As forensic reconstruction has progressed since the June 2024 court filings quoted below, previously known “accidents and incidents” which occur normally to most people living a reasonably adventurous life have been reclassified to indirect homicide attempts. This reclassification is primarily due to the identification of specific individual perpetrators with deep connections within federal government police powers operations, and due to the duration of these illegal human experiments from early childhood. CIA, the military departments within the Department of Defense, elements of the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, and others with police powers have perpetrated these illegal acts.
Pendleton, OR – 1975 Deadman’s Pass Master Brake Cylinder Sabotage
My 1969 Ford Mustang master brake cylinder was sabotaged overnight at a campground on the Eagle Cap Wilderness access road in late spring 1975. The sabotage occurred on the specific night spent at this secluded campground. There had been no braking problems driving in mountainous terrain between Lewiston, ID and the Eagle Cap Wilderness access road the previous day, The complete failure of the master brake cylinder became obvious while I was descending Deadman’s Pass east of Pendleton, OR with my girlfriend in the passenger seat. A complete stop was not possible, so I had to put the automatic transmission in lower gears to slow our descent and to come to coasting stops in Pendleton. I replaced the master brake cylinder in Pendleton, OR before continuing to the Seattle, WA area at the close of the college term.
Billings MT – 1976 Aircraft Engine Stalls After Ice Cubes Added By Lineman During Aviation Refueling
On a return trip to Pullman, WA from Nebraska and South Dakota in September 1976, ice cubes were added by the lineman who completed the refueling of my rented Cessna airplane. The lineman was likely a federal officer operating undercover due to his atypical mid-30s to 40s age and military/corporate style appearance. During the latter stages of climb-out from Billings, MT to cruising altitude, as I tipped the Cessna 150 two seat airplane from its nose-up climb attitude to the flat wings-level attitude used for cruise enroute to Pullman, WA, the engine quit for several seconds. As per aircraft engine out drills, I immediately added carburetor heat, pushed the throttle to full power, and began adjusting airspeed to best glide speed while searching for a suitable emergency landing site. The engine sputtered back to life and the trip was completed successfully.
The root cause of the failure was the ice cubes melting into water as I climbed. Since water is heavier than aviation fuel, as the ice cubes had melted during the climb-out, the melt water had accumulated at the back of the two wing tanks, the lowest points in the tanks during climb-out. When the wings were returned to their normal flat cruise attitude, the fuel line inlet again became the lowest points in the tanks, the water entered the fuel line and caused the engine to quit. Once the water was ingested and exhausted through the engine cylinders, normal fuel flow returned to the airplane’s engine.

London, UK/Seattle, WA – 1994 Complex Deep Vein Thrombosis Homicide Attempt
A complex sequence of (i) a deliberate surreptitious infection which led to a serious illness, was followed by (ii) a household back injury after being bed-ridden for three weeks which had greatly reduced muscle tone. This back injury (iii) led to 30 hours of sitting immobility which resulted in (iv) deep vein thrombosis (DVT) blood clots in the lower left leg, which can be fatal primarily as a result of blood clots traveling into the heart. I was hospitalized for five days and treated successfully. This previously ignored sequence is now being treated as another in the series of attempted homicides as a result of recent forensic analysis which led to the key CIA identifications below.
This sequence began at the conclusion of a three week trip to London for unwitting track, trace, and biohack testing of the space-based illegal bioweapon. This complex misdirection involved an UK MI-6 (UK’s intelligence agency equivalent to CIA) operator in his cover, as a Managing Director of a London-based French investment bank supposedly in international mining finance, who traveled the world under that cover. My direct minder during these and other field tests of the space-based illegal bioweapon was Richard Kerr, retired former Deputy Director CIA. Kerr reported to Admiral Studeman, his successor and a previous direct undercover contact of mine at LazerSoft while he ran Naval Intelligence and NSA, and to Bob Gates, CIA Director, who had been Deputy Director CIA during the marital wrecking process which had occurred in the mid-1980s also while I was employed at LazerSoft, described at subheading A. My Aunt Delores Thompson would later die in a hospital as a result of a similar DVT sequence in Auburn, WA, after she was discovered on the floor of her apartment by my sister. I attended her funeral and graveside service in Enumclaw, WA, where she was laid to rest near other family members, including my sister Sandra, age 11, a previous federal government homicide victim.
