A. TOOLS USEFUL FOR ACCOUNTABILITY AND CONSTRUCTIVE CHANGE
I leave our present reality, (1) mass surveillance of Americans and others who use common electronic devices daily; (2) the power to play God lodged in the hands of a particular few people in government who use an illegal bioweapon to presume to determine philosophy and direction on an individual and nation-state basis and impose their will (whim) on supposedly free people – and (3) the present tattered legal condition of our Bill of Rights and other constitutional rights, described on the https://banbrainhacks.org/courts-reject-federal-law page and elsewhere on this website, which is supposed to guarantee individual liberties but which can only be enforced through federal courts which are, for all practical purposes, inaccessible to most of us and demonstrably intolerant of the filing of legal complaints to enforce even absolute constitutional prohibitions such as the 13th Amendment prohibition on involuntary servitude, to your own contemplation……..
In the meantime, there are tangible things which individual citizens can do. We are not helpless and prostrate before an all-powerful government. Elections mean it is, in fact, the other way round. You can choose to act without acting out in violence or threats.
First, let your members of Congress - House and Senate - know what you think about Government As God:

Second, talk to your friends, reach out to your church, social, cultural, or civic organization. Get the word out. We, the People, created this government in 1788. We, the People, can fix this profound problem with our government. The original idea - our Constitution, and its separation of powers, is fundamentally sound. The politicians who have run our government, and our national fiscal mess, into the ground, can all be replaced.
There are only 536 people directly elected to office in DC anyway - 435 in the House, 100 in the Senate, 1 in the Executive Office of the President. In a nation of 338 million motivated Americans, we can always find some with the courage to lead using the principles our nation was founded on - securing and defending individual liberty and self-expression as each individual chooses, not as dictated by a government. Some who understand the real world of average Americans and who will choose the defense of liberty over claiming on one day to fight for you and another day that they are powerless.
Keep in mind that simply changing laws will not make this happen. Well before the so-called 2001 Patriot Act, my entire life from age 5 has been filled with government rights violations and racketeering acts against “persons, houses, papers, and effects” - violations of our Constitution's Fourth Amendment. Other Americans have similarly suffered. DOJ/FBI’s illegal Cointelpro perpetrated criminal violations against millions of Americans. CIA./Army's illegal LSD drugs were secretly given to nearly 100 million people over 20 years. No consequences - ever - for hundreds of millions of felonies perpetrated by those government organizations. So, simply trimming back or repealing the Patriot Act and insisting on enforcement of the existing 1972 Bioweapon Treaty, the 1990 bioweapon law, and 1970 racketeering act will not end these problems.
THIRD - SUPPORT A REAL, DURABLE SOLUTION
The solution is more fundamental than simply writing or repealing some laws – which are then ignored by the federal government again just as they have been in the past. Truly independent oversight of executive branch police powers is required.
1. Criminal and civil accountability of government officials deeply involved in the illegal bioweapon program, the 9/11 attack exploitation, and other criminal acts used to conceal the illegal bioweapon and its abuse of Americans by our federal government is required. We must insist on it as organizations and people inside our federal government must be as accountable for their crimes and civil harms to Americans as the rest of us already are. If the federal government simply complied with its existing laws and treaties there would be no illegal bioweapon to abuse Americans and others.
2. Ten percent of all federal police powers budgets must be devoted to a truly independent inspection, investigation, and prosecution process focused directly on these criminal and legal compliance problems. The process must be conducted outside these departments by an independent operation, much as NTSB, an independent agency objectively investigates plane crashes which may involve errors of judgement and law inside FAA and other government agencies in the executive branch. Self-enforcement from within the existing justice process has not and does not work - a well-proven fact set which dates back to at least the early 1950s proves this. (When did you write your last speeding ticket after you broke the limit - self enforcement?) The American People cannot tolerate a government which insists on legal compliance from all others, while failing to comply with our laws itself. Congressional oversight has proven to be useless in this regard, as has our so-called Justice Department (DOJ).
3. Federal judges must be chosen who are truly independent of the Department of Justice. About 88% of current federal judges come from DOJ. From the 1920s, when J. Edgar Hoover began heading FBI for over 50 years, DOJ has a long history of internal scandals across its police powers operations, and of concealing illegal acts which occur, particularly in the so-called national security space, as it and other federal departments and agencies violate the state secret privilege and individual rights while avoiding accountability by hiding criminal and other misconduct behind police powers and national security information disclosure exemptions.
If we don’t take these fundamental steps, these problems will not be deterred, will never be fixed, will continue to fester, and become worse as technology advances and is misapplied. These problems will remain to endlessly harass and destroy our children's lives and those of generations to come. All so a few hundred national politicians and police powers officials can claim to fight for us, while they fund and empower illegal acts against us which they hide as state secrets, and then claim that they are powerless to stop these criminal acts and illegal programs inside our own government as it acts against Americans and others.
Simply put, is your future worth that much? Or not much at all if you cross some power-mad federal official? Or suppose one of your children gets swept up into yet another illegal federal government program?
We already know how to do this. For example, we did not end most illegal numbers rackets by endlessly prosecuting numbers runners and their bosses. We finally ended them in the US by implementing a systemic solution - state lotteries. We finally ended alcohol bootlegging and the machine gun enforcement of territories during Prohibition, not by prosecuting bootleggers, but by restoring and regulating alcohol consumption - another systemic solution. Then, we eventually improved highway safety by prosecuting drunk drivers.
Federal police powers abuses, misuse of resources to violate rights, and scandals such as church hijacking and protection rackets run for the benefit of criminals, are over a century old, just within DOJ. The military and intelligence services, other forms of police powers, have similar problems, for essentially the same reasons - the lack of truly independent inspection and enforcement operations.
We can't end police powers operations, but we can hold them directly accountable with a truly independent, adequately resourced professional process. We don't have that today.
As the old saying goes, never waste a scandal.

There are only 536 elected officials in Washington, DC. There are around 160 million of us who are eligible to fill those 536 spots and actually serve all the People as equals instead of making us servants. There are new generations of military and other police powers leaders available who could disrupt these old and terrible practices of our overreaching government police powers, and relieve us of a relatively small self-interested cabal operating inside government.
There’s only one America. It is supposed to be for us all as equals.
