The Operation PowerGrab cabal operated at a very high level, as former and future White House-bound Representative Dick Cheney and supposed activist Leonard Leo worked with CIA and DOD cabal team members, including a future Army General, the Admiral directing Naval Intelligence, and future Senators. Cheney led the way in the late 1980s as it secretly announced to an unwitting me that it was destroying and reassigning my marriages and career while I was an unwitting witness to this corrupt cabal. The Navy developed technology which allowed the illegal bioweapon to be moved to space and engaged with CIA/DID in remote lethality tests (murders are lethality events) for its usefulness against specific target and mass targets. Military officers and CIA case officers were involved in no-attribution field operations. The defeat of the Soviet Union, including in Afghanistan, was a public focal point of that decade.

A. America’s Public Journey Through The 1980s - Toward A New Century, Sedition, And 9/11 

A1. American Politicians Speak Publicly About Liberty – Defeating The Soviet Union & Its Tyranny, Oppression, And Barriers To Liberty And Self Determination

     In the 1950s through the 1980s, the US national focus was on defeating the totalitarian philosophy of the Soviet Union. As the cracks in the Soviet bloc of nations began to show, President Reagan made his famous “tear down this Wall” speech, shown in the photos above, at the Berlin Wall in June 1987.      The Soviet Union repressed its own citizens and those in adjoining countries. It assigned dictators to suit its own wishes in Soviet Bloc countries. Soviet Bloc governments would only allow their citizens to purchase products made in the Soviet Bloc of countries. Jobs and educational opportunities for individual citizens were defined and assigned by government bureaucracies. 

 
     Soviet Bloc books and art had to meet government standards to avoid imprisonment of their authors and publishers, free expression of individual beliefs and religion were banned or severely constrained everywhere. Imports of products from Western countries were not officially permitted, though a black market existed and was frequently used by government officials to suit themselves. Citizens would be severely punished for that same conduct. People could not travel freely to the West, and identity papers or passports denoting official permission were required to move across internal boundaries in many Soviet bloc countries. 

 
     Official government minders were everywhere, and citizens were rewarded for reporting people who expressed themselves in ways which contradicted official government policies. Some prominent critics and others were labeled as dissidents and confined to psychiatric hospitals to silence their voices. When some Soviet bloc governments attempted to provide a degree of freedom, they were forcibly removed with Soviet tanks and troops in the streets. So, freedom and liberalization were always on the minds of American leaders like Carter and Reagan.

A2. 1983 - Afghan Freedom Fighters In The Reagan Oval Office

     This was the totalitarian philosophy which Presidents Jimmy Carter (D) and Ronald Reagan (R) were determined to defeat in the late 1970s and 1980s as they joined the US with freedom fighters against the December 1979 Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. Carter and his CIA Director Admiral Stansfield Turner made the early moves. They began CIA’s Operation Cyclone in January 1980 with non-lethal aid, followed by shipments of surplus British Lee-Enfield bolt action rifles left over from World War II. Reagan and CIA Director Casey dramatically expanded the program – to the most advanced shoulder-fired missile in the US inventory, the FIM-92 Stinger – part of $7.4 billion in two US arms and aid packages for the Afghan Freedom Fighters, the mujahadin, pictured above in the White House Oval Office sitting beside Reagan and a US based Afghanistan expert. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Cyclone

 
    Throughout the 1980s, the US empowered, enabled, and enriched the mujahadin to defeat the Soviet Union in Afghanistan, and made many connections there, including through the neighboring Pakistani government, its Army, and its ISI intelligence service. Usama bin Ladin (UBL), the 23 year old son of a Saudi construction billionaire, arrived in Afghanistan in 1980, and made many of those same connections - with other mujahadin, and with Pakistan Army general officers and ISI commanders. In 1987, Khalid Shiekh Mohammed (KSM), a BS Mechanical Engineering graduate from North Carolina, traveled for the first time to Afghanistan and met with Bin Ladin to share some ideas for the future as Soviet defeat seemed to be nearing. As foreign students in the UK and US, they were likely continuing targets for intelligence surveillance from domestic intelligence services, much like my Iranian graduate school officemate was during the leadup to the Shah of Iran's 1979 downfall.

 
     Eventually, US, Saudi, and Chinese arms and aid packages, and the determination of the mujahadin to take the fight to the Soviet superpower, led to Soviet withdrawal. In April 1988, the Soviet Union agreed to withdraw from Afghanistan, which they completed with the last armored column leaving the country in February 1989. 

 
A3. 1989 - Soviet Authoritarianism Collapsed Into Economic Ruin And Political Dissolution

     The Iron Curtain was opened to travel to the West in August 1989, the Berlin Wall came down in November 1989, as American companies could begin to sell products there. The Soviet Union dissolved in 1991, and the reunification of Germany into a single country was underway. Of course, Cheney and others, including Biden as Senate Chair of Foreign Relations before he became VP in 2009 as part of our national political class took credit for the 1991 defeat of the repressive Soviet nation-state, the Soviet bloc's dissolution, and the crushing of totalitarian control on populations and nations by capitalism and a strong defense. 

     The truth is the Soviet Union rotted out from within because its totalitarian system stifled free expression, individual initiative, innovation, and competition, while government minders dominated thought, action, philosophy, religion, individual initiative, and commerce to favor a chosen few over the many throughout the Soviet Union and Soviet bloc. Similar conditions had been protested elsewhere earlier. One of those earlier places was on the east coast of North America – the American Colonies controlled by the King of England until 1781 and the closing battles of the American Revolution.

     But hope springs eternal in the hearts of some when it comes to dominating and controlling others for their own benefit. That’s the theme of the new revolution which began in the hearts of those like-minded politically connected individuals in the 1980s. And that’s where the modern American narrative of en masse Government As God mind control truly takes off on its own technological and neuroscientific innovations mission run by political, military, and intelligence operations which had been engaging in secret offensive operations in America since World War II came to an end as Nazis were secretly moved to America. What could possibly go wrong?

B. American Domestic Reality In The 1980s - Politicians, US Military, and Intelligence Secretly Sacrificed Americans To Godless Experiments And Manipulations 

     The economic and political collapse of the Soviet Union was the result of its own cronyism and internal rot. Beyond using US taxpayer funds to prevent military invasions of Western Europe, a few carefully timed speeches were the primary contributions of our national political class. However, our national political class does deserve full credit for the illegal human experiments they have funded and the illegal bioweapons which have now been used against Americans en masse for more than three decades. 

     Congress voted for and one President after another signed these programs and budgets, all to support these illegal activities which also violate criminal laws they have passed and failed to oversee. These illegal experiments began with the secret importation of Nazi medical doctors at the end of World War II. They were brought to the US by the US Army, CIA, and State Department to support our own government's desire for its own form of godless mind control. 

     Our US government's program of illegal bioweapon experiments and racketeering acts has operated since the 1950s with the same evil intent and inhumane ethic as the Nazi Dachau Concentration Camp system, where child and adult prisoners were abused in Nazi Germany’s experiments on humans from 1933 to 1945. The key difference is that the US government has run these types of illegal human experiments and racketeering operations to sustain involuntary servitude in plain sight from the 1930s to the present day. These illegal programs operate without consent of the victims in normal homes, neighborhoods, and private businesses throughout America against people targeted at will, without notice or ability to protest secret biohacks, rights and property violations, and other depravities. With secret mass surveillance capabilities granted by Congress and no oversight, there is no need for concertina wire surrounding a camp. 

     Federal police powers personnel using the illegal bioweapon most often operate remotely these days using their mass surveillance and other tools in the US and worldwide.. On the streets, they operate in plain clothes, where adult agents and officers may pose as students, and as church worshippers, mechanics, sales representatives, human resources managers, fellow employees, lovers, and the like. They run completely faked government-owned or secretly co-owned businesses like one my father had worked for in California in the early 1960s. It supposedly existed to sell disposable medical paper products to clinics and doctors. 

      It actually existed to secretly mop up evidence of federally funded violence in Cointelpro and likely MKUltra as well. By paying for medical x-rays which were recycled for the silver contained in each x-ray, the publicly available evidence of their violence and mayhem campaigns against targeted social, civic, and religious organizations could be eliminated from the evidentiary records. The other police powers intelligence records they maintained in the federal government were already under their control and could be destroyed at will, as CIA did in MKUltra. 

      As with my family in the 1960s, I too unwittingly worked in these secret, illegal operations my entire professional career from 1979 until 2008. Then I was publicly scandalized by Department of Justice US Attorney and others, then systematically deprived of my human right to be employed at will by our federal government, and subjected to state-sponsored false imprisonment without due process in 2010, and trafficked again by the federal government in 2018 into the midst of another national political scandal by order of Executive Office of the President (EOP).

     The illegal human subject experiments our government has conducted, and the increasing depravity of their successive generations of the illegal bioweapon, racketeering, coercive psychological field terrorizing and torture operations used against Americans and others very clearly demonstrate these grave risks to democracy, liberty, and individual freedom. These indefensible and depraved patterns violate our Constitution and our Bill of Rights, federal civil rights and racketeering laws, and the 1972 Bioweapon Treaty signed by President Nixon in 1972 – the US promise to the world “never to possess” any such weapon or its delivery system. But some grasping political, military, and intelligence types inside the United States thought differently. 

      These days, our principal risk is the same kind of amoral, self-interested internal rot, claiming to be in the interest of “national security,” that persisted in the Soviet Union among their nationalistic political class, and aggression toward others by a self-interested few politicians and rich oligarchs willing to sell out the rest to sustain their total control. Those are the same strategies which operated in fascist dominated Germany and then the totalitarian Soviet Union to bring those two world powers to economic and political ruin in the 1940s and 1980s. 

This is the story of the unwitting personal journey I and others close to me took through the 1980s and the depravities of that decade imposed by some in our secret political, military, and intelligence community. It operates behind its “evil sometimes”– as described by former CIA Deputy Director Kerr – national wall of secrecy fraudulently concealing its abuses by invoking the godless, amoral phrase “national security” as it operates secretly in full public view. 

C. Operation PowerGrab & Subversion – A Personal Preview Of Future Mass Depravities Secretly Shared 

     While an unwitting involuntary servant of the illegal bioweapon program, I attended graduate school in 1978-79. My fellow students included CIA and Mossad agents, as well as foreign nationals who were CIA assets from the Middle East and elsewhere. I knew nothing of this even though I had been under the secret coercive control of Army, CIA, Secret Service, and others throughout my school years, involuntarily enrolled in the early stages of the illegal bioweapon program overseen from 1967-1980 by Stephn Breyer, later a Supreme Court Justice, as described at https://banbrainhacks.org/government-as-god%3F 

     As Breyer left program management for a new position in the federal judiciary, CIA Director Standfield Turner added new government management and team members to this illegal program with significant budget increases for intelligence community technology development from Congress. After CIA Director Turner’s surreptitious 1979 visit with me in DC unbeknownst to me, In 1979 I moved on to my professional career – still the involuntary servant of a corrupt and illegal federal government program.

     As we moved through the 1980s and my early professional career and my unwitting role in this depraved Government As God high profile ultra-secret CIA/DOD illegal project, American political "leaders" and police powers leaders directly involved themselves in the US government’s illegal human experiments, bioweapon technology development, human experiments, and prohibited global proliferation activities, while stridently proclaiming the sanctity of American values – faith, family, and private enterprise. All the while, taxpayers have funded the hijacking of churches, families, individuals, commercial enterprises, and civic, social, and cultural organizations, and lethality attempts, some successful, others hapless, using taxpayer's money. This carefully groomed and tested subset of government employees and politicians play God without paying the consequences - as they choose the destiny of many among us simply by pointing their finger. 

C1. A New Beginning – A Professional Career In A Fraudulent Cover Company Hosting Government Spies

     In 1979, I continued unwittingly in this US government involuntary servitude program as I moved into my professional career. A graduate school professor I had worked for as a teaching assistant referred me to the next in a long series of illicit intelligence community operations.This cover company operated as Deloitte Seattle, a consulting and accounting firm in Seattle, Washington. 

     In early 1980, I met my future wife while I worked on a financial audit over several months conducted by a small Deloitte Seattle team in the corporate headquarters of Safeco. I inherited two early teen stepdaughters we shared with their sheriff department father as Lynne and I were married. A few years later, the CIA/DOD illegal bioweapon team overseen by the mid-1980s by William Burns, CIA DS&T and son an Army General Officer, arranged for my first wife, Lynne, to be pushed out of Deloitte Seattle. We switch terminology here from CIA/Army to CIA/DOD because Army had been directly present since the 1960s in various covers, including 1968 Redwoods trip into LazerSoft Sales VP Wilkins, and the Navy’s NSWC NLD team modified cell phone box was placed in my car’s trunk before the August 1985 Porteau Cove double homicide attempt field test.

     In another of the unending series of (un)detectable trade craft blunders of this class of intelligence officers, I  had recently conducted a consulting project trained for the AT&T cell phone spin-off company US West New Vector Group in Bellevue, Washington. After attending classes on the AT&T corporate campus in New Jersey, I had trained the Controller (head accountant) on the use of the company's NJ-based AT&T time share accounting system. Lynne unwittingly secured a secretly pre-arranged job working long hours with Carol, that soon-to-be replaced Controller, in this cell phone start-up.

C2. Unwitting Civilian Support For CIA/Naval Surface Warfare Center Field Tests 

     Cell phones for spouses came with Lynne’s new job. Robert Swain (cover name for Judd Gregg, later NH Governor, then Senator) supposedly ran the independently owned shop which installed a trunk-mounted cell phone equipment box, antenna, and handset. By partially disassembling the car interior, the shop wired the components together and attached them to the electrical system in my car in 1984. This installation turned out to be a bit different than the usual cell phone vehicle install. With occasional shop visits for routine oil changes and other work on the vehicle thereafter, the equipment box could easily be removed and replaced. With a few moments in the trunk, a technician could simply unplug the wiring harness and replace the box with another upgraded, slightly modified version. This likely happened a time or two in the lead-up to our trip to Whistler, British Columbia, Canada, a popular resort town with two major ski resorts around five hours north of our home in Redmond, Washington. One of those trips occurred in August 1985.

     As we returned home from an extended summer weekend, that specially modified cell phone equipment box almost sent both wife Lynne and me flying off a sea cliff with no guard rail. That secret illegal bioweapon field test of newly developed capabilities, known as non-linear dynamics (NLD), was conducted by a team to evaluate technology developed by the US Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC). The goal was to demonstrate its ability to operate through various disparate materials (foam, cloth, steel) between the trunk and the posterior pituitary glands in our brains to induce a massive dose of melatonin (sleep hormone). These were the materials they had disassembled and reassembled to originally install the cell phone system in my car. Since I was driving at the time of the activation across the nearby cell phone tower, this was a double homicide attempt. The car and the cell phone equipment box were the federal government’s murder weapon. 

     If I had fallen asleep at the wheel from the massive dose of melatonin (sleep hormone) the pulsed energy illegal bioweapon induced in my posterior pituitary gland near the back of my brain, Lynne and I would have driven off the unguarded cliffside highway about six to eight feet away. We would have landed on the railroad tracks some 100 feet or so below if we flew off that sea cliff as the highway ascended from the Porteau Cove Ferry landing to the cliff face along Howe Sound, north of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We would likely have been dead on impact or soon thereafter from that 100 foot fall at 50-55 miles per hour, our vehicle undiscovered for hours until the next train passed through. 

      I’m still here. I didn't fly off the sea cliff above Howe Sound taking my wife with me. CIA, the NSWC NLD research team, and others failed in their homicidal field test. I pulled off the highway before the melatonin (sleep hormone) overdose forced me into a very deep short-duration sleep episode. I was fully alert when I woke up, which would not have been the case if I had been secretly drugged at our lunch stop in Squamish. 

C3. Unwittingly Introduced To Operation PowerGrab’s Political Cabal

     While at Deloitte Seattle from 1979 through 1986, I also unwittingly met a number of people who would become key political and police powers executives later, having been read into this secret illegal bioweapon and racketeering program of involuntary servitude. 

     One was William Sperber (his covert cover name) who much later became the current Attorney General of Texas. Another was Phil Walter - actually an undercover US government employee who repeatedly described himself then as an "excellent driver." I had no idea what he really meant at the time, and what this actually means at the US Department of Justice, DOD, and CIA. His real name was Chris Christie, who would live up to his brag as an "excellent driver" years later, while DOJ's US Attorney in New Jersey and then as NJ Governor. C4. Moving Up Organizational Ranks - Picking Up CIA Tradecraft Flaws Instead Of Their Female Case Officers

     A year after this secret melatonin attack at Porteau Cove, I was pushed out of Deloitte Seattle by mutually contradictory goals set by my new boss in 1986. He required I remain closer to the Seattle office and increase both business development and hours of utilization. My consulting projects had been spread widely across the US since 1983 due to my specialization in key expanding services and technology industries. Seeking to remain in Seattle, I reached out to my network in the area and took up a new job, as CFO of LazerSoft, a small technology company with big plans for mass storage systems for IBM mainframe computers. 

     LazerSoft was actually yet another 1980s CIA/Army covert operation when I joined in August 1986 as CFO of a startup technology firm. It was run by CIA’s Roger Stone (cover David Moller), another veteran of Deloitte Seattle from his financial systems work in South Africa during apartheid. Our Sales VP was National Guard Lt. Colonel Wilkens (cover name), who had an uncanny resemblance to David Petraeus, later an Army General before he became CIA Director in 2011.

     Months later, Stone was forced out as LazerSoft CEO by the Board of Directors and I took his place. Since we now know this was a cover company this was likely just a CIA game to make me believe I was in charge. Like other cover companies, LazerSoft was dressed up to appear as an ordinary American technology startup company which developed and sold laser-optic computer mass storage equipment. It's true purpose was a form of apartheid (targeted and en masse mind control using the illegal bioweapon) directed at Americans and others. 

     This project was so closely held inside CIA that it was directly overseen by then CIA Deputy Director Robert Gates (formerly USAF, later CIA Director, then Secretary of Defense). It would involve three other CIA Deputy Directors and their Deputy Director of Operations covert operations subordinates (spies), a series of Army Colonels, Generals, Admirals, and other military officers who directly participated in field operations and tests similar to the NSWC NLD test in August 1985 at Porteau Cove (above) over the next 15 years. At that time, Gates known to me as Tim and posed as our VP - Software Development together with a double who served in that role much of the time, all unbeknownst to me in those days. 

     This was one in the sequence of high priority covert projects to advance illegal bioweapon development for mind control inside the CIA Directorate of Science & Technology (DS&T). 

     LazerSoft was alternately funded and starved of capital, using CIA DS&T funds laundered by DS&T project manager William Burns through some medical doctors, bankers, and armored car company owners phony checking accounts. Burns had succeeded Stephen Breyer (Army Intelligence, later Supreme Court Justice, see https://banbrainhacks.org/government-as-god%3F ) as the next long tenured CIA DS&T illegal bioweapon program manager. Burns had joined CIA in the early 1980, the son of an Army General Officer. He moved from CIA to the State (CIA) Department in 1996, then became Ambassador to Jordan and ran Near East (Middle East Policy) during the 1998-2000 field trials by Army Colonel Austin (Joint Staff under Chairman Shelton) and Marine General Mattis prior to 9/11, and Biden's CIA Director 2021-2025. 

C4A. Liberating A Captive People Restrained ByAn Intolerant Cabal

     President Reagan made his June 1987 Berlin Wall speech about liberty, demanding the removal of the Berlin Wall and other barriers to migration and free trade with Soviet bloc countries, other forces were at work in the US scroll down https://banbrainhacks.org/1980s-%26-sedition-a-plan to a black action bar link to his speech. Meanwhile, back in America, Bill Casey, Reagan’s 1980 campaign manager, managed another campaign as CIA Director – in that one CIA, the US Army, the Naval Surface Warfare Center, and the political types worked diligently to destroy my first marriage to Lynne so their illegal bioweapon program could progress past the failed August 1985 double homicide attempt to its next phase. 

     Lynne and I had both survived that secret criminal attack by the United States at Porteau Cove in August 1985. But our marriage did not survive the next one in 1987. It was fueled by oxytocin – the love hormone. Civilian support for this federal government attack on marriage, family, and property came from a future American “family values” politicians - NH Governor (1989-93) and Senator (1993-2011) Judd Gregg. 

     At the time, Judd Gregg (Bob Swain in his pose as the cell phone installer) was junketing around in the dark, so to speak. CIA’s Burns, DS&T program manager for the illegal bioweapon and his team collaborated, used oxytocin (love hormone) manipulations on Lynne for a combustible affair to "marry her off" to "Swain," the installer of the double homicide cell phone device, and beneficiary of funds from the installation shop purchase by US West New Vector Group to purchase a sailboat and funds to proffer gifts to an overworked Lynne. This forced our forfeiture of both family (my wife and my two sheriff’s commander father stepdaughters who had just left for college), and our family home in a 1988 divorce. 

     Oxytocin (the love hormone) had been used on me briefly in 1968, age 12 (Redwoods, Complaint paragraph 3 at https://banbrainhacks.org/religion-meets-crime and paragraph 417 at https://banbrainhacks.org/relationships-destroyed ), so I know it works. Lynne’s oldest daughter, my stepdaughter, had been born to her and her deputy sheriff partner, Boyle, around that same time, so it is reasonable to presume the same experiment was run on her, 8 years older than me, around that same time. By bringing us together on an isolated Deloitte Seattle financial audit for months in 1980, they paired us then attempted to deal with two of their illegal human victims simultaneously in August 1985. But not wanting to upset senior local King County Sheriff command staff, they waited until her two deputy sheriff ex-husband children were safely off to college. These events were nicely timed so they could use us in their August 1985 double homicide field test. Oxytocin is your own natural body biochemistry that makes you believe you’re in love – and it feels exactly the same whether it’s real or has been biohacked.

     Unrecognized by me in 1987, the divorce from Lynne had been “telegraphed” to me by another insider on the CIA/DOD illegal bioweapon team. A LazerSoft contractor, Stephen Waters, from SMU and Austin, TX, had arrived at LazerSoft earlier that same year. We’ll return to his role – then and now as yet another in this series of US Senators in section C5 below. 

      all occurred so the criminal illegal bioweapon program could sustain its control of both of us as their continuing involuntary servants, illegal human experiment subjects. Those who have survived lethality attempts and driving campaigns have been herded around and controlled more subtly than the Nazi’s Dachau Camps with designated employment (and unemployment whenever they chose) instead of concertina wire.      If Lynne and I had simply retained our Redmond, Washington home and double income, we would have been worth millions by the simple act of staying together. The major expenses of college for two kids and a new home would have been out of the way by 1990. There had been no other particular relationship problems over the prior eight years despite heavy work and travel schedules at times. 

     The only real barriers to a lasting marriage were CIA and military field tests of an illegal bioweapon on civilians, the love hormone oxytocin deployed to destroy another in their long series of relationships conquered with a military grade illegal bioweapon, and a fraud perpetrated by our federal government and an aspiring politician. This, as presented by our politicians and senior police powers officials, America’s protectors, is part of their America First “family values” coalition campaign featured prominently across televised political commercials, townhall meetings, and government paid military recruitment campaigns, all to support the security of Americans and their families. So, was this all just a misguided mistake by a few rogues in government? Never happen again, right? You’ll see this narrative again and again later in this chronology, with some of the people involved after their promotions from field operatives to our national political and military leadership classes. After a decade or two, their excuses become increasingly implausible, their premeditation more apparent, the self-selected cabal more apparent. We’ll get there together over the next four decades in this narrative journey toward the 2020s. Let’s go meet some of the “technology partners” who guided the journey through its next steps.

C5. Flying Off Into Space – Without Ever Leaving The Earth

     In Spring 1988 as the Afghan mujahadin and their allies supported by the US and others finally triumphed over the oppressions of the Soviet Army in Afghanistan, I unwittingly met Dick Cheney (then Chair of the House Republican Conference, later SecDef and VP) and Leonard Leo (political activist), posing undercover as Ralph and Leonard. They were supposedly key executives of The Metier Group (TMG), a small computer technology consulting and software development firm located nearby. TMG was to write essential software my company, LazerSoft, needed to complete our second mainframe to laser optical disk mass storage computer hardware and software integration project at the regional electric utility in our area, Puget Sound Power & Light, Bellevue, Washington. That was their cover story. 

     Cheney and Leo's "TMG" covert cover legend was part of the long-running, total, complete, comprehensive set of US government lies perpetuated at vast taxpayer expense to complete the illegal bioweapon. Cheney and Leo were actually there to secretly announce a dramatic domestic and global expansion of the illegal bioweapon track, trace, biohack capabilities as they worked toward their Operation PowerGrab vision of domination. The illegal bioweapon would journey into space in the 1990s using the Navy’s NSWC NLD technology advances at its core. Admiral William Studeman was already on board – my Board of Directors at LazerSoft. Disguised in his cover as Lee Zuker, CEO, Korry Electronics, Studeman actually ran Naval Intelligence and then NSA before he moved on to CIA.

C6. Future Senators Engaged In Perversions Of American Family Values

     After he first arrived in 1987 from his failed Tele-Port technology startup, Stephen Waters (future Senator Ted Cruz), LazerSoft’s supposed software development contractor from Texas, described his divorce travails. I sympathized, with no clue as to what was actually being communicated. Months later, wife Lynne announced her oxytocin fueled affair with someone in the office. It was Swain (Judd Gregg), the guy who ostensibly installed the cell phone equipment in my car used at Porteau Cove. By late Fall 1087, every possibility of reconciliation had vanished. She was clearly smitten, or so her CIA oxytocin dosing would tell us both.

     In Spring 1988, as Cheney and Leo announced the bioweapon to space maneuver, Cruz orchestrated the illegal bioweapon, team’s pre-programmed “romantic” introduction of a secretly coerced intelligence community “asset,” who later became my replacement wife. With the on-going assistance of the US Secret Service, CIA, and Army, we met in an apparently public place, the basement bar in the Bellevue, Washington Greenwood Inn. This was actually a mid-week undercover close hold invitation-only police powers dance party. Ted and I sat at one table – the only men in the room. There was one other table occupied that entire evening where a half-dozen women nearby in an otherwise empty bar as the band played. And there was one clear standout, Jeanette, in their “afterwork” group. I called Jeanette the next day. As that was happening, Ted Cruz (Stephen Waters to me at the time) decided to take up with our office secretary despite my concerns about conflicts in our small office when romances go awry. No matter. 

     Once the power company project was completed, LazerSoft began work at Alaska Airlines in support of online records storage for its customer service operations, including its air miles program. During this period, we secured a term sheet for a $2.2 million venture capital investment from Walden Ventures, San Francisco, and Ventures West, Vancouver, British Columbia. But they refused to complete the investment, so LazerSoft was sold to Pacer Corporation, which sold ticketing systems to theaters and other entertainment venues. The LazerSoft sale was completed in mid-1989 just as Pacer was being purchased by Wembley plc, the UK company which owns Wembley Stadium where the British Open Tennis Tournament is played. Wembley later closed Pacer and sold LazerSoft to Network Imaging Corporation, Vienna, Virginia, which itself went into bankruptcy a few years later. Success from a certain perspective. All business records were destroyed in the process.

     and I would remain together from 1988 as more fully described at https://banbrainhacks.org/9%2F11-prelude-details-1 Beginning in late 1988, her (fake) Yarbrough family would be introduced, with her mother and stepfather coming first. An overbearing fake, Jeanette’s mother was a suffocating and highly controlling personality. Jeanette’s supposed stepfather was a Secret Service Biden lookalike or the famous person himself slightly disguised after he had announced for President in 1988. He and his double posed as my father-in-law from 1990. 

More Yarbrough “relatives” came along as my supposed in-laws over the next several years – actually officers and agents from Army, DOJ/FBI, Secret Service, and other police powers agencies. Some other "family and friends” would go on to become National Security Council staff, still others moving from FBI to DOJ to networks where they became national media stars at, for example, Fox, MSNBC, CNN, print media, and others - but with a twist, government security clearances make it legally impossible for most of them to cover this profound political, military, intelligence, and police powers public corruption scandal as it finally began to break.      There’s nothing quite like this intelligence community surrounded form of “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” - a federally prescribed pre-packaged 1990s new beginning with a new wife, a new entrepreneurial life, with secret federal government minders and saboteurs all around. D. The Illegal Bioweapon Transitions To Space And To Mass Use Against Humanity – The 1990s

     This enduring pattern of illegal human experiments with the ever-evolving internationally prohibited bioweapon continues in the 1990s. Cheney and Leo had obliquely announced those dramatic technological advances to the unwitting me at our LazerSoft/TMG meeting in Spring 1988, right in the middle of the team’s simultaneous marital destruction and reassignment process assisted by future Senator Ted Cruz and others, all described above.

     The illegal bioweapon, in its NSWC NLD new technology form, was moved at vast taxpayer expense from its ground only uses (i) as a sniper-style aimed weapon and in (ii) zoned biohacks triggered remotely and concealed in ordinary electrically powered household and business devices, then triggered across a cell phone network as in the ground-based August 1985 CIA/NSWC NLD double homicide field test at Porteau Cove, British Columbia, Canada into space and geosynchronous orbit around the globe. 

     As related on the next page in this series, I continued in the 1990s as a key unwitting subject. CIA directly handled the international beta tests of this new version of the track, trace, biohack version of the illegal bioweapon early in the 1990s across the US, in Canada and the UK. I later unwittingly hosted two military general officers as they secretly conducted mass field trials covered by layer upon layer of misdirection. 

     These Operation PowerGrab plotters advanced their plan across the decade. More plan details were depicted in an undecipherable at the time two-part Predicast as the 1990s and a new phase of my life began. It was only years later in February 2026 that two-part 1990-93 Predicast was finally forensically decoded. This is now understood to be the cabal’s reveal of the premeditated 1993 WTC North Tower truck bombing and the 2001 9/11 planes attack, all stealthily shaped by the hands of some among these Operation PowerGrab plotters, using their new secret illegal bioweapon and old-fashioned subversion and sedition, with American civilians they are sworn to protect as the casualties.
