The US Government has developed and assigned to itself the power of God - to change your mind using technology and neuroscience. American Victims – Children, Adults, Military Service Members
To sustain control and silence its victims, which include military veterans and their families, and whose total number of victims is not yet known, this corrupt government cabal engages in involuntary servitude and racketeering crimes against these targeted victims - rich and poor alike. All of this, every single bit, violates a broad sweep of federal criminal laws, 18 U.S.C. §§ 175-178 (bioweapons prohibited), and 1961-1968 (racketeering, which includes hundreds of different crimes when they are organized into a criminal enterprise); our international 1972 Bioweapons Treaty (never to possess bioweapons or their delivery systems); and our constitutional rights as citizens:
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated," - Fourth Amendment excerpt.
The actual Fourth Amendment conduct of the federal government in no way resembles those words from our Bill of Rights. Since these bioweapons are prohibited by law in the US and are internationally prohibited by treaty, they do not officially exist. So, to control some of its secret victims, our federal government has secretly decreed itself to be God - Army Intelligence and DOJ/FBI did take over our family's home-based churches, and decide where, how, and with whom we would worship, and how and where we would live. For Dennis, this website's author, this is the result of secret federal government human trafficking into illegal medical experiments and other bioweapon crimes, and secretly assigned adult employment and second spouse, without his consent - from age 5 and still at age 69, the son of an Army veteran, all because his father faithfully served the Army when called.
Still other known victims have been forcibly assigned a relationship and married to avoid military criminal prosecution due to sexual orientation (examples include Dennis' second spouse in 1988-2005), killed (his uncle's granddaughter in 2011), committed suicide (personal ideations in WA and NJ around 2004, 2010), been incarcerated through entrapments (Steven Pass, WA entrapment attempt with first spouse around 1984), or are otherwise physically or psychologically disabled by the stress, duress, and entrapments(Bergen County, NJ false imprisonment in 2010-11), and/or the personal financial and business enterprise frauds (Alliance Environmental Services in 1990-93 among others) of this corrupt US government cabal.

Victims can also speak out publicly in our own self-defense against these crimes committed by government against all of us across generations of American families. And how many more victims are there? We don’t yet know, but the long term pattern suggests it’s millions of Americans. Another 20 year long illegal program run by CIA and Army with DOJ complicity, MKUltra, secretly illegally dosed Americans with 100 million doses of LSD without their knowledge or consent. This illegal bioweapon has been used in ever more sophisticated form on generations of Americans since at least the early 1960s – over more than 60 years.
American Presidents Since Eisenhower
American Presidents since Eisenhower, and government departments and agencies they supervise, including military, intelligence, and police powers, have and do use these illegal means on Americans, while the Justice Department participates or looks away, and have and do endanger and cause the deaths of US citizens on US soil, and cover it up with silence and suppression throughout the federal government - executive branch, courts, and Congress.
The current President is the only government official who can singly declassify and make the illegal bioweapon system officially known. No one else in government has this legal authority. All living Presidents - Trump, Biden, Obama, Bush, Clinton - could have declassified it during their own terms in office but did not act. Congress is the only body which can defund these illegal acts against Americans by our government. As the horror, mayhem, and death have continued, they have failed to faithfully execute our Constitution, laws, and international treaties which prohibit this secret illegal and internationally banned bioweapon system.
Role of Congress
Congress has and does fund these crimes - domestic and international illegal bioweapon operations, involuntary servitude, and racketeering – and the campaign which is conducted by our federal military, intelligence and police powers departments to entrap and perpetuate the involuntary servitude and create the conditions to conceal and dispose of these victims of acts of this cabal.
And all the while, Congress has pretended since the 1950s that these violations of our laws and our Constitutional rights by our Government are not happening. Congress did investigate two parallel programs – Cointelpro and MKUltra - in the 1970s, but the crimes and other illegal acts have persisted under different names in those same departments and agencies – DOD, DOJ, DHS, CIA, and others, since that time.

Criminal History Of Federal Departments And Agencies
Our federal government has a history of secret illegal programs run against Americans which are hidden from the public. The federal government's laws, internal regulations, and inspection processes are supposed to guard and protect Americans, their families, businesses, and careers from illegal government programs and conduct – but have not and do not. In fact, some federal laws actually aid and abet this illegal conduct, such as 18 U.S.C. § 2337 related to terrorization and § 2340B related to torture. Both of these laws specifically prevent citizens from stopping terrorization and torturous conduct against them by exercising their constitutional rights in federal courts.
These illegal and deadly programs have been uncovered primarily by American citizens:
1971 - Cointelpro, a violent entrapment program run by the Department of Justice and its FBI police powers agency for 15 years against Americans, which deployed thousands of agents and employees to operate the illegal program. Together with some other police powers operations, they continue to use those same illegal methods as part of their pattern of normal operations, violating constitutional and civil rights.
1972 - Tuskegee disease experiments conducted on Americans to the point of death for 40 years, run by US Public Health Service, part of the Department of Health and Human Services.
1973 - MKUltra secret LSD drugging of citizens and soldiers run by CIA, one of 17 US intelligence agencies, and by Army, part of the Department of Defense. MKUltra, which operated for 20 years, was likely the world's largest drug dealer for much of its existence, as it secretly drugged Americans with 100 million doses of LSD creating mayhem, suicides, murders and other violence in the US population of around 150-170 million at the time.
2021-2024 - BRMT illegal bioweapon, involuntary servitude, and racketeering enterprises run against American families and businesses since the 1950s by Army, CIA, US Public Health Service, National Institute for Allergies and Infectious Diseases, Justice Department, FBI, Secret Service, Customs and Border Protection, among other government agencies, has been forensically reconstructed by Dennis, a key victim of the entire set of illegal program activities. The total number of victims of the globally effective illegal BRMT bioweapon system, and the related racketeering program, in the US and worldwide, is unknown.
Except for the illegal BRMT bioweapon, these illegal programs have come to light in the popular media, then were investigated by Congress. Some members of Congress in party and committee leadership roles almost certainly knew about all of them, and their predatory and deadly effects on everyday Americans, long before they became public knowledge. A popular mass media blackout currently persists only because of their own internal policies. Since no government official will confirm the existence of the illegal BRMT bioweapon program, the media's own policies effectively make the reputable popular mass media a tool of government secrecy to conceal this illegal and internationally prohibited bioweapon system.
There are many more examples of the federal government's outrageous violations of our Constitution, individual rights, and international treaties, as Presidents and the executive branch use state secrets and official lies to cover up criminal acts and play God on earth, aided and abetted at times by Congressional politics, and by federal courts which have refused to act, using legal subterfuges to suppress the truth from being spoken in their courtrooms to juries of our peers. These illegal programs are buried inside vast federal bureaucracies which also conduct other constructive programs, all created and funded by Congress. These illegal programs are secret abuses of national security laws and regulations. They are concealed to avoid political embarrassment to elected officials, particularly (i) those in leadership and (ii) on the military, judicial, and intelligence committees, and (iii) the related appropriations (budget) committees of Congress, and the (iv) President, Cabinet officers, and senior government executives, as well as (vi) to allow those senior officials to evade legal accountability for their criminal culpability for creating, funding, supervising, and conducting these illegal programs.
The US Department of Justice (DOJ) looks the other way and maintains its official silence while it actively participates in some illegal programs and ignores others. Federal judges, about 88% of whom were previously DOJ employees, abuse legal dodges, rendering the federal courts inaccessible to citizens attempting to protect their constitutional and civil rights from these illegal programs. Harsh penalties for violations of institutional norms are inflicted for leaking illegal programs to the press and public, effectively dissuading honest government personnel from disclosing these illegal programs. Offensive acts of war, abuse of American citizens, and other unconstitutional conduct by US Presidents, using the illegal and internationally prohibited bioweapon and racketeering enterprises, are described elsewhere on this site. As with other Presidents before them, both Biden and Trump have had direct knowledge and participated in authorizing, using, or administering these programs while in government.

Family Military History – Civil War Medal Of Honor
My great-great grandfather volunteered in 1861, as the Civil War opened, to serve in the horse Cavalry – the 2nd New York. He served through Appomattox, the climactic closing battle that led to the April 9, 1865 surrender of General Robert E Lee and the confederate Army of Northern Virginia. He won the Army Medal of Honor for his bold action, as an unarmed bugler, seizing a Confederate flag behind enemy lines just five days before Lee’s surrender.
We’ve been in the battle for individual freedom, the right to think and say what you believe, and for religious liberty, all along. My father and his brother served in the Army Medical Corps. I volunteered for naval aviation while in college but was rejected - officially because they had too many pilots already - actually because I had been an unwitting crime victim of their illegal bioweapon program since age 5 and was being run by an Army Intelligence soldier and future Supreme Court Justice at the time. I still am a victim of that same corrupt program.
We're still here – and won’t be stopping until the People’s work is done -and we are truly free from corrupt acts of government which presume to subvert God’s proper place in the lives of Americans – whether religious or not. It’s a matter of individual liberty which our founders fought and died for, and which generations of Americans have fought to defend.
We will not surrender these sacred Constitutional principles, nor our individual rights to any person, to any titular head, nor to any government which presumes it is permitted to possess the god-like power to select the destiny of its citizens - who are supposed to be free - and which presumes to use their money to develop such powers and assign them to itself - this US government, which violates our Constitution, federal criminal laws, and international treaties in doing so.
