As a reminder, our Constitution Article I section 8, clause 11 "declare war " permits US Presidents unilateral authority only to defend our nation in the event of an attack, not to offend other nations with unilateral offensive acts of war. December 7, 1941 – At Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, the Japanese Navy attacked as hundreds of planes sank US battleships and destroyed airplanes, 2,403 were killed. The US acted swiftly on December 8, 1941 at 12:30 pm when the United States Congress, using its exclusive Article I Section 8 war power, declared war on Japan with just 30 words in a joint resolution:

Our federal government seems to believe it can dominate the life of any American it deigns to choose from birth. Anyone can be secretly victimized by these federal police powers abusers at any time, at any age, and for as long as some federal government designee shall choose. My great-great grandfather volunteered in 1861, as the Civil War opened, to serve in the Army’s horse Cavalry – Company C, 2nd New York. He served, without bearing arms due to his constitutionally protected religious beliefs, through Appomattox in April 1865, the climactic closing battle that led to the April 9th surrender of former US Army turned Confederate General Robert E. Lee and the confederate Army of Northern Virginia. Lee laid down his sword. Our great-great grandfather won the Army Medal of Honor for his bold action during that final battle. Humble enlisted soldiers who serve when called. Like many other American families across generations, we’ve been in the battle for individual freedom, for religious liberty, for the rights to think and say what you believe, to act freely and without fear, to pursue your own dreams without harm to others, all along. My father and my uncle both served in the Army Medical Corps. L. The US Government’s Secret Surveillance State Evolves Alongside Illegal Bioweapon Mind Control
L1. Our Founder’s Patriotism Has Been Coercively Redefined To Suit Government Over People
The US government has had mind control in mind since the 1950s. By the late 1990s, all the tools were in place in space – illegal bioweapon – and on the ground – ubiquitous high speed two-way data communications systems included video and audio feeds from anywhere to any other place as remotely commanded. The 2001 Patriot Act was then used to implement mass surveillance. Surveillance devices can be embedded in virtually anything. The end of a fiber optic cable about the same diameter as a human hair from your head can be fitted with an optical lens. Sensitive microphones can pick up whispers virtually anywhere at nearly any volume. External devices aimed at windows could use window vibrations to listen to conversations in the room by the 1980s. Computers can screen out environmental noise and can recognize individual human voices, distinguishing one from another by voice pattern analysis. All these surveillance tools can be deployed against anyone with next to no effort on the part of a human operator.
The data from household level surveillance can be collected, sent to a remote site over fiber optic cable systems installed throughout the US in the 1990s, analyzed and screened by computer software, then presented to operators and analysts for their review at will. Bioweapon targeting can then be used to change your mind or your actions at the will of the operator. Artificial intelligence is now mining everything everywhere for knowledge and practical application – which can be used in the automating of everything. This classified illegal bioweapon is the part of that overall moonshot project. It cannot be discussed by anyone who has a US government security clearance. These operations against civilian populations are funded by Congress and endorsed into law by our long line of Presidents from both political parties – a political duopoly demonstrably more interested in self-interest using political maneuvers such as mid-decade redistricting than in restoring the private sector economy and American capitalism to health. O. A NOTE OF CAUTION – “Need To Know,” Federal Public Corruption, And Basic Psychological Tradecraft
It is important to understand that personnel working in intelligence, military, and some police powers environments are required at times to undertake acts and operations without understanding the full scope or intent of the senior managers and officers tasking them with a piece of an overall operation. Since these operations are siloed to maintain security, they may also be unaware of other parallel operations being conducted which complement or even contradict or compromise the work they are doing.
Where information is tightly controlled by extreme security, operations which conceal nefarious plots and programs can be hatched, and programs can be hijacked, by senior government and political officials for purposes which are outside their constitutional and legal authority. These overall plots and programs can be broken into seemingly innocent siloed activities and implemented by field personnel who are themselves acting legally, even as the practical effect of the total operation is to accomplish an illegal plot or political goal not permitted by our Constitution and laws.
Political and senior government official complicity and/or conspiracy in the nefarious construction and siloing of the sequence of events leading to 9-1-1, and the immediate power grab after the attack, are as easily contrived for that purpose as for any other purpose. There are clearly illegal operations documented in this overall sequence leading to and into the 2001-2009 period under Bush 43, including the secret use of the illegal bioweapon and the manufacture of fraudulent intelligence information. There are many other examples of these malign and illegal plots, programs, and acts in Congressional investigations of other government corruption, and in the federal complaint and contents on this website. Senior leaders need to be held accountable under law for any significant illegalities just like all other citizens.
Common Psychological Tradecraft Tools
Keep in mind some common tools of intelligence tradecraft (CIA, for example) and of certain sophisticated police powers operations (FBI, for example). They are used legally, and illegally, to create both beneficial, and malign, outcomes: (a) Duplicity is the quality or state of being double or twofold, or the deceptive use of words or actions to hide one's true intentions. A cover company is a form of duplicity, a deceptive use of a supposedly private enterprise to conceal another purpose. (b) Misdirection is the act or process of directing someone toward the wrong place, wrong conclusion, or deliberately providing a wrong impression about actual motives or goals. Using a grocery home delivery service to mark people for an illegal field test is an example of misdirection. (c) Complicity means knowing about, and acting or failing to act, with regard to some plot or activity without making an explicit agreement with another person or organization. A deliberate failure to share information about known plans, events, or changes in a situation which can result in an adverse event occurring which otherwise may have been prevented, is a form of complicity with a perpetrator even when that perpetrator is unaware of the complicit party. Not timely forwarding information which could lead to preventing a tragedy can be a form of complicity. (d) Tradecraft rhymes are signatures placed by insiders, whether individual people or organizations, intended to provide tantalizing clues or riddles which may be apparent to insiders and become apparent to outsiders after the event or plot has unfolded. That’s the nature of this tightly concealed military/intelligence secret "national security" operations world.
