A.  American Politicians Publicly Value Liberty - Defeating The Soviet Union & Its Tyranny, Oppression, And Barriers To Liberty And Self Determination

     In the 1950s through the 1980s, the US national focus was on defeating the totalitarian philosophy of the Soviet Union. As the cracks in the Soviet bloc of nations began to show, President Reagan made his famous “tear down this Wall” speech, shown in the photos above, at the Berlin Wall in June 1987.      The Soviet Union repressed its own citizens and those in adjoining countries. It assigned dictators to suit its own wishes in Soviet Bloc countries. Soviet Bloc governments would only allow their citizens to purchase products made in the Soviet Bloc of countries. Jobs and educational opportunities for individual citizens were defined and assigned by government bureaucracies. 

     Soviet Bloc books and art had to meet government standards to avoid imprisonment of their authors and publishers, free expression of individual beliefs and religion were banned or severely constrained everywhere. Imports of products from Western countries were not officially permitted, though a black market existed and was frequently used by government officials to suit themselves. Citizens would be severely punished for that same conduct. People could not travel freely to the West, and identity papers or passports denoting official permission were required to move across internal boundaries in many Soviet bloc countries. 

     Official government minders were everywhere, and citizens were rewarded for reporting people who expressed themselves in ways which contradicted official government policies. Some of those citizens were labeled as dissidents and confined to psychiatric hospitals to silence their voices. When those in Soviet bloc governments attempted to provide a degree of freedom, they were forcibly removed. So, freedom and liberalization were always on the minds of American leaders like Carter and Reagan.

B.  America Publicly Values Liberty - The Afghan Mujahadin In The Reagan Oval Office

     This was the totalitarian philosophy which Presidents Jimmy Carter (D) and Ronald Reagan (R) were determined to defeat in the late 1970s and 1980s as they joined the US with freedom fighters against the December 1979 Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. Carter and his CIA Director Admiral Stansfield Turner made the early moves. They began CIA’s Operation Cyclone in January 1980 with non-lethal aid, followed by shipments of surplus British Lee-Enfield bolt action rifles left over from World War II. Enter UBL And KSM – Young Mujahadin Who Fought The Soviet Union First

     Throughout the 1980s, the US empowered, enabled, and enriched the mujahadin to defeat the Soviet Union in Afghanistan, and made many connections there, including through the neighboring Pakistani government, its Army, and its ISI intelligence service. Usama bin Ladin (UBL), the 23 year old son of a Saudi construction billionaire, arrived in Afghanistan in 1980, and made many of those same connections - with other mujahadin, and with Pakistan Army general officers and ISI commanders. In 1987, Khalid Shiekh Mohammed (KSM), a BS Mechanical Engineering graduate from North Carolina, traveled for the first time to Afghanistan and met with Bin Ladin to share some ideas for the future as Soviet defeat seemed to be nearing. As foreign students in the UK and US, they were likely continuing targets for intelligence surveillance from domestic intelligence services, much like my Iranian graduate school officemate was during the leadup to the Shah of Iran's 1979 downfall.

     Eventually, US, Saudi, and Chinese arms and aid packages, and the determination of the mujahadin to take the fight to the Soviet superpower, led to Soviet withdrawal. In April 1988, the Soviet Union agreed to withdraw from Afghanistan, which they completed with the last armored column leaving the country in February 1989. 

C.  Americans Value Liberty - Key American Political Leaders Do Not Actually Share These Values - But Did Share Their Plan With An Unwitting Key Victim

     It was in this Spring 1988 timeframe, as the mujahadin finally triumphed over the oppressions of the Soviet Army in Afghanistan, when I unwittingly met Dick Cheney (then Chair of the House Republican Conference, later SecDef and VP) and Leonard Leo (political activist), posing undercover as Ralph and Leonard, supposedly the key executives of Technology Management Group (TMG). TMG was to write essential software my company, LazerSoft, needed to complete a key mainframe to laser optical disk mass storage computer hardware and software integration project at the regional electric utility, Puget Sound Power & Light. That was their cover story. But Cheney and Leo's "TMG" was a covert cover legend and part of an already epic sequence - a long-running, total, complete, comprehensive set of US government lies perpetuated at vast taxpayer expense. 

     To understand this, we need to leap backwards to the end of World War ii briefly. Our US government's program of illegal bioweapon experiments and racketeering acts has operated since the 1950s with the same spirit and human ethic as Dachau Concentration Camp prisoners were used in Nazi Germany’s experiments on humans from 1933 to 1945. The key difference is that the US government has run these types of illegal human experiments and racketeering operations to sustain involuntary servitude in plain sight. They operate inside what appear to be normal neighborhoods and private businesses, not behind plainly obvious concertina wire surrounding a camp. 

     The federal police powers guards operate in plain clothes, with adult agents and officers posing as students, church worshippers, mechanics, sales representatives, human resources managers, fellow employees, lovers, and the like. Sometimes they run completely faked government-owned or secretly co-owned businesses like CNA Industrial Engineering and Allegent LLC. Sometimes they let their victims believe they are running things – one of those episodes in involuntary servitude was LazerSoft. 

     That was my story in Spring 1988 – a totally duped, unwitting human experiment victim in the land of the supposedly free, by Cheney and Leo among others, who met with me inside this particular plainclothes involuntary servitude camp I inhabited. Cheney and Leo were there to secretly announce the next chapter in our federal government's illegal human experiment series - the dramatic expansion of the domestic and global phases of the illegal bioweapon track, trace, biohack, and domination – the journey into space in the 1990s.

     I had unwittingly joined LazerSoft in 1986, from another illicit intelligence cover company operating as Deloitte Seattle, where I had met a number of people who would become key political and police powers executives later, having been read into this secret illegal bioweapon and racketeering program of involuntary servitude. One was William Sperber (his covert cover name) who much later became the current Attorney General of Texas. Another was Phil Walter - actually an undercover US government employee who repeatedly described himself then as an "excellent driver." I had no idea what he really meant at the time, and what this actually means at the US Department of Justice, DOD, and CIA. His real name was Chris Christie, who would live up to his brag as an "excellent driver" years later, while DOJ's US Attorney in New Jersey and then as NJ Governor. 

     LazerSoft was actually a 1980s CIA covert operation when I joined it from Deloitte Seattle in August 1986. It was run by Roger Stone, another veteran of Deloitte Seattle from his financial systems work in South Africa during apartheid. LazerSoft was dressed up to appear as an ordinary American technology startup company which developed and sold laser-optic computer mass storage equipment. It's true purpose was another form of apartheid, directed at Americans and others, a high priority covert project to advance illegal bioweapon development for mind control inside the CIA Directorate of Science & Technology (DS&T). 

     The project was so closely held inside CIA that it was directly overseen by CIA Deputy Director Bob Gates (later CIA Director and then Secretary of Defense) at the time. It would involve three other Deputy Directors and a series of Army Colonels and other military officers who directly participated in the project in the field into the early 2000s. Gates known to me as Tim and posed as our VP - Software Development together with a double who served in that role much of the time, all unbeknownst to me in those days. The company was alternately funded and starved of capital, using CIA DS&T funds laundered by DS&T project manager William Burns through some medical doctors, bankers, and armored car company owners phony checking accounts. Burns was CIA and the son of an Army General, who later moved to the State (CIA) Department, then became Ambassador to Jordan and ran Near East (Middle East Policy) during the prelude and aftermath of 9/11, prior to becoming Biden's CIA Director. 

     The CIA/Army team arranged for my first wife, Lynne, to be moved out of Deloitte Seattle and secure a job at the AT&T cell phone spin-off company US West New Vector Group in Bellevue, Washington. I had recently trained that company's financial Controller on the use of the company's NJ-based time share accounting system. New cell phones for family members came with the new job. Robert Swain (cover name) supposedly ran the shop which installed the trunk-mounted cell phone equipment box, antenna, the handset and wired them together in my car. He was actually fronting Judd Gregg, later New Hampshire's Governor then one of its US Senators. 

     It was that specially modified cell phone equipment box which almost sent both wife Lynne and me flying off a sea cliff with no guard rail in a failed Summer 1985 CIA/Army field bioweapon test. The test was a double homicide attempt, using my car and the cell phone equipment box as the murder weapon. It was triggered over the cell phone network while I was driving home from a long weekend outing with Lynne at around 90 kilometers per hour. If I had fallen asleep at the wheel, I would have driven off the unguarded cliffside highway. We would have landed on the railroad tracks some 100 feet or so below along Howe Sound, north of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, dead on impact or soon thereafter, not discovered for hours until the next train passed through. But it didn't work, because I pulled off the highway before the melatonin sleep hormone overdose induced by the focused and tuned bioweapon energy beam in the secretly modified cell phone equipment box installed in the trunk forced me into a very deep short-duration sleep episode. So, Lynne and I both survived that one. Our marriage did not survive the next one.

     Soon after President Reagan’s June 1987 Berlin Wall speech about liberty, demanding the removal of the Berlin Wall and other barriers to migration and free trade with Soviet bloc countries, the CIA and US Army destroyed my first marriage to Lynne. At the time, Judd Gregg (“Swain”), ostensibly that cell phone equipment install shop manager now working for cell phone company US West New Vector Group after selling his shop to them, was also junketing around in the dark, so to speak. CIA used oxytocin (love hormone) manipulations on Lynne, for a combustible affair to "marry her off" to "Swain," the installer double homicide cell phone device, thereby forcing forfeiture of family and our family home in 1988 so they could sustain control of both of us in our new roles as their involuntary servants. 

     I ran into both Judd (Robert) and Lynne years later in Maricopa County, Arizona while attending a "memorial service" for Greg Boyle, Lynne's first husband. Lynne looked terrified and stiff as she stood next to “Swain.” Boyle was a former King County, Washington sheriff's deputy, who had both married and betrayed Lynne twice, was the father of my two former stepdaughters, and had worked for King County Sheriff Bob Reichert. Reichert was later in Congress, then a failed 2024 candidate for Washington Governor, and also would have known Maricopa County, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio well. Meanwhile, CIA and Army had engaged in other later 1980s secret field maneuvering while I continued to work at LazerSoft into 1989.

     After that Spring 1988 LazerSoft/TMG meeting with Cheney and Leo, Stephen Waters, our software development contractor from Texas, orchestrated the introduction of my Army assigned second wife Jeanette, courtesy of US Secret Service/CIA/Army orchestration. We met at a secretly arranged mid-1988 weeknight undercover close hold invitation-only police powers dance party in the basement of Bellevue’s Greenwood Inn. Another Texan, LazerSoft's key software contractor, an SMU electrical engineer named Stephen Waters, was the in-house connection to that secretly orchestrated dance party. Steve and I sat at one table with a table of a half-dozen women nearby in an otherwise empty bar as the band played – with one clear standout, Jeanette, in that afterwork group. 

     Jeanette and I would remain together from 1988 - with a Secret Service Biden lookalike (or the famous person himself slightly disguised) after he had announced for President in 1988. He and his double posed as my father-in-law from 1990, which brought more “relatives” into the family as my supposed in-laws – actually officers and agents from Army, DOJ/FBI, Secret Service, and other police powers agencies. Some "family" members would go on to become National Security Council staff, still others to networks where they became media stars but with a twist – their government security clearances would make it legally impossible for them to cover this public corruption scandal as it finally began to break.

     This second marriage itself was also a lie, a coerced Army Intelligence enlisted soldier and her son, who had a peculiar ethnic resemblance to Usama Bin Ladin. This resemblance was likely the result of an assault on her while she operated as belly dancer bait in the intelligence community in the Middle East and had a notable dislike for another cover operative who came along, Jerry Cornwell (actually former CIA DD Kerr operating undercover in 1992-1995 below). Bryce's supposed father Bruce looked nothing like Bryce but did bear a strong resemblance to a later Senator from Wyoming - because they were and are the same person. He is an actual medical doctor connected to Cheney (then in the House of Representatives from Wyoming) beginning in the 1980s via Wyoming politics. John Barrasso is now Wyoming Senator and Republican Majority Whip managing votes in the US Senate. 

     Barrasso appeared as Bruce Hansen and interacted with his “son” Bryce as any deadbeat dad would over those ten-plus years, all the while participating in this secret project being run on illegal human experiment victims in Kirkland, Washington. During this period, Bryce was tracked into a descent into schizophrenia while Barrasso looked on and observed closely as his "father." His mother and I tried to help Bryce but the descent into mental illness resulted in two assaults on his mother, which may have been aided and abetted by the operation of the illegal bioweapon, so he had to be removed for our home for her safety late in his teen years. Others among the political class, military, intelligence, police powers, and media operations were secretly around as well - looking in, sightseeing, touring, messing around, or simply curious about secret illegal human experiments being run on their fellow Americans, all while federal police powers claimed to be protecting and defending in their federal police powers operations or representing in Congress, just as they had when Sandra was killed in 1970. All funded by US taxpayers as budgeted by our Congress.

     Jeanette and I were married from 1990 until 2005, a period which included myriad racketeering violations by federal police powers involved in running faked employment, programmed unemployment, phony business partners, business failures, and personal bankruptcy, as well as yet more introductions to Texans and others in politics and to bogus financings while they violated federal racketeering laws. For example, between 1992-1995, an international and NASDAQ related racketeering financing scheme was run by CIA's former Deputy Director Richard Kerr (Jerry Cornwell) while he reported to CIA Deputy Director Admiral Studeman and CIA Director Gates, himself later Secretary of Defense. 

     As before, I was unwittingly at the center of these completely bogus operations, again trying to operate private businesses and secure equity and debt financing. At least that is what I thought. Like marriage, family, property rights, and public safety, CIA, Army, DOJ. and the national political class seemed to have other plans. These plans have repeatedly unwittingly involved me and other victims of this criminal cabal, and left us holding the bag, which is not filled with the life, liberty, or happiness for which “governments are created among men.”

     This next US government 1990s racketeering fraud was conducted with the assistance of Canadian CSIS personnel and at least one UK MI-6 agent. Numerous trips occurred from Seattle, Washington across Los Angeles County, California, Vancouver, BC, Canada, and London, England. The actual secret purpose of these trips was CIA's initial field tests of the space-based track and trace version of the illegal bioweapon for prohibited international use.     Former CIA Deputy Director Kerr also introduced the current Texas Governor, Greg Abbott, posing as Greg Harry, an expert financier in speculative stock offerings during one of these trips. I had already met the current Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton years before in Seattle, as forensically identified in late 2025. Our fake cover company's application to NASDAQ was made with the assistance of a prominent Washington, DC law firm - Venable, Baetjer, Howard and Civiletti - that last named partner himself a former Attorney General. The NASDAQ application and financing failed, of course - racketeering frauds conducted by government often do - manifest destiny as defined by our federal government.

     Over those years, I endured a series of at least four forced months-long separations from Jeanette without explanation, while I lived in and rebuilt a home across the street from CIA Directorate of Science &Technology (DS&T) program manager, William J. Burns, and a series of successor police powers neighbors, between 1990 and 2005. Burns supposedly lived in that cover house for years as he supposedly practiced obstetrics at nearby Evergreen Hospital as J. Patrick Heffron, MD.      Burns left the Seattle area in 1996 to work as Executive Secretary of the State Department under Bill Clinton. Burns' State Department boss in DC, Secretary of State Warren Christopher, had also earlier appeared to me in the 1960s - as Everett Gee, Sr. (CIA cover), our family's next-door neighbor in Federal Way, Washington during my time from 4th grade into high school. Even pretending to run a restaurant as your cover legend requires long hours, so Gee wasn't home much - he was actually in California as special counsel to Governor Pat Brown.

     Between 1998 and June 2001, Burns was Ambassador to Jordan, a relatively safe operating base for CIA to connect with its diplomatic and intelligence networks throughout the Middle East, including other US embassies and governments in the region. Burns then ran Near East Policy as Assistant Secretary of State in DC, through the 3 months leading into 9/11 and the response during three years after 9/11, by the State Department and CIA.

     Burns left DC in late 2005, around the same time I was made homeless and trafficked to Boston by DOJ/FBI Rosenberg and others. Burns tried to destabilize Russian leadership from 2005-2008 with the illegal bioweapon under Bush 43.     After I was trafficked by DOJ and other US government collaborators in 2005 through programmed homelessness in Boston into New Jersey in 2007, and still more fake employment in fraudulent cover companies, personal sabotage would follow me yet again with thefts of money and labor, an unwitting cameo with a porn star in a short fake relationship featuring unbeknownst to me, Stephanie Clifford (Stormy Daniels), and false imprisonment in a psychiatric hospital (an old Soviet trick) by the state of NJ with no civil process. This operation was initially led in person by still another US Attorney and former FBI agent, Chuck Rosenberg during Bush (Cheney) 43.

     Christie, the "excellent driver" who had known me from Seattle and Deloitte in the 1980s, added his personal touches remotely during his tenure at DOJ and then the State of NJ. Rosenberg had been known to me in the 1980s as Chuck LeFevre (toupee and all), when he was embedded in Seattle as NutraSource CEO, a natural foods wholesaler cover used for illegal intelligence gathering, aka a domestic spying platform for general searches. So, now we all know what kind of “excellent drivers” work as US Attorneys, executives, and agents at the US Justice Department, including FBI, among other places. Sometimes they move on to state offices just like NJ Governor Christie - handy if you're a politcal operator who needs to perpetuate a coverup.

D.  American Values – Expressed Gangland Style By Those Who Do Not Share These Values

     Work did not set me free any more than it did those who had walked under that sign in the 1940s. Nor has it set any other American trapped by these federal police powers operations, political lies and coverup free – it has just led to our next ruination – be it the next fraudulent relationship - the next theft of property or dignity by some new and ever more depraved means – such as a clever new attempt to entrap or coerce them. All of this is perpetrated at taxpayer expense so the responsible parties in our government can continue to evade the rule of law and criminal accountability for their actions.        Our national political class, many initially employed in the same military, intelligence, DOJ and other police powers operations which run the illegal operations well outside our laws described across this website, has continued to empower and fund a clever and duplicitous gang. This US government gang, selected from among honest employees to be groomed, tested, and selectively promoted in those same departments and agencies, could then be reliably counted on to continue the coverup. All the while, taxpayers have funded the hijacking of churches, families, individuals, commercial enterprises, and civic, social, and cultural organizations, and lethality attempts, some successful, others hapless, using taxpayer's money. This carefully groomed and tested subset of government employees and politicians play God without paying the consequences - as they choose the destiny of many among us simply by pointing their finger. 

America's National Political Class - Engaging In Secret Depravities While Claiming The Powers Of A God

     In 1511, Michaelangelo depicted this sort of finger pointing on the ceiling of Rome's Sistine Chapel - but it was the sacred power of God to create, not the earthly acts of a government of men to destroy - which Michaelangelo intended to invoke with his famous fresco of God pointing his finger toward man as He created Adam.

     All the depraved acts of finger pointing aimed directly at religious, civic, social, and cultural organizations, military veterans, and some minority races, for domination and destruction evidenced on this site are part of the illegal mind control program and racketeering acts run by the US federal government. E.  Crushing The Soviet Union Has Devolved Into An American Crushing By Those Who Do Not Share Our Common American Values - Operation PowerGrab

     The Iron Curtain was opened to travel to the West in August 1989, the Berlin Wall came down in November 1989, as American companies could begin to sell products there. The Soviet Union dissolved in 1991, and the reunification of Germany into a single country was underway. Of course, Cheney and others, including Biden as Senate Chair of Foreign Relations before he became VP in 2009 as part of our national political class took credit for the 1991 defeat of the repressive Soviet nation-state, the Soviet bloc's dissolution, and the crushing of totalitarian control on populations and nations by capitalism and a strong defense. The truth is the Soviet Union rotted out from within because its totalitarian system stifled free expression, individual initiative, innovation, and competition, while government minders dominated thought, action, philosophy, religion, individual initiative, and commerce to favor a chosen few over the many throughout the Soviet Union and Soviet bloc. 

     Beyond using taxpayer funds to prevent invasions of Western nations, a few carefully timed speeches were the primary contributions of our nation's political class. Our national political class does deserve full credit for the illegal human experiments they have funded and the illegal bioweapons which have now been used against Americans en masse. These are based upon the heritage of the Nazi Dachau illegal human experiments, brought to the US by the US Army, CIA, and State Department, and on our own government's desire for mind control. 

     These days, our principal risk is the same kind of amoral, self-interested internal rot among the political class, and aggression toward others by a few self-interested politicians and tycoons willing to sell out the rest, which left fascist dominated Germany and then the totalitarian Soviet Union in economic and political ruin in the 1940s and 1980s. 

     The illegal human subject experiments our government has conducted, and the increasing depravity of their successive generations of the illegal bioweapon, racketeering, coercive psychological field terrorizing and torture operations, used against Americans and others very clearly demonstrate these grave risks to democracy, liberty, and individual freedom. These indefensible and depraved patterns violate our Constitution and our Bill of Rights, federal civil rights and racketeering laws, and the 1972 Bioweapon Treaty signed by President Nixon in 1972 – the US promise to the world “never to possess” any such weapon or its delivery system.

What Is Seditious Conspiracy?

 
     The People acting through Congress in 1776, founded America to secure our rights - "that among these rights are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" To protect the American People from a takeover of their federal government for malign purposes by any group or movement intent on subverting our Constitution and our rights as Americans, Congress passed into law the federal definition of seditious conspiracy in federal criminal law at 18 U.S.C. § 2384:

“If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to …… by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.”

     Illegal human experiments, operation of an internationally banned offensive bioweapon against people, individual and en masse biohacking, and other racketeering acts against US persons are seditious acts against our Constitution which use "force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law" whether undertaken by any person or by the government itself acting outside its legal authority. 18 U.S.C. § 175 and the 1972 Bioweapon Treaty ban all such weapons and their delivery systems. The "state secret" privilege cannot be validly asserted to fraudulently conceal seditious and criminal acts by government.

 
    The use of any offensive weapon against civilians absent legal authority, including any alleged delegated authority to use military satellites equipped with such weapons and/or their delivery systems to any non-military department or agency, further violates (a) posse comitatus law 18 U.S.C. § 1385, and violates (b) the sovereign civil authority and police powers granted to states to maintain public order, thereby violating (c) our Constitution's Tenth Amendment:

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." 

     This means our federal government has only the limited powers explicitly delegated to it by our ratified Constitution and the twenty-seven amendments our nation has ratified under the amendment process defined in Constitution Article V, beginning with the 1791 Bill of Rights.
