A summary of acts by the Operation PowerGrab cabal through the 9/11 attack, which included the detailing of specific Americans into the path of the attack, indicate there was comprehensive advance knowledge of the attack among a small senior group of federal government officials. That group engaged in a seditious failure to protect Americans. This intelligence information was not communicated across our federal government. As a result, the hijackers plot was not disrupted. This internal government cabal was interested in exploiting the 9/11 attack to expand Operation PowerGrab and further imperil the liberties of Americans to cement their own power.

The current generation of political and police powers betrayals - corruption , subversion, sedition - is not the first in our history. A few examples follow.
C1. Famous Individual Betrayals
US Army General Benedict Arnold Betrayed Our Revolution For Independence For A British Billet Of Convenience, 1780 – General Benedict Arnold was a respected general officer who served in George Washington’s Continental Army as we fought the Revolutionary War. But he was repeatedly denied a promotion to higher rank by Congress, and the new billet which came with such a promotion. So, he chose a different path. He requested a transfer away from active combat operations to a backwater location at West Point, New York. Washington was puzzled, but honored General Arnold’s request. West Point was a fixed fortification on the Hudson River which guarded the northern interior of the newly declared United States from invasion with an anchor chain across the river and cannons inside the fort. US General Arnold then conspired with British Intelligence to drop the chain which guarded the Hudson River. Had he succeeded, the British Navy would have carried troops to attack and divide the newly declared northern American states from those to the south. British Army troops would have reoccupied Boston from the rear and defeated the northern states rebellion from Boston where they had been driven out in Spring 1776. US Army General Robert E. Lee Spoke – First As A Soldier, Then As A Traitor, 1861-1865 –US Army General Lee was the son of a Revolutionary War Continental Army officer married to the great-granddaughter of our very first First Lady Martha Washington. His highly privileged perch was on his inherited family plantation located in northern Virginia directly across the Potomac River from Washington, D.C. So, his choice to defect from the US Army 32 years after graduating from the US Army’s Military Academy at West Point was a profound and fundamental betrayal of his country, his oath of honor and duty to our Constitution, and of his Revolutionary War family heritage. He chose to become the key Commanding General of the Confederate Army of Northern Virginia in 1861. The Civil War battles throughout Virginia were fierce, closely fought, and directly imperiled the Capitol just across the Potomac River. Navy Seaman Christoper Boyce Sold Out Our Silent Service, 1977 – Lurking below the surface around the world, US ballistic missile and hunter killer attack submarines have always relied on secret technologies to run silently and undetected to retain our ability to defend the nation and the Navy’s surface ships. Christopher Boyce sold these technology secrets to the Soviet Union, trading the lives of US submariners and our last line of hidden nuclear deterrent for money. Boyce was eventually convicted but the damage was done. CIA Aldrich Ames Looked To His Peers, Then Sold Us Out, 1986 – Aldrich Ames, a key CIA section chief with access to information on human intelligence assets in the Soviet Union sold out our country for money. As head of the Soviet counterintelligence section during the Cold War, his Central Intelligence Agency operations connected with Russian agents who operated in Moscow and other key Soviet posts. He knew their names, faces, and other details from their files in CIA headquarters. Having spent time in the field, he was fully aware of the methods CIA used to connect with these paid operatives inside the Soviet Union. He was also aware of other CIA operations around the world from prior assignments and the CIA Headquarters discussions he attended as a section head. After reflecting on these activities and his field operations, he decided he preferred to live on three times his family income a few miles from CIA Headquarters – it was much more comfortable. The Soviets were happy to help in return for a few names, who then mysteriously disappeared from Ames’ CIA operations inside the Soviet Union. CIA didn’t pick this up for years – a reflection of its own inability to police the integrity of its own operations – a rather common issue in my own experience which Ames had doubtless noticed decades before I finally did.

Charles McGonigal Benefitted From FBI Connections With Russians, As Noted By UK MI-6, 2018 - A more recent similar sell-out occurred in New York City, though the full truth of this matter was likely covered up to avoid political embarrassment to DOJ by DOJ. McGonigal retired in 2018 as head of FBI’s New York Counterintelligence section, FBI’s most important such field office unit. He was later caught and convicted for working with a key Russian oligarch closely associated with Putin and Russian leadership. But not because we require our own government’s senior personnel to comply with regulations and routinely surveil them for compliance as regulations require. This felonious betrayal was only uncovered matter because alert British MI-6 operatives noted an unusual wrong people wrong place meeting attended by McGonigal. He later pled guilty in a plea deal, so the true extent of his damage is not publicly known. C2. Famous Modern US Institutional Betrayals Of Our Constitution
Unilateral executive branch offensive intelligence technical operations (illegal bioweapons uses are among these technical operations) and paramilitary operations against foreign targets such as national leadership and military targets have been undertaken without full Congressional authorization in the past. These operations which violate the national sovereignty of other nations are criminal acts which exceed constitutional authority unless explicitly declared by Congress. Unilateral offensive operations MUST be authorized by Congress under our Constitution, Article I, Section 8, clause 11 "declare war." The practical effect of many undeclared US operations against others on America's own national security has been repeated retaliations resulting in the loss of American lives, primarily US military personnel – and existential threats to Americans at home resulting from direct and indirect retaliations.
C2A. 1980s US Infiltrations Supported Middle East Plots And Assassinations Prohibited By US Law
As the British Empire collapsed after World War II, direct national control of Middle East oil reserves and refineries by the UK was replaced by British MI-5 and CIA meddling and plots in Iran, Saudi Arabia, and in the national sovereignty of other nation-states in the region. This continued western meddling from the 1950s onward to control national resources which belonged to these nations, and to install leaders who favored western economic interests over their own national interests, did not go unnoticed by governments and dissidents in the region.

C2B. 1980s Iran-Contra US Illegal Money Laundering And Weapons Trafficking
Two operatives from my Deloitte Seattle office, CIA and Mossad, were likely involved in field operations illegally supplying arms to Nicaragua’s Sandinista rebels under President Reagan and CIA director "Wild Bill" Casey, formerly Reagan’s 1980 campaign manager. This complex trade involved money laundering and weapons which explicitly violated US law. The Iran-Contra arms for hostages bargain was part of the subsequent double-cross of the Iranians by the Israeli government in its collaboration with the US, after the two nations had had a stable non-adversarial relationship up to that time. Those Mossad operations resulted in deaths among Iranian personnel and allies, contributed to subsequent attacks against US interests and our homeland which originated in the region, and to the current fraught relations.
Among the other projects which employed personnel from our Deloitte Seattle office was the 1980s Saudia Airlines information systems espionage project. This Saudia Airlines project likely infiltrated a deep cover Mossad operative who I’d met in graduate school during his lengthy US residency legend building period. For a time, he also reported to me at Deloitte Seattle, and was a friend and sometime business partner, while we both worked in that Seattle cover company office until I left in 1986. That Saudia Airlines espionage project facilitated Mossad’s tracking of people they targeted in the Middle East.
C2C. Iraq, Russia, China, And A Clearer Explanation Of US Meddling
A US intelligence fraud, falsified photographs of supposed Iraqi portable WMD production equipment mounted on a semi-truck flatbed trailer, was almost certainly used in the lead-up to the 2003 Iraq War. I noted that trailer, or something very similar and unlike anything seen before or since, on the I-405 freeway several times near Bellevue, Washington. It resembled the images captured in the overhead photos taken above Iraq to document the supposed portable trailer-mounted manufacturing plant for weapons of mass destruction. An open uncovered portable WMD plant is an implausible method of manufacturing a chemical weapon which is dispersed as a very fine spray. With an open trailer used for processing, environmental dust contamination during processing of inputs and bioreactor operations would almost certainly plug the tiny nozzle openings of any spray dispersal device. In the desert environment of Iraq, nylon stockings were used as improvised filters to protect US Army Abrams tank guns and M-16s from destruction by those extremely fine dust particles, as they had already destroyed accuracy during firing early in the war. An airborne nozzle to disperse tiny WMD chemical droplets has a much narrower opening than any gun barrel, and would plug with any dust particles almost immediately, rendering it unusable. Then there’s an assault on Russia leadership – nuclear weapons and all. One of the personal disasters inflicted on me and my first wife, Lynne by a CIA program manager - Burns, son of a US Army General, later Ambassador to Russia, and eventually Biden’s 2021-2025 CIA Director – and Perversions Of American Family Values at https://banbrainhacks.org/1980s-%26-sedition-a-plan became a potential global disaster for the US under Bush 43 and VP Cheney acting unilaterally without constitutional authority to assault Russian leadership. In recent times, use of CIA and/or military assets, including the internationally prohibited bioweapon, in direct attacks on civilian and military leadership targets has escalated the risks of retaliatory attacks on our homeland and deployed forces, including overwhelming cyberattacks on civilian infrastructure which could bring the US economy to its knees in two months, and has increased the possibility of an existential nuclear threat.
Abuses of war powers by political, military, and intelligence officials have accompanied other overreaches inside America since World War II. There have been and are life-and-death consequences for American families in our military and intelligence community and to victims of military, intelligence, and other police powers operations. Some of these operations persistently act outside our laws, provoke resentment, and engage in escalation and retaliation. D. Internal Rot In America - Origins Of A Modern Unconstitutional PowerGrab
The risk of an unconstitutional power grab plot arising from within political and military forces has always been with us. The King’s military meddling in political affairs and citizens’ rights was the cause of our Revolutionary War. Delegates to the Constitutional Convention, led by former Continental Army Commanding General George Washington, were deeply concerned about their new democracy being overrun by military and political meddling for a power grab like the one they had fought off to defeat the King from 1775-1781. They feared this kind of meddling or outright power grab would crush the separation of powers with its checks and balances across the three branches of the government.
The Constitution they were creating was specifically intended to avoid the rise of another King who could forcibly and economically dominate the lives of Americans. Our Founders, including George Washington, first Commander-In-Chief, SPECIFICALLY LIMITED WAR POWERS SO THAT NO ONE PERSON COULD BLUNDER THE US INTO A WAR. So, in the Constitution, We the People, granted Congress deliberately limited constitutional powers, requiring all of Congress to act to declare war on other nations and refusing to grant that authority to any single individual (Article I Section 8 clause 11), and “raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years.” (Article I Section 8, clause 12). Our Constitution also forbids the military from our streets except in extreme emergencies. Even then, except when a state materially defies the US Constitution as some did during the Civil War, it must be requested by a state’s legislature or governor under Article IV section 4. D1. Treason, Subversion, And Seditious Conspiracy - What Are These Crimes Really?
Constitutional crimes were defined by our Founders to protect the American People from a future internal takeover of their federal government for malign purposes by any particular narrow interest group or political movement. Our Founders defined treason as a crime in Article III Section 3, and subversion by government officials as a crime in the Supreme Court opinion in Marbury v Madison (1803). Congress gave us the federal definition of criminal seditious conspiracy at 18 U.S.C. § 2384. D2. A Military Man Warns Of Militarized Malice
This risk of political abuses by military forces in America was magnified by the build-up of the American military during and since World War II. General turned President Eisenhower, who led the defeat of fascist Hitler when he was Commander of Allied Forces in Europe during World War II, warned us about the risks of militarization in our democracy as he was leaving the Presidency in 1961. A political, military, and intelligence apparatus obsessed with its own power to manipulate events, including its own budget, is deeply inculpated in this modern American form of power grab. DOD and its military/intelligence community expenditures have never been able to pass a financial audit, the kind of review which assures Americans that funds have been spent with integrity, in compliance with the budgets and other laws passed by Congress.
D3. Mind Control To Shape The Masses – Government As God In America
Over the many decades since the end of World War II in 1945, as Americans including General Eisenhower and millions of troops returned from Europe and Asia, Congress has steadily increased funding for military and intelligence technology investments and for neuroscience research to understand how the brain works. It also funded Department of Defense (DOD) Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) to develop the internet. With the rise of the internet, private and nominally private (cover) companies were spurred to embed massive fiber optic communications pipelines throughout America. Many of those (cover) companies were then bankrupted to destroy business records, including their sources of funds, a very old trick abused by the federal government for decades.
As those public and private sector projects progressed, Congress also funded the illegal bioweapon and bioweapon delivery system to perfect new technology developed by the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), then move it to space, where it can now secretly mass manipulate human beings from a constellation of government satellites. Taken together, these massive investments by Congress had, by the late 1990s, achieved a long-held 1950s military/intelligence community driven CIA objective – mind control - see 1 Mind Control in the Bibliography downloads at https://banbrainhacks.org/9%2F11-prelude-details-1 - but on a massive scale, not just the individual scale they originally envisioned.
All of these infrastructure investments just happened to be in place and operational in the years immediately before the 9/11 attack. And, soon after illegal global bioweapon deployment and operational field trials overseen by senior military officers Mattis and Austin were completed, that 9/11 attack on America was conducted by a small irregular enemy force – 19 hijackers with box cutters, brutality, and four civilian aircraft loaded with passengers and jet fuel.
D4. Exploiting Outsider Evil With We’re Only “Evil Sometimes”
Military and intelligence planning, plotting, and exploitation of the operations of others, including enemies, are routine acts of war. But the acts of enemies and adversaries can also be exploited to betray, as political, military, and intelligence officers sometimes choose corrupt self-interest over country and act outside their constitutional duties.
The 9/11 attack was conducted by enemies of the United States, no doubt. A significant part of the enmity which led to that attack has been directly provoked by US meddling in the affairs of other nations over decades. This meddling in sovereignty and national destiny has built mistrust and strengthened and hardened our adversaries around the world. Recent examples are included later in this Acts of War section. So, deeply rooted meddling in sovereignty is one factor. But there are other forces at work within the US, as is increasingly clear to us all in the present era.
The 9/11 attack triggered a strong emotional response from Americans. This was used by most in our Congress who voted to pass the pre-packaged legal response, the so-called Patriot Act. Congress then granted mass internal national surveillance authority to government, supposedly to counter this type of threat from outside the US under President Bush 43, just six weeks after the 9/11 attack. Title II Enhanced Surveillance Procedures is a key part of that carefully pre-packaged 342 page 150 section Patriot Act.
The new mass surveillance powers granted by our government to itself have been abused to leverage the massive nation-scale complex infrastructure of installed communications and technological devices, and the space-based illegal bioweapon which can simultaneously track, trace, and biohack a massive number of individuals around the world. This invasion of rights and privacy is aimed directly at individual Americans in our homeland, not at stopping outside attackers with preventative measures.
So far, this story matches the United States government’s official narrative. But there is more to this fact set

Many Operation PowerGrab cabal military, intelligence, and political principals in senior positions as the attack came in September 2001 had gotten their start in the 1960s and early 1970s – during the Vietnam War, which killed nearly 58,000 Americans, ultimately for a lost cause. There were no consequences for the US commanders of those illegal bombing operations. That lesson was well-learned and taken to heart in our military organizations, just like the complete lack of consequences for CIA/Army’s 100 million dose secret LSD campaign and for DOJ/FBI’s Cointelpro war on civic, social, and religious organizations all across America. Each and every one of those acts were felonies punishable by penalties which range to the death penalty. But institutional level lawless conduct is commonly accepted inside our federal government across all federal police powers operations by both military JAG and civilian DOJ, despite clear violations of law.
This conduct is most definitely not remotely in line with George Washington and other Founders’ vision of the “common defence” or “establish justice” in our constitutional democracy. The Revolutionary War was intended to secure liberty for all of us from a feudal, absolute ruler, not merely to give some among us the right to impose their own feudal vision on the rest. That conduct profanes the sacrifices of our Founders and millions of others since to roll back tyranny and secure the liberty we prize dearly.
Unlike our Founders, some of whom were tortured and died to secure our freedom, these modern-day Operation PowerGrab power hungry corrupt American principals accept the deaths of others as part of their job – legal or otherwise.
