A Survivor's Story of Federal Government Depravity

     I am the great-great grandson of a Civil War Army Medal of Honor soldier. He volunteered in 1861 to help free slaves and reunify the United States as one nation. My father was a 1950s Korean War era Army medic in Washington state. My uncle served in the Army Medical Corps in Texas in the 1960s during Vietnam. Both my father and uncle were held back from combat as unknowing and unwitting subjects of illegal human experiments, which are also experienced by their descendants.

     The illegal bioweapon program at the heart of this depraved federal public corruption was started by CIA and Army Intelligence in the 1950s. It’s been run against me since my childhood in the early 1960s – when an equilibrium shot caused me to lose my balance and the tricycle I was pushing crashed into a pickup truck door at age 5 in California (5119 N. Pall Mall Street), causing a huge concave collapse of the specially contrived spring steel door panel. I was in California from 1961-1963 with my family as my dad was unwittingly being used by an FBI cover company to destroy medical x-ray evidence in doctor’s clinics and hospitals of FBI Cointelpro undercover violence. 

     I was first individually trafficked across state lines by the U.S. government for illegal human biomedical experimentation around age 12. CIA and an Army Intelligence soldier embedded in the family’s religion, aided and abetted by the Department of Justice, ran an illegal oxytocin hormone manipulation on me using an illegal ground-based weapon in a state or national park campground in the California Redwoods. 

     Both my father’s and uncle’s families, and some of their family's home-based churches, were hijacked by the US Army, CIA, and DOJ. When I was 14, my family was abruptly reassigned, just a few weeks after USPHS organized the April 1970 medical killing by Reye Syndrome with an aspirin/codeine overdose, of my 11 year old sister. Government agents, engaged in a secret project of illegal human experiments to develop an illegal weapon, comprised all the other "worshippers" in those two hijacked home-based churches I attended with my family for at least two years. 

     Faked Sunday religious services were conducted in a secretly government-owned farmhouse staged to appear as a lived-in residence by an Army Intelligence reserve officer, later Supreme Court justice. Wednesday religious services were also comprised of another faked team of government agents posing as "worshippers." 

     Years later on September 6, 2011, my cousin's daughter was killed in a manner strongly suggestive of secret illegal federal government bioweapon abuse by a never-violent woman in a love triangle - on the same day as an Army four star General became CIA Director. That Director later resigned over a secret love triangle with a subordinate in a war theater classified information leak scandal which had been covered up while he was wearing an Army uniform. 

     In the early 1980s around age 32, an FBI agent illegally embedded in a grocery cooperative, an FBI spy who was the coop’s general manager (and who later became the General Counsel to FBI Director Robert Mueller), had a fellow Board of Trustees member, a child Nazi Holocaust medical experiment survivor, show me the Nazi tattoo on her lower arm. 

     He seemed to delight in showing that Nazi Holocaust survivor’s tattoo to me. He knew then that I too was a human medical experiment survivor - but this time it was at the hands of the United States government rather than the Nazi Doctor Josef Mengele. He knew it was still happening to me. I didn't then know and would not know for many years after that day. 

     In 2004 and 2005, I was biomedically tortured remotely, developed biochemical clinical depression, and suicidal ideation. It was finally obvious from the psychologically coercive field operations there was something profoundly wrong. I still didn’t know what it actually was, but I did see the coercive field operations going on with no explanation. 

     In September 2005, I delivered a complaint letter about the coercive field operations by hand to the Justice Department in Washington, DC when the U.S. mail didn’t go through. About 100 days later, I was homeless two days before Christmas. I fled the area fearing they would go after the rest of my family of origin. 

     Trafficked from Boston, Massachusetts in 2007 after nearly two years of homelessness, I went to work unwittingly in an FBI cover company in New Jersey run by one of the FBI human traffickers. Ten months later I was fired - with an 18 month non-compete employment agreement in place, and short paid. Tens of thousands of dollars of unpaid compensation were due but I had no funds to file a legal complaint against the secret cover company where I was unwittingly employed - a similar situation to those I had been placed in by other prior faked employers - US government cover companies - before.

     In 2010, I was trafficked again through six months of false imprisonment without due process intended to force me to drop a civil rights case I had filed in federal court case against FBI and others about 100 days before being forced back into homelessness….. and false imprisonment for six months by illegal abuse of a psychiatric hospital without the benefit of an actual court hearing after a fraudulent misrepresentation by a supposed attorney that my court hearing had been held in absentia.

     After leaving false imprisonment in 2011, I was then trafficked again in 2018 to Edgewater, NJ, unwittingly placed right in the middle of the FBI public corruption investigation of NJ Senator Menendez then already underway. FBI, CIA, and other police powers harassment, trafficking, illegal human experiments, racketeering offenses, entrapment attempts, and an absurdly obvious cover-up continue in full view of the world, day after day. 

     Official silence from the government to more than 40 hand delivered complaints to the Department of Justice in lower Manhattan in 2022-2023 is still deafening, just as it was in 2005 when the US Postal Service could not get a letter from Washington state delivered to Washington, DC.

     I went back to our federal courts repeatedly between 2021 and 2025, each time with a much clearer understanding beginning in late 2023 of who the specific individual perpetrators were, and the departments they worked for. But our federal courts refused to hear this civil case, even though I filed those federal court complaints on behalf of all the victims of this heinous program of federal government biomedical depravity, religious discrimination, and Racketeering Act violations - and there may be millions of us. We simply don't know. 

     Recently, the federal government has deliberately engaged in systematic human trafficking, separated family members, misburied cadavers falsely represented to relatives as family members in burial plots not originally purchased by the family and continues to engage in other acts to conceal and destroy family connections and evidence while restraining the victims and continuing its systematic pattern of victimizations to this day.      Other family members across multiple generations have experienced similar acts, injuries, violations, and harassment by the federal government police powers, and some politically motivated haters among the general public promoting lies and seeking sensationalism for their own purposes. 

     This illegal bioweapon, internationally prohibited, has been run against an as yet unknown number of other victims right up to today. MKUltra, a parallel CIA/Army mind control program, secretly administered 100 million doses of illegal LSD mostly to unwitting victims, from 1953, when CIA murdered an Army contract researcher who objected to the program in New York City, to 1973, when it was discovered and forced to be halted by public outrage. This illegal program has been run against American children, adults, particularly military personnel and their dependents and descendants, for well over 60 years. 

     Who would conceive of a democratic government, supposedly dedicated to the rule of law and human rights, subjecting its own citizens to Nazi style human biomedical experimentation and remote biochemical brain torture? Hardly any American would have thought this was possible in America. But it has been a reality for decades and still is today. As we all now know, these are the illegal acts of our United States federal government, particularly Army and CIA, with illegal active support and fraudulent concealment by our Department of Justice, stretching across a long series of Attorneys General and other Cabinet Secretaries since the 1950s.

     Modern day involuntary servitude violates the 1865 Civil War era 13th Amendment – but the pattern of violations continues unabated, including human trafficking; destroyed and assigned marriage and romantic partners; small business, career, and personal financial wreckings; secretly forced real property bargain sales, secretly forced personal property forfeitures; abuse of legal process; numerous entrapment and lethality attempts; willful blindness and official silence. Taken together, this demonstrates this is the depraved work of the federal government, including EOP, the Department of Justice, military Judge Advocate Generals, and other military, intelligence, and civilian police powers, in their continuing violations of the Thirteenth Amendment, and our other Constitutional rights in the First, Third, Eighth, Ninth, and Fourteenth Amendments. 

     That’s what I and others like me actually are. Modern day human trafficked illegal experiment victims as the involuntary servants of our corrupt US federal government. It futilely continues to try to pretend we don’t exist, that there’s nothing wrong, and that a government formed to secure the rights of the American People - as it says in the Declaration of Independence - somehow has a right to secretly engage in criminal acts while it hides behind abusive of privilege to violate our Constitution, international treaties, and laws.

     Executive Office of the President involvement has continued across all modern America's  Presidents from Kennedy 34 (when I attended first grade in 1961) through Trump 47 today (age 69) as I have been illegally human trafficked and restrained throughout 14 of the 47 total American presidencies in our entire history as a nation.      This broad-based bipartisan political and police powers corruption scandal began when Nazi doctors were secretly infiltrated to the US by the US Army, OSS (moved out of DOD to become CIA in 1947), and the US State Department as part of Operation Paperclip in the very late stages of World War II. That corruption and abuse of Americans, including our faithfully serving military veterans and their families, continues to this day.

     We must secure the federal government’s admission of its guilt for yet another of its serial racketeering patterns of crimes against its own citizens as it tries to cover up those biomedical, property, and rights crimes, and cover up the human trafficking, mayhem, and lethality attempts it has committed over these many years as well. In the meantime, we must begin our own electoral cleanup of a corrupted Congress in 2026 as we celebrate the 250th anniversary of our Declaration of Independence from despotism, tyranny, and oppression by government.
