ILLEGAL BRAIN HACKS EXPLAINED

     Human brains are the biological thinking and regulating machines which manage thought, action, and bodily functions. Brains use biochemistry to maintain their internal balance (think clearly and regulate the body properly) and to send messages across the brain to and from the various centers of vision, hearing, thought, and body functions illustrated above. The brain also contains glands, and uses glands elsewhere in the body, as tiny biochemical reservoirs to store reserves of internal biochemical messengers. These biochemicals include the biochemical compounds (hormones) which make up feelings and emotions - like oxytocin (for love), adrenaline (for fear or anger), and melatonin (for sleep).

     The illegal bioweapon, developed primarily by CIA and Army for illegal neurowarfare, exploits these technologies by pulsing focused energy to mount coordinated neurological attacks against a human target from outside the skull. Specific remotely aimed energy pulse sequences penetrate the skull to hijack different areas of the brain to manage thoughts, actions, and/or glands containing hormones to regulate human feelings like anger, fear, sleep, love, and well-being. During this illegal brain hacking process, commandeered biochemical messages are artificially initiated in the brain by the illegal bioweapon. 

     The brain then acts on these commands by an outside operator, rather than by the human brain operating on their own. This hijacks free will in the same way technology hackers take over and run computers and cell phones. As a hijacked victim, you're completely unaware of this hacking. It’s your own brain being used against you in a way that seems entirely natural. But your actions, your thoughts, even your breathing, can be hacked and modified, or completely stopped, using this remotely controlled illegal bioweapon. 

     Being able to hack our human brains without detection, and cause us to think, say, or do something we wouldn't otherwise think, say, or do, sounds very bizarre to most people, like science fiction. These secret uses of technology to abuse human beings are extremely serious Nazi-style criminal abuses (18 U.S.C. § 175), with penalties to life in prison, which are not prosecuted but instead covered up by the federal government. A MODERN CELL PHONE TOWER PROVIDES YOUR PRECISE LOCATION 

     If you can be precisely located, you can be hacked. The US government's constellation of satellites which include the pulsed energy bioweapon covers the globe. A ground station, like a cell tower, location precisely known, provides the precision location error correction the bioweapon uses to hit its targeted victim at the proper location in the brain. This ground based precision error-correction technology is similar to technology commonly used in many commercial applications. Airplanes landing in zero visibility fog, farm tractors planting 15,000 corn seeds per minute, and cruise missiles tracking a moving target, all use this same sort of ground-enhanced error-correction location technology to maximize their targeting precision. So, the nearest cell phone tower is effectively a ground-based error-correction station for a brain hack by this illegal bioweapon.

ILLEGAL BIOWEAPON DEVELOPMENT AND USE CONTINUE

     The US government secretly began conducting these kinds of brain hacking experiments on US citizens and soldiers in the 1950s. This secret illegal bioweapon program, official government cover name unknown, named as BRMT (Brain Remote Management Technology) on this website, began development in the CIA Science and Technology Directorate and the Army Bioweapons Lab. At first, this crude device manipulated hormones and the body’s systems, such as the equilibrium system which maintains balance using fluids and nerves in the inner ear linked by nerves to the brain to control and coordinate muscles to maintain balance. 

      In the 1960s, the bioweapon could be used aimed from a short distance away as an energy beam coming from a box, An unwitting victim, I was abused in 1968 by this version in an illegal experiment after being human trafficked to California in 1968 by an Army Intelligence contractor and former Army buddy of my unwitting father. By 1970, the primitive bioweapon could be aimed and shot like a rifle using a sniper scope. One of my younger sisters suffered a head injury to her temple in our front yard when her equilibrium was disrupted by a bioweapon shot and she fell from her pony. She had been shot by a sniper bioweapon operator concealed in the grasses and bushes across the country lane from our house. Years later, that injury resulted in surgery to strengthen her blood vessel and avoid a brain hemorrhage. Her twin sister had been killed weeks before she fell from the pony by a USPHS deliberate medical overdose of codeine (made of opium just like heroin) and aspirin to induce Reye Syndrome brain swelling. 

     Malicious cruelty visited on three 11 and 12 year old American children of an Army veteran – the great-grandson of a Civil War Medal of Honor recipient - was the recipe to defend American liberty, according to federal military, intelligence, and police powers command authority. Is there some other explanation for this gratuitous cruelty to the children of American veterans?

     Since then, CIA, Army, and the Department of Defense have spent billions to enhance the lethality and other functionality of this illegal bioweapon. Bioweapon abuses of human victims have been gradually expanded through research, testing, and development to manipulate other bodily functions, to include thought and actions in recent times, as illegal development, testing, and abuse continues. This secret testing, which you can see in video feeds of its most high profile victim in a variety of contrived emotional states and other disturbing images, violates the most basic human and constitutional rights of all these victims who have been secretly abused for testing over many decades. Federal criminal law (18 U.S.C. §§175-178) prohibits testing bioweapons on humans without consent. But the federal government completely ignores this criminal law, which provides penalties to life in prison, in its own illegal bioweapon operations, which are also racketeering crimes (18 U.S.C. §§1961-1968).
