Executive branch departments and agencies have been petitioned beginning in September 2005 and have persistently failed to act to remedy the extensive pattern of criminal and civil violations of federal law and constitutional rights documented across this website and in litigation attempts. Congress has taken no action. Both the Executive and Congress maintain official silence in the face of overwhelming evidence of this continuing public corruption in DOD, CIA, DOJ, DHS, EOP, Congress, and our courts, and in other suppressions of remedies by both illegal acts and abuses of law in violations of constitutional rights. Perhaps this broad and deliberate pattern of federal judical misconduct is explained by the basic fact that about 88% of all federal judges come from the Department of Justice, as do many of the Senators who confirm them to lifetime appointments in a system which provides few or no consequences for ethical and legal violations. The Department of Justice was de facto run by a corrupted FBI for decades, where “state secrets” are abused for purposeful evasion of law and rights.
