of courage, not for the capture of the symbol. This former Army Private lies quietly today in a Quaker cemetery about nine miles from the Army's US Military Academy at West Point. His Army Medal of Honor citation is at the bottom of this page.

The Federal Government as God?

My father, the great-grandson of that Civil War Army Medal of Honor citizen-soldier, was chosen for involuntary servitude, and became an unwitting human biomedical experiment subject and a racketeering servant of a secret government program while in the Army serving as a medic during the Korean War era. 

When his military service was completed, he continued to be the unwitting involuntary servant of FBI, DOJ, and the federal government. He was unwittingly employed by an FBI cover company as a medical products salesman who earned added commissions by buying medical x-rays from a secretly targeted list of medical facilities which were recycled to destroy evidence of Cointelpro violence in the DOJ/FBI war on constitutional and civil rights. 

Illegal biomedical experiments to develop an illegal bioweapon secretly run on him nearly destroyed our family, and were also run on other family members, including me from age 12 (1968) to the present. 

One of our family’s twin girls, my younger sister, was killed by knowing medical malpractice when she was 11, as her brain was crushed by swelling inside her skull by a doctor prescribed overdose of aspirin and codeine to trigger Reye Syndrome, just three months after the family joyously welcomed another son as the fifth child. Our secretly assigned U.S. government doctor, a federal doctor embedded in the local community posing as a family doctor, maliciously misprescribed overwhelming doses of aspirin-codeine blend for influenza, medically known since 1963 to induce Reye Syndrome, a sometimes fatal condition leading to brain swelling and death in children with influenza.

Weeks later, soon after my 11 year old sister's government programmed April 1970 aspirin-codeine death, our family was reassigned by embedded agents posing as two of the traveling preachers in this Quaker based religion, from our longtime home-based church congregations to fake home-based religious services on Sunday morning and on Wednesday evening organized by Army Intelligence, CIA, FBI, and DOJ. 

A former Army Intelligence soldier, operating as a federal government contractor to CIA and Army, posed as the fake Sunday morning services church elder. Two tall, lean, white male FBI agents and families, and an older couple who resided at the City of Seattle Lake Youngs water reservoir head works, were the other members of this fake Sunday morning congregation who "worshipped" in this false government home-based church with our family in Kent, Washington. 

Another false home-based church congregation met for Bible study each Wednesday evening in a second fake elder's home, with another fake congregation in northeast Tacoma, Washington. Both these fraudulent government-run religious services continued for two years.

The surviving twin sister was injured a few months later, age 12, when she was hit by a sniper-aimed energy shot to her inner ear while riding a pony, lost her balance, fell and hit the thinnest point on her skull, the temple, on a metal faucet, weakening a critical blood vessel in her brain.

My great-grandparents, both in their 90s, would die that same 1970 summer.

The "church elder" who presided over the fake Sunday morning services, the former Army Intelligence enlisted man, was actually a Harvard Law School assistant professor from 1967-1980. Complete with a fake family, he operated under the cover of a fake name and small business legend as a developer of suburban apartment complexes. Two years after those fake religious services ended, he reappeared under another fake cover name as a Spokane architect, while he operated as my handler at Washington State University, a publicly funded state university. 

His 13 year tenure closely paralleled my education from elementary school in the late 1960s until my university graduate school education ended in 1979. He then almost immediately became a federal appellate court judge, and in the 1990s became a Supreme Court Justice after nomination by President Clinton. 

An overly tall sixth grade elementary school female classmate of mine in 1967-68, "Martha," became the Clinton/Gore era Attorney General, while her brother "Bruce" went on to CIA in Mexico City. Both would revisit me in 2014, still unwitting, in Phoenix, Arizona while they posed as fake bankers and investors in a continuation of the interstate racketeering which wrecked that organic produce company, another in the long series of federal government wreckings of my private enterprises which began in 1983. The two Sunday fake church "worshipper" FBI agents went on to very senior management positions at FBI under Bush/Cheney and Obama/Biden.

By comparison to those federal employees of Army, CIA, and DOJ/FBI who operated the illegal bioweapon human experiment project program, after being selected as a child as a human experiment subject because of my family's religious beliefs, I went on to experience my first marital family destroyed by a series of oxytocin (love hormone) biohacks of my first wife. A secretly contrived and assigned Army/CIA fake second wife, secretly coerced into our relationship by threat of military prosecution for her sexual orientation in the Clinton/Gore era, was introduced by a "co-worker" at the cover company I took over from CIA's Roger Stone. She came to me complete with fake relatives detailed by Army and FBI. Those Army and FBI fake in-laws went on to become Army detailed National Security Council advisors, and SDNY DOJ prosecutors turned MSNBC network media stars.

During this same period, DOJ racketeering destroyed another of my small businesses secretly co-owned by the federal government through assigned saboteurs, forced litigation expenses, contract and check fraud, and deprivation of SBA small business program benefits. My employment career unfolded exclusively in assigned cover companies used in illegal spying operations against US citizens. My comprehensively trashed reputation included sponsored sexual misconduct and abuse by others, and an assigned reputation for violence despite the complete absence of violence in my entire history. My property was stolen by secret illegal means to the point of homelessness in Washington state. A carefully concealed kidnapping into false imprisonment in a mental institution with no due process was the result of the second homeless sequence in New Jersey. I have been subjected to repeated lethality attempts, sometimes with other family members. 

All in America, land of the free.......

Others I know have suffered similar fates as a result of criminal acts and racketeering at the hands of these same government police powers teams. My cousin's 18 year old daughter was killed in Walla Walla, Washington on September 6, 2011 by a never violent knife wielding romantic love triangle competitor while their misogynistic male romantic partner looked on, literally just a few hours before the Acting CIA Director turned over CIA operations to the incoming Senate confirmed CIA Director, a retired Army General. 

That CIA Director would resign 15 months later as a result of his Army classified information love triangle leak scandal which began well before the 9/11 Walla Walla murder. The attack and killing were almost certainly the result of hormone manipulations of both women as CIA used the illegal bioweapon to fuel hormone driven jealousy, rage, and violence, to test the lethality of the bioweapon in actual field conditions. 

But maybe it's just a few American families in a rogue federal government program, so there's really nothing to worry about here? A parallel CIA/Army drugging program called MKUltra illegally and secretly administered 100 million doses of LSD for 20 years, mostly to unwitting Americans. FBI racketeering and violence ran for 15 years in Cointelpro, consumed about 30% of total resources including thousands of agents as they used a violent paid militia against the civil rights of Americans, infiltrating and causing mayhem and strife in community and religious organizations. All this was exposed and investigated by Congress in the 1970s. But those same types of practices are still used today.

The fake church, complete with government employee "worshippers" was just the beginning of the god-like presumptions of government in its abuses of power against us. The CIA and Army illegal bioweapon human experiments were used to develop and deploy the illegal bioweapon. The associated-in-fact enterprise pattern of racketeering crimes by DOJ and its co-conspirators included decades of secret human trafficking. This entire government criminal enterprise, including the DOJ racketeering, has and does support the development of this illegal bioweapon, which violates federal law and our treaty agreements with other nations.

Over the past three years, I have made 12 attempts to file increasingly detailed versions of this fact set and relevant law in federal district court in four federal circuit court jurisdictions. All 12 complaint filing attempts have been rejected at the door to the courtroom by federal judges. Two attempts to place the full set of initial racketeering evidence on court records have been actively suppressed using procedural dodges in the District of Columbia and Southern District of New York. Our American family and millions of others fought in the Civil War for freedom, to end slavery, for individual rights, and to reunify the nation. We have served faithfully for six generations when called. I volunteered for Naval Aviation in college, complete with pilot license, but was rejected to keep me, one of the unwitting victims, in this secret illegal bioweapon program which had already victimized me from age 12 - and still does.

We Still Fight for Freedom - This Time from the Federal Government as God 

Using an illegal bioweapon to hack thoughts and emotions, and using racketeering crimes to control personal and financial well-being and property - all to control the destiny of individual Americans, their families, their careers, and their private businesses is Unconstituional and Unamerican.
