Military, Intelligence, And Justice Departments Violate Free Exercise of Religion..... 

by hijacking the religious beliefs and practices, and the free exercise thereof, to illegally target American military personnel, first in active service, then as veterans, as well as their dependents and descendants. Army, other services, CIA, and DOJ/FBI, with the blessing of every modern U.S. President, have and do secretly and illegally experiment on these unwitting American soldiers, and American families, including young children, as it has and does abuse them as involuntary unwitting human subjects in illegal medical experiments to secretly develop and use an internationally  prohibited and illegal bioweapon for mind control and neurowarfare. 

     This continues the federal government's pattern of unconstitutional conduct against the unalienable rights of American citizens - just as it did in its failed illegal CIA/Army MKUltra 100 million dose LSD drugging of unsuspecting Americans from the 1950s into the 1970s. That LSD drugging of Americans by unconstitutional government overreach and criminality ran in parallel with this illegal bioweapon program - which is still running today, an ever-present threat to the personal liberty of every American and to our national existence.....

To Set Up Two False Churches Inside Our Family's Religion.....

      Army Intelligence, Army Bioweapons Lab, CIA, and DOJ/FBI organized two fake Quaker style home-based churches, complete with government employees assigned as "elders" and "worshippers." These small congregations meet in home living rooms, which was where they secretly went after our family yet again, beginning with my father, an Army veteran and the great-grandson of a Civil War Army Medal of Honor veteran. 

     On our return from unwitting destruction of medical evidence in my father’s job from 1961-1963 which had been used to conceal Cointelpro violence in California by FBI, we were herded into a house in Federal Way, WA, where my father could have some horses. As a boy in the mid-1960s, I discovered, and we destroyed, a single non-native opium poppy planted across the country lane from our house. This opium poppy discovery was made in the early stages of the Vietnam War, so the opium poppy probably came from a seed taken from the Golden Triangle. CIA and Army Special Forces operated there and used Air America to transport heroin which financed “freedom fighters” in that region. Until recently, none of us recognized the horrific significance of that out of place opium poppy discovery.

     Our family of six - which had gained a son in January 1970, lost an 11 year old daughter in April 1970, killed by a secret USPHS opium (codeine) and aspirin cocktail, which induced her Reye Syndrome brain swelling death. Then we were required by two phony traveling preachers in our church (actually undercover federal agents), who had been embedded in our church territory well in advance, to move from our two long-running close-knit home congregations to those two new fake home churches....

     Whose fake "elder" and "worshippers" themselves went on to become a Supreme Court Justice and DOJ FBI Directors many years later? Yes, the fake church was set up and staffed by Army intelligence and DOJ/FBI, so our family and other ordinary American families could be abused and tortured in decades-long illegal Nazi-style human experiments and government racketeering coverups - which continue generations later to this day. In mid-1970...

     The US government's assigned phony church elder, "Dale Snow," led the Kent, Washington fake congregation on Sunday mornings filled with FBI and city government employees, in personal Bible quoting individual testimonials, prayer, and song "worship services" in this fake home-based church and was assigned by Army Intelligence to lead this fake Army/FBI church, not by God. His other simultaneous cover in Massachusetts was as an assistant professor at Harvard Law. He would reappear to me in another cover while I was in college, then go on to become an Appeals Court judge, then a Supreme Court Justice (Breyer, now retired and back at Harvard) after being nominated by President Clinton and confirmed by the Senate while Senator Biden presided over the Senate Judiciary Committee. 

     Another "worshipper," assigned from Hoover's FBI, went on to become FBI Director under Bush 43 (Mueller) and continued as Director an extra two years beyond the normal ten year term under Obama/Biden. His FBI successor Comey was also plausibly a fellow fake “worshipper” in that tiny home-based church. The weekly Wednesday evening services were similarly staffed by government employees and others assigned by government to these "religious services." 

And Run Illegal Human Experiments On Us In Those Churches, Work, School, And Our Family Homes.....

     A few months after my sister's programmed death, my infant brother was rushed to a children's hospital emergency room from one of these phony services when he bit down while teething, on a thin glass sphere filled with an unknown fluid, provided by one of these phony congregants in the middle of services. He was placed in the same emergency room where Sandra had died months before.

     One of my two surviving sisters was shot from a concealed position around this same time, using a ground-based version of the bioweapon fired like a sniper rifle. Her equilibrium disrupted, she fell from her pony. Her temple struck a water faucet, weakening the blood vessel in the temple, which caused a near rupture of that blood vessel years later. Around this time, a high school "friend" was shot from his horse during riding lessons as well - but, actually a secret DOJ embed in my high school, went on to become DOJ Acting Solicitor General under Obama/Biden years later.

     I was 14 at the time - 1970. No one in our family understood this was an illegal federal government programmed sequence of joyous birth and devastating loss, part of a long-running series of illegal government experiments on American citizens and soldiers which continues today. My own comprehension of this monstrous sequence, the federal Government substituting itself for God, in service of Army/CIA development of an internationally illegal bioweapon, would come six decades later, with great difficulty, over the last four years as my forensic research has moved forward from a vague recognition of actual circumstances needed to correctly interpret events, to specific technological and biological causation, and then to the particular identifications needed to clearly associate this heinous, lethal sequence to the responsible defendants.

To Conceal An Illegal Weapon Developed By Abusing American Military Service Members And Citizens - With Murderous Outcomes........

     And those false Government as God church services are just the tip of an enormous, corrupt federal government "iceberg," yet another systematically illegal program against American citizens and soldiers hidden by "national security" from public view. The core purpose of those years of a false God complete with phony church religious services, and the many corrupt and illegal acts since that time, has been to: 

         (i) hide development of an illegal brain hacking bioweapon used to fulfill the federal government objective of mind control, even after 1950s to 1970s MKUltra 100 million dose LSD drugging of unwitting Americans failed to do so, and 

         (ii) cover up the Nazi-style illegal biomedical experiments on American children and adults the federal government has and does secretly use for developing, testing, and deploying the illegal bioweapon. These tests have included decades of deliberate hormone abuses of Americans using human melatonin (sleep), oxytocin (love), adrenaline (fight or flight) brain biochemicals for various corrupt purposes. These covered up tests have included artificially destroying and creating marriages and other relationships with hijacked oxytocin, numerous remote lethality (murder by indirect action) attempts, including hijacked melatonin used to induce sleep while driving at highway speed about eight feet from an unguarded cliff edge in Summer 1985, and with love, jealousy, rage attacks orchestrated using hijacked oxytocin and adrenaline, as in the

         (iii) 9/6/11 federal test of bioweapon tools of violence on two non-violent young women competing for the same man, remotely manipulated by a local operator. The bioweapon field operator most probably directly observed them during the murder sequence in the Walla Walla, WA restaurant, as he had for months prior. The operator used the bioweapon in carefully timed simultaneous brain hijackings and escalations of the oxytocin and adrenaline levels of these two never violent women, to provoke and escalate them into a fatal fight. One victim, my cousin's 18 year old daughter, died bleeding out from a knife slash of her carotid artery in the restaurant parking lot. The other victim, a 30 year old never violent woman, served the time for that bioweapon team perpetrated crime, enacted by her hand and her hijacked brain. 

     This murder by remote action of my cousin's 18 year old daughter above was perpetrated by a CIA/Army illegal bioweapon program field operator and his field team just a few hours before the Acting CIA Director (its Deputy Director) was replaced by a new CIA Director (Army 4 star General Petraeus) sworn into office by Vice President Biden. This new CIA Director would later resign in a classified information military leak adulterous love triangle scandal, which he had started while he served in command positions in the Army.

     Our nation's founders clearly and emphatically said NO to government as God. They demanded the separation of religion from government, since many of their ancestors had fled to North America from religious persecution imposed by kings. For example, the Mayflower arrived at Plymouth Rock, Massachusetts in 1620 carrying the Bush family (the ancestors of two presidents) who had fled persecution by the English King's Church of England. Religious freedom was and remains a core value of the American People. 

And Corrupt Conflicts of Interest.......

     For decades, a pattern of racketeering crimes has been used by this team, which spans federal police, intelligence, and military departments, to control citizens and soldiers, determine their destiny, and destroy targeted American families and businesses in illegal human experiments, spying and wrecking operations.

     There are enormous conflicts of interest, reaching through the entire line of modern American Presidents since the 1950s Eisenhower/Nixon administration. Decades of corruption and fraudulent concealment of the illegal bioweapon program experiments, to and including public place murders and other racketeering crimes, have been and are used to obtain and sustain involuntary servitude and control of the principal victims. These acts, all secretly perpetrated in plain sight by the police powers operations of governments, who are blaming and defaming the victims.

     The second Bush 43 Attorney General Gonzales moved to that position in early 2005 from White House Counsel in part to protect this illegal bioweapon program from public detection while it was illegally used on Putin by Ambassador Burns, and to protect one of FBI's undercover human traffickers, Rosenberg (known to me as Chuck LeFevre in Seattle and William Drumm in New Jersey) by moving him into two consecutive US Attorney positions, first as acting US Attorney for South Texas, then as Senate confirmed US Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia. He held these roles during the latter portion of his decades of secretly concealed human trafficking of me. This portion of his trafficking was from Washington state in 2005 after my business was destroyed, through Boston and homelessness in 2006-2007, to fake employment in 2007-2008 in northern New Jersey working for him under his new disguise and assumed name, then a permanent ban on employment and more destroyed entrepreneurial business activity since 2008.      Past Attorney General Garland had direct malign contact with bioweapon program illegal human experiment victims in the 1970s, including me. In a direct conflict of interest with his current constitutional duty to administer justice impartially, he worked directly for the ex-Army Intelligence turned Supreme Court justice (now retired) who was then managing the illegal bioweapon program which abused me, my family of origin, my marital families, my extended family, and others with illegal human subject medical experiments without our knowledge or consent.      Past CIA Director Burns took over this illegal program in the 1980s. He destroyed my first marriage with oxytocin (love hormone) hacking of my first wife, while I unwittingly worked, out of town for months, in a fake government consulting firm used by CIA and FBI for commercial covers in other spying operations. Then he orchestrated a sham second marriage to a bisexual Army enlisted soldier secretly coerced into our arranged relationship under threat of Army criminal prosecution for her sexual orientation "crime" (described below and at Complaint paragraphs 609, 610 in the downloads at https://banbrainhacks.org/hacks%2C-perps%2C-patterns ). The son of an US Army General and, with Fauci (US Public Health Service Rear Admiral and Director, NIAID), a chief modern architect of the illegal bioweapon and its global deployment, he was then promoted to be Ambassador to Jordan, then to Russia, and later to run all  international intelligence operations in the State Department before being named to head CIA by Biden, who elevated him to the Cabinet.

     Past Secretary of Defense Austin, operating under a false name and legend in civilian clothes, reported to me as I was unwittingly running an industrial engineering company, another illegal cover company spying operation, when he was an Army Colonel in the late 1990s. Two Army officers, who were later on the National Security Council under Trump, posed as "in-laws" as part of the fake Army/FBI/CIA assets which surrounded me as "family" during this period.

     Past USPHS Rear Admiral and NIAID Director Fauci working as an Army/CIA illegal bioweapon program asset from 1968-2023, participated in and later ran the illegal bioweapon program in biomedical and field operations from the 1970s forward. Among other programs, the US Public Health Service also ran the deadly Tuskegee medical experiments into the 1970s. Those lethal Tuskegee experiments did not end until 1972, two years after Sandra Brewer's codeine aspirin Reye Syndrome killing, and in the same early 1970s timeframe that deadly DOJ/FBI Cointelpro violence and CIA MKUltra LSD drug dealing, all perpetrated by the federal government on the American People, were first publicly exposed. 

     Fauci was previously known to me as Mike Cunha at WSU in 1974-75, while he worked for Stephen Breyer - Army Intelligence and Harvard Law - later on the US Supreme Court, then himself known to me as Jack Sackville-West. Fauci was posing as the "owner" of the industrial engineering cover company which employed me for six years, from 1996-2002.      These noted federal officials, and many more, some now in the news media after working in DOJ/FBI, had direct interactions with me, Dennis Brewer, using fake names and cover identities to hide their true identities.      We don't yet know how many citizens they have and do abuse in this way, but other illegal federal programs exposed in the 1970s, CIA/Army's MKUltra and DOJ/FBI's Cointelpro, abused millions of Americans, and an unknown number of others were injured or killed. 

     As that 9/6/11 government programmed murder above in small city America demonstrates, it's far easier to deploy this illegal bioweapon against any target anywhere today than it was to operate either of those two illegal secret programs, CIA/Army's MKUltra LSD drugging program and DOJ/FBI's Cointelpro violence and disruption campaign, from the 1950s into the 1970s.  The murder site, Walla Walla, Washington, population 34,000, is a quiet rural agricultural and wine country hub far from any big cities. 

     No direct contact is required to inflict illegal bioweapon violence on any targeted individual - whether a five year old child, woman, man, soldier, sailor, airman, marine - with this globally deployed internationally illegal bioweapon. If your location is known, such as by tracking the cell phone in your pocket or being targeted by a federal field observer, you're vulnerable to an undetectable brain hack at any time - which can literally change your mind.... or your heart rhythm, or your breathing, or…. and you won't even know that it was anything other than your own choice because it feels entirely normal. And All This Illegal Conduct Has Been Protected By Over A Dozen US Federal Courts

     So far, emphatically YES, this illegal program and corrupt government conduct are protected by our federal courts. Civil litigation to terminate this illegal conduct and correct this corruption has been rejected, typically called "frivolous," by a dozen federal district courts in four federal circuits, and by the appellate court where past Attorney General Garland, a past illegal program participant, was an appeals court judge. It's Long Past Time To End Cozy, Deadly Federal Government Corruption.....

     PROJECT MINDBREAKER is publicly exposing these generations of on-going illegal human experiments, illegal bioweapons, and racketeering practices. We are working to identify and build the class of victims for future litigation, blocked so far by a dozen federal district courts in four federal circuits, just like the Catholic Church pedophile scandal was blocked for decades by federal courts in the past. Victims of powerful institutions - Boy Scouts of America, CIA/ Army's MKUltra's LSD drugging, and other illegal federal programs - have had similar experiences in the past with our biased justice system and judiciary. Eighty-eight percent of federal judges come from DOJ, the department which has and does protect these illegal programs and practices, including the individual perpetrators who have or do work at DOJ.
