Website Organization - Navigating This Complicated Subject

     This is a complex but understandable subject. The content is manageable for the average person and the complexities can be understood. Illegal bioweapon abuse and government racketeering by the US federal government sprawl across US and world affairs from the 1950s to the present - affecting nations, and many individual citizens, families, careers, and businesses - with life and death consequences. 

     Billions of federal dollars have been spent on research and on illegal bioweapon development to implement ever-changing technological complexity. Billions more have been spent on abuses of the limitations on government powers which exist in our Constitution – by which our Founders specifically intended to give us limited government with a separation of powers - having just sacrificed many of their lives and their treasure to defeat an authoritarian King who had acted arbitrarily and unilaterally against them.
