ILLEGAL BRAIN HACKS EXPLAINED

     Being able to hack our human brains without detection, and cause us to think, say, or do something we wouldn't otherwise think, say, or do, sounds very bizarre to most people, like science fiction. But beneficial devices which read and use human brain waves to control personal computers are now being successfully used by people in FDA approved human trials, such as the Synchron system described at Synchron.com and the NeuraLink system described at NeuraLink.com. As we all know from the well-publicized hacking of electronic devices like computers and cell phones, there are hackers who abuse those technologies for their own illegal purposes. 

 
     Simply put, brain hacks use an illegal bioweapon developed in secret by the federal government, primarily CIA and Army, to systematically abuse human beings. This secret illegal bioweapon hacks brains using specifically tuned wavelengths of focused energy pulses, which are somewhat similar to normal cell phone signals. These sequences of pulses are targeted at specific people just like sniper rifle shots. These energy pulses hijack specific locations in your brain, which the remote operator uses to manipulate behavior by hijacking (hacking) specific brain biochemistry which makes up thoughts and controls actions, and manipulate basic body functions like breathing and heart rhythms, which are regulated in the areas of the brain shown in the illustrations above. 

 
     Human brains are the biological thinking and regulating machines which manage thought, action, and bodily functions. Brains use biochemistry to maintain their internal balance (think clearly and regulate the body properly) and to send messages across the brain to and from the various centers of vision, hearing, thought, and body functions illustrated above. The brain also contains glands, and uses glands elsewhere in the body, as tiny biochemical reservoirs to store reserves of internal biochemical messengers. These biochemicals include the biochemical compounds (hormones) which make up feelings and emotions - like oxytocin (for love), adrenaline (for fear or anger), and melatonin (for sleep).

     The various brain areas identified in the illustration above can be hacked and manipulated from outside the skull by pulsed energy directed at specific areas. Certain beneficial medical treatments for brain diseases use focused ultrasound pulses in this way. The illegal bioweapon exploits this same method, pulsing focused energy at its human target to mount coordinated attacks. These energy pulses hijack specific areas of the brain, and/or command glands, to issue biochemical messages which are artificially initiated by the bioweapon rather than by the human. This results in involuntary behaviors and actions, commanded not by the victim exercising free will, but instead commanded by the bioweapon operator hijacking free will, just like computers and cell phones can be hacked and commanded by technology hackers. 

     Specific energy pulse sequences are the hacks which manipulate biochemistry to create specific thoughts and actions common to all human brains. As a hijacked victim, you're completely unaware, it all seems entirely natural, but your actions, your thoughts, even your breathing, can be hacked and modified, or completely stopped, using this remotely controlled bioweapon. 

A MODERN CELL PHONE TOWER PROVIDES YOUR PRECISE LOCATION 

     If you can be precisely located, you can be hacked. The US government's constellation of satellites which include the pulsed energy bioweapon covers the globe. A ground station, like a cell tower, location precisely known, provides the precision location error correction the bioweapon uses to hit its targeted victim at the proper location in the brain. This ground based precision error-correction technology is similar to technology commonly used in many commercial applications. Airplanes landing in zero visibility fog, farm tractors planting 15,000 corn seeds per minute, and cruise missiles tracking a moving target, all use this same sort of ground-enhanced error-correction location technology to maximize their targeting precision. So, the nearest cell phone tower is effectively a ground-based error-correction station for a brain hack by this illegal bioweapon.

ILLEGAL BIOWEAPON DEVELOPMENT AND USE CONTINUE

     The US government secretly began conducting these kinds of brain hacking experiments on US citizens and soldiers in the 1950s. This secret illegal bioweapon program, official government cover name unknown, named as BRMT (Brain Remote Management Technology) on this website, began development in the CIA Science and Technology Directorate and the Army Bioweapons Lab. At first, this crude device manipulated hormones and the body’s systems, such as the equilibrium system which maintains balance using fluids and nerves in the inner ear linked by nerves to the brain to control and coordinate muscles to maintain balance. 

      In the 1960s, the bioweapon was used from the ground, aimed from a short distance as an energy beam from a box, An unwitting victim, I was abused by this version in an illegal experiment after being human trafficked to California in 1968 by an Army Intelligence contractor and former Army buddy of my unwitting father. By 1970, the primitive bioweapon could be aimed and shot like a rifle using a sniper scope. One of my younger sisters, the surviving twin not killed by a medical overdose of codeine (made of opium just like heroin) and aspirin, was knocked from her pony in 1970, and suffered a head injury in our front yard, shot by a sniper bioweapon operator concealed in the grasses and bushes across the country lane from our house.

     Since then, CIA, Army, and the Department of Defense have spent billions to enhance the lethality and other functionality of this illegal bioweapon. Bioweapon abuses of human victims have been gradually expanded through research, testing, and development to manipulate other bodily functions, to include thought and actions in recent times, asillegal development, testing, and abuse continues. This secret testing, which you can see in video feeds of its most high profile victim in a variety of contrived emotional states and other disturbing images, violates the most basic human and constitutional rights of all these victims who have been secretly abused for testing over many decades. Federal criminal law (18 U.S.C .§ 175) prohibits testing bioweapons on humans without consent. But the federal government completely ignores this criminal law, which provides penalties to life in prison, in its own illegal bioweapon operations, which are also racketeering crimes.

 ILLEGAL INVASIONS OF RIGHTS REVICTIMIZE BIOWEAPON RACKETEERING VICTIMS 

     DOJ and FBI have and do also revictimize these same victims of illegal biomedical experiments as its involuntary servants in its own illegal general searches. Contemporary examples of this systematic revictimization include using me, Dennis, a key bioweapon victim since age 12, now 69. Dennis was unwittingly elevated to a high profile figure by FBI (Mueller), CIA  (Burns), DHHS (Fauci), and EOP during the Bush 43 administration, as the internet became a convenient vehicle for broad video distribution, specifically to demonstrate coercive power of the illegal bioweapon’s operations to national allies and adversaries.

     As an example of how this predatory corrupt process systematically fails the American People, consider one key bioweapon victim. Dennis has been set up for use as human bait for federal police powers operations, even as a series of predatory entrapments have been run simultaneously against me. Over the past two decades, a sampling of a few key illegal racketeering operations by FBI in NY, NJ, TX, AZ, and using CIA resources from Russia in AZ and China in NYC include:

(i) a sexually explicit defamatory victimization operation in 2008 which involved a series of Stormy Daniels (Stephanie Clifford, a pornographic videos actor) encounters over several months, styled by the perpetrators (US Attorney and former FBI agent Rosenberg, also a long-time human trafficker of Dennis) as a personal relationship by using a cutout version of Match.com. A strikingly similar operation, which likely incorporated the illegal bioweapon, was run against President-elect Trump in the early 2000s while FBI was under Director Mueller in a location previously used in another FBI operation against Dennis run by a repeating FBI operative, 

(ii) being trafficked in 2014 into the Maricopa County Sheriff Arpaio investigation in Phoenix, AZ, which included a fraudulent instance of a NY investment bank, and orchestrated visits to FBI sting operations run at Walmart’s headquarters and Kroger’s Ohio headquarters procurement operations, 

(iii) being abused by CIA and FBI with oxytocin in 2014-18 to supply thousands of dollars and two clean cell phones to a CIA operative in Ghana, and with a structured payments scam run simultaneously against me using an FBI faked female operative,

(iv) being trafficked in 2018 into the NJ Senator Menendez investigation, which included two co-defendants with offices 550 feet from Dennis’ residence, and with an Egyptian national offered by a FBI headhunting firm in Texas to an enterprise being legally developed by Dennis as part of a simultaneous entrapment effort,

(v) those two Menedez co-defendants offices were in the same complex as a medical doctor who abandoned his decades old medical practice after a homicide attempt on Dennis at Palisades Medical Center in 2021 which used an equilibrium shot to deliver a fall which resulted in a near blow to his head very similar to the blow to the head his sister had experienced in 1970, and was likely run by CIA under Director Burns, a longtime bioweapon program manager who personally knew and indirectly abused Dennis from the 1980s to 1993 in WA in a series of racketeering crimes, 

(vi) in the RMC counterintelligence operations run by FBI CI and NY CIA station in described on the 2018-20 US Acts of War webpage, 

(vii) in developing the pending indictments against NYPD officials, in part by exploiting their involvement in surveillance, harassment, and protection operations on Dennis from his arrival in 2007 into the present time, and 

(viii) with a cutout doubled girlfriend in 2020-21 during the Combs investigation (indictment currently pending), which effectively pitted two now prominent Black families against each other, a favored style of FBI operation it has long used, including during Cointelpro (1956-1971) against the Black Panthers in Oakland, CA and other places.

Some of these indictment targets may also have been victimized by illegal bioweapons operations secretly conducted against them. 

ILLEGAL INVASIONS OF RIGHTS VICTIMIZE MILLIONS OF OTHER AMERICANS

     The founders of our nation intended the Fourth Amendment to guarantee citizens the right "to be secure in their persons, papers, houses, and effects" to protect US citizens from these much hated general searches rummaging through people's lives. Abuses of individuals and groups deemed undesirable were then being conducted by the British Army, the King's police force in the American colonies. The Declaration of Independence documented these violations of individual rights which helped to spark the American Revolution: 

          He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.

          He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.

          For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:

          For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of           these States:

     These same kinds of "intelligence operations," general searches which rummage through targeted groups and peoples’ lives, run today by US police powers operations (who have replaced the English King’s Army as our police forces) have and do wildly overstep legal boundaries to engage in scofflaw conduct. Targets have and do include Blacks, conservative religious groups, anti-war activists, sexual orientation (ironic given FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover was gay while that was still criminalized), family bookstores, independent grocery stores, and businesses which are run by people with political views they deem to be undesirable, and in communities they prefer to suppress. 

     Our Constitution (in the Fourth Amendment, among other provisions) specifically prohibits these illegal police powers operations which target people based upon their views, opinions, speech, or religious beliefs. Police powers targeting of reasonably suspected criminal conduct is permitted. 

     Police powers targeting of people based upon their views, speech, religion, and other legal activities is illegal. Targeting of people or groups for these purposes is itself criminal conduct (18 U.S.C. §§ 241, 242). But DOJ has never prosecuted these types of institutional crimes. Rather, as described above, it actually has and does conduct them through its police powers operations such as FBI. DOJ AND POLICE POWERS CONDUCT ILLEGAL SEARCH & DESTROY OPERATIONS, THEN DESTROY THE EVIDENCE 

     FBI and other illegal police powers spying operations have been and are conducted through cover companies, such as Pacific Paper Products, which employed my father in the 1960s, Pacific Pipeline, a book wholesaler, and CNA, an engineering company, both of which employed Dennis in the 1990s and 2000s, before Dennis was human trafficked by FBI and CIA through wrecking into homelessness and Massachusetts in 2005, then to New Jersey in 2007. DOJ, FBI, and other police powers also sometimes co-opt private companies and organizations, such as the farmer cooperative Farmer’s Union Central Exchange, now Cenex, where my grandfather worked, Puget Consumers Cooperative, where Dennis was a Trustee of this natural and organic food retailer in the 1980s, and NutraSource, a natural foods wholesaler, where Dennis was a Director and later consultant for many years, as well as logistics suppliers, software companies, and a wide variety of other private companies and organizations.

     As documented by Congress in 1975 and by Dennis’ direct unwitting experience in these operations, FBI and other police powers agencies have and do use these cover companies, and their secret co-opting of management positions in private companies, in cooperatives, as well by infiltrating community activist groups, to carry on illegal general search spying operations, and to conduct secret wars of mayhem, destruction, and violence. 

CRITICS ALLEGE THIS IS PREPOSTEROUS NONSENSE AND BOGUS CLAIMS 

     Ridiculous, you say? Absolutely delusional, you say? Our government would never do that, you say? Your skepticism is understandable. That's most people's initial reaction. But it might just be too many cop shows - you really need to consider the pattern of facts and evidence. This site, Congressional investigations, and FISA Court reports also document this abusive history - it's far short of stellar. And the shocking overall result – our closest nation-state police powers peers are Turkmenistan, a former Soviet republic run by dictators and Panama, beset by drugs and corruption - is shown on the Punitive Police Powers page. Bad policy choices and systemic failures to enforce police powers compliance with law are a burdensome combination on individual American families and our nation as a whole. CIA, Army, and FBI have long histories of violating the rights of American citizens. Both CIA and FBI have run formal illegal secret programs against Americans for decades on end, such as CIA’s MKUltra 100 million dose LSD drugging program from 1953-1973 and FBI’s violent Cointelpro anti-civil rights campaign from the 1950s until 1971, long after the 1964 Civil Rights Act became law. Rampant violations of rights, including violence in both those programs, has been well documented by the Senate Intelligence Committee in its 1975 report and in more recent investigations, reports, and hearings.      Examples of unclassified DOD and defense contractor work on neurowarfare (brain hacking) weapons are found on the Evidence Leaves No Doubt page at Section 11 LPEE 11937-12022. Despite the treaty ban on bioweapons in warfare, which includes a ban on all chemicals synthetically produced anywhere - including in human brains, CIA, DOD, and Army persist in both Bioweapon Treaty violations and federal law violations of bioweapons bans (18 U.S.C. section 175), and of "unalienable" individual rights. 

• There is no doubt about the long track record of acts against the rights of citizens, nor about the open intent of these federal police powers, intelligence, and military departments and agencies to develop mind control using bioweapons, and to control the experimental test victims using racketeering and involuntary servitude.
• The Food and Drug Administration has authorized human trials of beneficial medical devices using the same basic science and medical breakthroughs to read brain signals. See Synchron.com and NeuraLink.com for examples. 
• The bottom line - the ability of the US government to malignly hack human brains is science fact, not      science fiction.
   

     Unconstitutional and illegal government police powers conducted against the rights of private citizens, groups, and private businesses who are acting within their legal rights – whether they are politically left, right, center, or totally non-political - continue today. This endangers every single American, your family, your business, your religious group, your personal pattern of lawful conduct within rights. This illegal targeting can occur simply because you are unliked, unpopular, or become a person of interest to a police powers or “intelligence” official or informant - because you’re unusual, or too beautiful, or too poor, or too successful, or a visionary, or a leader with opinions they don't like, or come from a family they’ve already abused and harassed, or ….. well, they just want some excuse to target you.
