OUTREACH – CLASS BUILDING AMONG AMERICAN ORGANIZATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS
National civic, social, religious, and commercial organizations have been identified as having leaders and/or members likely to have experienced at least some of the common patterns of misconduct and unindicted felonies from illegal bioweapon abuses, rights violations, and racketeering acts described throughout this website. Most organizations listed below had some contact with the website author at some point through a personal or professional relationship. Others had well publicized scandals and/or financial consequences as extreme as bankruptcy for misconduct among leaders at various levels. Their financial and reputational damage may be recoverable in civil class actions against the federal government for its criminal misconduct using the internationally banned bioweapon and other illegal acts.
These patterns repeat patterns experienced by these same types of organizations in DOJ/FBI’s Cointelpro and CIA/Army’s MKUltra. The overall intent of illegal intrusive undercover operations are typically to inculpate illegally targeted people or coercively control a targeted organization to use or destroy it. Individuals and organizations have been and are targeted with no legal basis, then become subjects as a result of illegal general searches or specifically targeted coercive operations, including psychological, bioweapon, and financial crimes perpetrated by unprosecuted felonious acts of police powers.

GOVERNMENT DELIBERATELY SILENCES FIRST AMENDMENT SPEECH AND ASSEMBLY RIGHTS
As experienced in other outreach attempts, including with website email return contacts, there has been no meaningful response. Isolation to sustain the coverup is the clear agenda of the federal government in this entire secret, illegal associated-in-fact enterprise it operates in violation of the state secret privilege used to conceal racketeering acts and rights violations against all the unknown targeted victims across America across decades of illegal operations.
The only return contact to date has been a single retail coupon for two cans of cranberry sauce received from Ocean Spray. A complaint and alert letter to Ocean Spray had detailed one incident of a safe but defectively processed product, likely actually packaged by a counterfeiting contractor funded and delivered to the website author Dennis as targeted by police powers abusing the Ocean Spray label and its corporate reputation.
Known police powers abuses sabotage fulfillment, customer service, and delivery practices to introduce problems with order accuracy, sizing, product quality, and online hacking to damage reputations of mainline online retailers, consumer electronics, and direct delivery personnel. Harassing targeting by embedded police powers personnel is used to create customer service issues, reputational issues, and can generate threats for their criminal follow up, effectively manufacturing criminal investigations and outcomes among targets where none would otherwise have occurred.
