Executive branch departments and agencies have been petitioned beginning in September 2005, and have persistently failed to act to remedy the extensive pattern of criminal and civil violations of federal law and constitutional rights documented across this website and in litigation attempts. Congress has taken no action. Both the Executive and Congress engage only in official silence or in other suppressions of remedies.
