A. Forensic Identifications - More Than Two Dozen Additional Culpable Government Officials Identified

     More than two dozen additional forensic identifications have been completed since the last lawsuit was filed in June 2024. These new identifications include members of Congress, Defense Secretaries, senior military officers, a Secretary of State, CIA Directors and Deputy Directors, and US Attorneys. Except for members of Congress, every one of them is subject to the review and approval of the US Senate as they are confirmed to their positions and promotions. Forensic identifications of state government elected officials have also been completed, including some previously in federal positions, and of foreign intelligence officers involved, knowingly or otherwise, in these illegal US programs. These identifications lend further credence to the probability of a seditious conspiracy among senior US government leaders related to abuses using the illegal bioweapon and conducting illegal racketeering operations. B. Illegal Bioweapon Launched Into Space In 1990s Violating International Treaty With Prohibited Global Deployment

     The primitive ground-based illegal bioweapon of the 1960s through 1980s required a local device for the easiest biohacks (manipulations of human hormones such as oxytocin for love and melatonin for sleep), and a sniper for precision use such as destroying a person’s sense of balance to cause a fall.      In the 1990s, the illegal bioweapon was launched into space and global deployment by DOD using the Space Shuttle for its first launch over the United States, violating the 1972 Bioweapon Treaty. C. On-going Aggressive Illegal US Government Speech And Press Suppression Attempts 

     The federal government's on-going efforts to suppress Project MindBreaker's exposure of the illegal bioweapon and victimizations of Americans and others reads like a broken vinyl record with the needle stuck on one track, playing the same few seconds of sound over and over again. This tradecraft pattern of misconduct and offenses against constitutional rights and federal law actually is an unbroken record of endless echoes of prior misconduct. The only real difference between current and prior patterns is the use of updated technology, which makes it easier for police powers operations to do the same old illegal things. 

     These incidents and events are categorized for easier understanding by you as a reader. These events are complex, co-mingled, and occur in patterns which are mangled and mashed together. They are conducted on a daily basis against US government selected targets. There are no practical countermeasures available to individuals, only a few governments have the technical capability and resources to counteract this space-based illegal bioweapon system.

     Consider how the 16,000 to 20,000 adverse and illegal acts over the past sixteen months (8 Biden, 8 Trump) enhance any Americans public safety and our international security. These federal police powers abuses and provocations are representative of those visited on other targeted Americans, and anyone else they decide to go after. These actions clearly don't match up with the public explanations members of Congress give us for their votes for the ever increasing amount of taxpayer funds and spiraling national debt which they choose to allocate to improve the safety of the American people. Congressional funding of military, intelligence, and civilian agencies, which are all part of our federal police powers complex, are used to conduct these malign acts of sabotage, harassment, and assault against the American People and others. 

     And think about how these provocations and sabotage aimed at others who already have adversarial relationships with our government improve our own safety as Americans. They simply don’t and never have, as this website clearly demonstrates. These operations are out of control. If police powers operations don’t enhance the safety of the American people, why is it that assaults, aggressions, and provocations like these tens of thousands over just the past sixteen months targeting one person continue? And how many unknown numbers of other people are being abused by these operations - targeted either individually or en masse? Does any person with common sense actually believe that police powers acts of provocation, harassment, and sabotage, funded by US taxpayers, improve the safety of the American people? This corrupt pattern of acts is neither justice nor common defense, two of the most fundamental reasons our federal government exists at all. And it’s certainly not protection of any individual citizen’s “unalienable rights.”

     Also keep in mind that violent retribution or threats of violence will solve none of these outrages. That would simply give current political leadership more reasons to oppress using police powers in our streets, something they have already done in some places. This is similar to the "tyranny and oppression" which America's Patriots protested in the Declaration of Independence nearly 250 years ago. The British King's troops, operating as police powers in American communities, abused America's Patriots in 1775 when they were protesting the burden of inflationary tariffs on American families, favoritism and monopolies awarded by the King to his cronies which jacked up prices, failed jobs policies which got in the way of their prosperity, and the suppression of international trade essential to sustain economic growth in the colonies.      These problems are best resolved by voting people who are obsessed with their own political power out of office when they engage in political theater as distractions and aren't focused on solving the real problems of American families.      Some US government operations employ the illegal bioweapon subtly in order to secretly shape and influence behavior in a way which seems natural to the person even as their behavior is actually being hijacked. By contrast, high intensity US government illegal bioweapon operations, which are combined with coercive field operations where feasible, are intended simply to overwhelm, overpower, dominate, and coerce. These high intensity operations are quite simply terrifying for targets with little experience - I went through that psychological and biochemical distress in the early 2000s, before the capabilities of the past twenty years were added. All these operations violate our Constitution, our laws, and our international treaties with other nations. They wildly exceed the US government's powers as limited by our Constitution. 

     Make no mistake, these illegal bioweapon operations are about exploiting the mind and the personal psychology of each and every targeted person to get what the US government wants from them at that moment, not to defend our "unalienable" rights. I wish this abuse and coercion on no one - but many of our fellow citizens, and others around the world, have doubtless experienced at least some of these subtle and high intensity illegal bioweapon operations and psychological coercion at the hands of US police powers acting without legal authority.

C1. Global Reach Of Patterned US Government Misconduct And Criminal Offenses

     The patterned violations described on this webpage would be incorporated in any future legal complaint before a US federal court. They relate criminal-level misconduct, rights violations, and other injuries; identify material perpetrators and participants; and identify additional potentially injured parties who would be added to the class, subject to their consent. 

Recent personally targeted misconduct experienced by the author (Dennis) has primarily occurred in New Jersey, New York, and Washington state. But I have spent time in 44 states, mostly for work purposes while in unwitting fraudulent employment by government funded cover companies primarily used for illegal spying or trying to pursue private enterprises where I actually had embedded federal saboteurs as my “investors” or “business partners.” 

     In each of these hijacked entities, the US government’s intent was to capture and maintain control of its secret and unwitting victims, a class of illegal human medical experiment targets it has abused with its illegal bioweapon development, testing, and global deployment. Some victims were disposed of during testing, as evidenced by the numerous lethality attempts at https://banbrainhacks.org/homicides and https://banbrainhacks.org/attempted-homicides Alternatively, they have resorted to incarceration as a result of a series of entrapments such as paragraphs 621-629 pages 569-613 in pdf download 4 Facts B at https://banbrainhacks.org/hacks%2C-perps%2C-patterns In my case, since repeated lethality attempts and entrapment attempts have thus far failed, they resorted to public scandalization and sensationalism to create public revulsion beginning in the Bush 43 era in hopes of securing the adverse outcome they have not been able to achieve by their own devices.

     I have also worked or traveled in several allied countries throughout my life of involuntary servitude and human trafficking. This conduct has been repeatedly decried by Congress as in: “Trafficking in persons is a modern form of slavery, and it is the largest manifestation of slavery today” in anti-trafficking laws at 22 USC 7101(b). Meanwhile, these trafficking offenses by federal police powers are funded by Congress as a part of police powers operations related to the illegal bioweapon – which Congress conveniently continues to pretend does not exist. 

     There is no reason to believe a globally deployed illegal bioweapon would not be used against many others in those same places. The illegal bioweapon has, beyond doubt, targeted me on a broad geographic basis. It has also targeted individuals I personally know while we were in those places together because I can now recognize those symptoms in others in those places at those times because of my forensic reconstruction process. Global abuses using the illegal bioweapon echo the histories of other illegal US government programs one after another. These include CIA/Army’s MKUltra 100 million dose secret LSD druggings in America and Canada, and FBI/DOJ’s Cointelpro assaults on civic, social, cultural, and religious organizations in America, as well my own experiences being internationally human trafficked involving FBI, at least one DOJ US Attorney, CIA, MI-6, and CSIS.

     The incidents and sequences here only include the more significant events and the nearly endless patterns of other incidents I have directly experienced. The individual acts which comprise the typical daily patterns of illegal bioweapon abuse, related rights violations, and racketeering acts are simply too numerous to mention. That documentation would run into millions of pages over the course of a single year if each and every specific illegal intervention was described.

C2. Use Of Public Venues And Facilities For Illegal Intelligence, Propaganda, And Behavior Shaping Purposes

     Public venues used for certain acts of misconduct and offenses are typically arenas, theaters, and other venues which can be rented. In my case, sections have been effectively roped off with other attendees chosen for that seating area or entire venues used to separate me and members of my families from the public. This is illegal – a violation of the First Amendment right to peaceable assembly.

     Effectively, some of these events are US government staged propaganda - police powers and/or political staged events for those with special access to abuse or shape perceptions of or about their targeted victims. Some are not even actual publicly announced or are, for all practical purposes, inaccessible to the public – quickly sold out by pre-organization, etc.,. They can involve hundreds of people, one or more targets (like me for example), and either incorporate aspects of, or actually are, primarily illegal and intrusive intelligence, sting, and/or entrapment operations like those described at https://banbrainhacks.org/illegal-search-destroy Venue management is often unaware of the actual police powers operations or unable to effectively dispute the use of their venue for that purpose, and/or the combined (albeit illegal) integration of political and other organizations involved in these police powers events. 

     Contrived events and secret segregation are, of course, an improper and illegal use of taxpayer funds for political purposes, or to specifically target and divert specific individuals into operations funded by others. They are surreptitious violations of the Bill of Rights and of federal civil rights law – funded by Congress and controlled by federal police powers. This sort of inverted, illegal propaganda is politically driven cultural lobbying intended to influence and shape perceptions and emotional reactions of the targeted participants and of the public.

     All this conduct is forbidden by our Constitution - the right to peaceably assemble as you choose with others of your choice is a First Amendment right, just as worshipping freely and without interference is also a First Amendment right. But neither of those "unalienable rights" has been or is respected by the US government. Federal police powers criminal non-compliance with law is the core issue of this entire illegal operation which conceals the illegal bioweapon – and all this lawless conduct is persistently funded by Congress. C3. Illegal Bioweapon Physical Assaults And Abuses

     The biohacks described below are perpetrated by remote operation of the bioweapon. These attacks with a weapon of war used on civilians can be accomplished by a field based operator or by signaling between a field observer and a remote operator using specially encrypted phone-like devices.

     Federal police powers used the illegal bioweapon to perpetrate around 40 base of cerebellum full neck width extreme contraction attacks each day between December 18, 2024 and January 16, 2025. The cerebellum is the region of the brain at the back of the neck which controls involuntary bodily acts such as breathing and heart rate. So, it’s proper functioning is clearly very important to living a healthy life, or any life at all. At other moments during these attacks, they also stiffened my neck muscles to force my head up at times, and down at others, as well as to extremely limit side-to-side movement. Over 1,200 of these attacks were perpetrated in about four weeks just prior to CIA Director Burns departure as Biden 46 left office. As with other operations, these attacks were perpetrated as the others described here continued.

     Torture sequences in public venues perpetrated against various muscle and nerve bundles in the legs, arms, and core induce pain and erratic movements. These have recently been conducted in a NYC theater, among other places, and are similar to torture sequences conducted at a Mets game in August 2021, a trip to Congress and DOJ in October 2023, and a NYC concert venue in September 2023.

     Adrenaline (fight or flight) agitation biohacks are commonplace. Most recently, these have included two episodes of 3 seconds each during the week of August 25, 2025 at Edgewater, NJ Acme Market while an older person exited a New Jersey Transit bus and again just 50 feet away moments later near a TJ Maxx exit door. These repeated agitations can make a person feel out of control, cause them to act out, and result in an assault or an accident. This would actually be an undetectable remotely perpetrated assault by a federal officer on both the victims in the incident, but the actual perpetrator would never be known due to government secrecy and a complete lack of evidence at the scene – a perfect crime. An extreme example of this type of remotely perpetrated crime is found in paragraphs 805 BD through 805 BH at https://banbrainhacks.org/homicides

     Falls and woozy/fainting biohacks resulting in uncontrolled falls occurred in my bath shower, kitchen, and bedroom. Two back-to-back straight drops, sudden collapses with no prior symptoms due to abrupt losses of consciousness (lights out), occurred in my kitchen on April 15, 2025, and in the NYC Port Authority bus terminal on September 13, 2025. A woozy/dizzy sequence was also conducted on a Central Park West sidewalk between 108th and 94th Streets on the afternoon of May 26, 2025. 

     Suppressed heart and respiration biohacks, including one on stairs ascending about 100 vertical feet near St Clair Place to the US Grant Memorial on Memorial Day 2025, have occurred frequently since my April 2021 fall in Palisades Medical Center which was part of the contrived colonoscopy-related lethality attempt. Woozy cycles have occurred very frequently both indoors and outdoors since sometime in 2023 or early 2024 when a progressive bedroom fall sequence began this series of biomedical abuses.      A sidewalk trip and flip which put me on the sidewalk facing in the opposite direction from the start of the fall was perpetrated just south of Edgewater Commons in March or April 2025. This pattern event was similar to a NYC Morningside Park biohack attack on September 17, 2022, described at Interline Exhibit 15, page 386, which you can find in the pdf download 3 Facts A at https://banbrainhacks.org/hacks%2C-perps%2C-patterns

     Equilibrium and visual confusion biohack attacks have occurred on stairs in the NYC Port Authority Bus Terminal at various times. At a Citi Field event on August 26, 2025, a female federal officer deliberately left a large bag in the aisle, which required a long, awkward step-over in a very narrow seat aisle while I was dizzy/woozy during the seventh inning stretch and all seats were occupied. These biohack attacks use inner ear imbalances and/or visual depth perception confusion to disrupt balance in narrow aisles and on staircases, particularly during descents, and occasionally during ascents. They have also been used to injure people falling off horses, including my sister and Neal Katyal around 1970, the same year my sister Sandra was killed by an embedded USPHS doctor involved in the much earlier stages of these illegal human medical experiments by the US government.      While falls are more common in older people, this particular sequence, which began aggressively in 2023, follows a very long sequence of numerous lethality attempts and failures which targeted me beginning in the 1980s documented at https://banbrainhacks.org/attempted-homicides

     Colon blocks began in late 2019 and continue to require abnormal interventions weekly to prevent a medical emergency. A trip to a hospital emergency room was required on July 2, 2024 due to a persistent failure of the abnormal intervention. After a series of contrived scares in the hospital suggestive of a requirement for immediate colon surgery, a colonoscopy showed no significant adverse results. However, the anesthesiology resulted in a persistent buildup of mucous in my airways, whether intentional or otherwise. 

A series of gastroenterologists have effectively declined efficacious follow ups since the colon disruptions began in 2019. The UHC Medicare plan referred me to four physicians who were inattentive, offered no remedy or failed to follow-up, and to one non-existent doctor at a false address actually used as a performance venue in New York City (NYC). The UHC prescription co-pay was arbitrarily and illegally changed from $7 to $95 from one month to the next during the 2024 plan year, making a somewhat effective medication unaffordable after samples and a 30 day prescription had shown reasonable treatment results.

     Daily illegal biohack operations not described in detail include an array from micro-aggressions to mental distress, muscle biohacks, other biomedical hacks, language, visual, and memory center biohacks. There are simply too many to document and describe.

C4. Coercive Psychological Operations (Psy Ops)

C4A. Department of Defense Operations - Psy Ops

     I noted US Navy Hudson River deployments as my criticisms of DOD and military related forensic identifications were ramping up in late 2024, which continued into mid-2025, as the Presidential transition period was also underway. Undercover military police powers personnel in civilian dress were also deployed shoreside in various locations to conduct coercive field operations with no legal basis.

C4B. Death Frauds And Entrapments – Personal Relatives Psy Ops

     Two relatives purportedly died in the month of October 2024. My phone texts indicated that my Uncle Bruce, an Army veteran from the Vietnam War era, was followed by my Mother, both in October 2024 These deaths were related in mass texts and excerpts from other relatives forwarded in those mass texts. One sister reported my Mom had broken her wrist and her face was partially crushed, but a supposed restoration of the face on the cadaver was completed by the undertaker. As became clear later, this line of reasoning about the partial facial restoration was Intended to mask the facial differences between the cadaver used and my mother.

     My “mother’s” funeral service on October 28, 2024 was the most sparsely attended funeral I have ever noted in this church. The fake mourners included the former fake elder from our northeast Tacoma Army/DOJ/CIA hijacked church Wednesday evening services in 1970-72, where we were moved by fake ministers infiltrated before her death, a few weeks after Sandra’s killing (paragraph 803, 805 at https://banbrainhacks.org/homicides The former fake elder posed at the funeral as a fake minister. His presence in the ministry of this church is impossible under church rules as he was previously a married man. No married or previously married ministers have ever been allowed. A black sharpie line just below blouse neckline had been drawn across the "mom" cadaver from shoulder to shoulder. So much for facial restoration – this was simply the cadaver of another person with some facial resemblance to my mother.

     My “mother’s” burial service was in the correct cemetery but at the wrong burial location. This false burial was over 100 feet away from the site which the family purchased along with my mother’s parents, where my father, eleven year-old sister Sandra, my mother’s parents and one aunt are all buried. If this cadaver were unearthed from the location where it was placed in the burial vault, it would provide a DNA disconnect between generations of our family members co-mingled with unrelated cadavers. For the funeral service, Sandra’s grave marker had been relocated (or was duplicated in advance with untrimmed grass around its edges which carefully disguised this false placement) and was also over 100 feet removed and 180 degrees reversed from its prior location. While this fraud cannot be established for criminal purposes without further investigation of the perpetrators, it is suggestive of the lengths to which federal authorities will go to perpetuate cover-ups of criminal acts, and is dispositive as to their willful, knowing engagement in coercive psychological operations against their illegally targeted living victims. 

     My “mother’s” estate was probated by a Sumner, WA lawyer in Pierce County, WA Superior Court as is customary. After correspondence indicating my unwillingness to accept any portion of this alleged probate, I received a package with a check and a harmonica (there was nothing to associate a harmonica with my mother on any level) approximately one week before Mother’s Day. I scanned the package and its contents, retained the related phone texts, then sent the entire contents, including a check for more than $120,000 to the Pierce County Superior Court for legal disposition.      These death sequences were another set of offenses against rights and sensibility in a long series of targeted provocations and entrapment attempts by federal police powers and their media co-participants. Was the safety of the America people top of mind in this set of team efforts? Seems rather doubtful to me.... You?

C4D. Abuses Of Other State Courts - Psy Ops

     In yet another abuse of courts, I received a mailed summons to report for “Petit Juror” duty in early 2025. While I know of no such form of jury service, I reported to the Bergen County Courthouse for “Petit Juror” duty. There were over 100 other fake petit jurors in a farce which lasted until shortly after noon on May 13, 2025. The day began with an orchestrated nearly missed New Jersey Transit bus ride to the Courthouse (presumably to claim failure to appear for jury as a matter of public propaganda), jury orientation included a faked video which included jury instructions that the body language of witnesses be considered as testimony - a ridiculous contradiction of law, and video credit for production of this video in NJ court was given to the federal court for Western Washington - a completely separate set of laws and rules from the State of NJ. A biohack during the morning added a carefully placed coffee stain to my inside out polo shirt, and a "bad hair day" completed the videoed event package. C4E. Public Bioweapon Sexual Abuses - Psy Ops

     Child attraction inferences were videoed in 2024-25 using my bioweapon manipulated frozen blank stare, together with furtive eye movements in public places in northern NJ and NYC. Among other such activities, US government employees used a couple of children on scooters to create video images, then the kids disappeared as their parents were transferred to other locations. These images are intended as targeted propaganda manipulations. They use the illegal bioweapon to freeze the facial expression and create furtive eye movements together with the happy children to create contrast of innocence with the false impression of the adult target which can then be leaked to the public by the US government or its current political collaborators.      My actual behavior - I babysat dozens of children of all ages from infants through teens of relatives, including my faked second family assigned primarily by the illegal actions of CIA and Army. I was stepfather to three teens, including two teen daughters of a deputy sheriff in the first marriage, and the mentally challenged son of my assigned second wife. I knew one of the children I babysat was the infant son of an FBI agent. Most of the other children were, unbeknownst to me at the time, sons and daughters of FBI, Secret Service, and Army officer personnel, among others. 

     Nonetheless, the manufacture of public suspicion has obviously been an essential element of US government public propaganda manipulations for at least twenty years now. By comparison, consider that it is likely that biohacked sexual abuse perversions were perpetrated to abuse targeted people with the illegal bioweapon in illegal field operations and human trafficking by US government police powers operators in the 1990s. The biochemical signature which drives child sexual predation is known to the US government. It was used against me for a few minutes around March 2005. There was no act of predation, but this biochemical signature was unmistakable in those few minutes of biohacking. 

     Perverted 1990s US government operations were likely hidden among actual sexual child predators making abhorrent personal choices in international sex trafficking operations.  The international location of KSM’s pre-911 cancellation of a planes operation coincides with this particular perverted US government intelligence community operation in that same time period.      The illegal bioweapon has also been used repeatedly to manipulate inappropriate public self-touching, so frequently that I must modify my typical relaxed hand positions to make it nearly impossible to accomplish biohack. But the repeated attempts periodically stop for a time, so I relax this - and soon thereafter they return - a cat and mouse game played by federal police powers thugs using the illegal bioweapon to manipulate an everyday unconscious thing we all do - where do I put my hands while sitting or standing - as they attempt to create false impressions over and over again - felony provocations played over and over with no legal basis. These US government operations are clearly conducted so that video surveillance cameras can record them, and members of the public will misperceive the targeted victim's actual normal behaviors, attitudes, and state of mind. The illegal biohacks are accomplished by direct manipulation in all sorts of environments, at times incorporating deliberate overcrowding to press people together, and/or show the targeted victim in unusual or suggestive body positions, when they are simply trying to allow others to sit or pass in crowded conditions such as a bus or subway.

C4F. Racketeering Act Violations Affecting Interstate Commerce - Incorporating Psy Ops

     Products and services are provided in a variety of deliberately sabotaged and defective forms, using well recognized retailers and brand names as covers. Most targeted victims would associate this sabotage and defects with the retailer or product brand, even though this is rarely the case. The following incidents occurred in 2024-25 period, but these same types of incidents have occurred repeatedly over the past 20 years of fraudulent and illegal targeting, including by federal, state, and local police powers.

     Among the defective products falsely attributed to national label retailers in 2024-25 were botulism in a tomato paste can with a broken seal, defective household products, defective and incorrectly sized apparel (either as delivered from deliberately incorrect product selection for delivery or using a deliberately applied incorrect label); and overpriced products substituted and charged to credit cards without authorization, requiring hassled returns and delayed crediting of these unauthorized charges. Bad deliveries of wrong quantities, defective quality, delayed or repeatedly rescheduled deliveries, and the use of bilingual personnel instructed to deliberately misunderstand the language are also commonplace. All these techniques are used to harass and attempt to provoke violence or threats of violence against police powers personnel, so they can arrest and incarcerate their targeted victims as a result of their direct provocations.

    A series of attempts to replace prescription eyeglasses in 2024 included coercive sequences - one included a phony local eye exam which identified a left eye cataract which does not actually exist, and another that required new frames be purchased which was intended to drive the cost up and alter my appearance and confuse the public as part of the endeavor to conceal me and the illegal bioweapon. The third, an online sequence resulted in a police powers operation effectively holding a pair of eyeglasses hostage, providing no services, and sending harassing email correspondence in an attempt to provoke threats. The net result of all these sophisticated undercover police powers operations in retail stores, phone intercepts, and online - medical benefits denied, an old prescription still being used, complete with scratched lenses - quite the taxpayer-funded police powers accomplishments across the United States, as all these departments and agencies contribute to the public safety of the American people.......???

     Electronic hacking and spoofing of otherwise commercially accessible websites which, having specific information about my personal sizes and preferences, are carefully organized and curated to eliminate online product availability and pricing from the spoofed online retailer website, and prevent access to the actual website where the desired product would ordinarily almost always be available. A great public safety service to benefit America's online retailers by these police powers carefully protecting them from targeted customers.....??? US government websites are similarly hacked to preclude access to desired information and to convey false information.

    For several years into 2024, a running series of attempts to cause a dryer vent fire from excess accumulated lint and an overheating dryer was attempted. Excess lint accumulation, combined with a thermostat malfunction is easy to hack using ordinary electrical circuits to override thermostat temperature control using internet of things sabotage. Textiles, particularly ordinary appearing socks and towels purchased in nearby stores and online, used deliberately excessive loose weave cotton to accumulate an extreme load of flammable lint in dryer vents. During these surreptitious attempts, vent cleanouts were required every few months to maintain safe vent tubes so an overheating condition would not be able to trigger a vent fire. The monitoring must continue to avoid repeated attempts which would result in fire and water damage.

     Fraudulent and misrepresented services during 2024-25 have also included overpriced haircuts, both as compared to the online stated price. These services have been provided in manipulated and disappearing locations.

There is no contribution to public safety from these patterns of harassing conduct against any targeted victim - they are certainly neither ethical, humane, nor justice in any recognizable form - they continue nonetheless due to a lack of professionalism and discipline in some of these taxpayer funded police powers operations.

C5. Civil Rights Violations – First, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Eighth, Thirteenth, Fourteenth Amendments

     Violations of civil and constitutional rights by police powers operations include contrived performances and captive audiences. For example:

         1.  Faked, non-existent events of civic and entertainment organizations, such as Jazzmobile in July 2024.

          2. UJC Summit 2025, supposedly the United Justice Coalition's annual summit, was a police powers produced event preceded by a false email sequence, used to supplant the actual event at The Shed in NYC and had increasingly strong racist stereotypes and overtones as the fake event progressed through the day.

          3. False online descriptions emailed to announce the 2024 MOMA Film Fest resulted in my viewing strongly racist stereotype movies portraying Black and Arab characters, which would have been considered as such by most people at the times they were made years earlier.

          4. National Arts Club NYC was used for fake police powers events with prior misconduct cameos by some personnel, as well appearances by near lookalikes for others used in false identification and identity conflation attempts which are forms of witness tampering. Some events here and elsewhere also included fraudulent and misleading content.

          5. Fraunces Tavern, a National Historic Landmark from the Revolutionary War in NYC which hosted several of President George Washington’s actual federal government department offices in what is now it's upstairs museum, was used to host fake book events, relating phony stories about George Washington as a partner of the tavern owner Fraunces as co-entrepreneurs, and provide misinformation about Paul Revere and his famous ride to Lexington and Concord in April 1775.

          6. International and national news websites, and US government websites, have been and are hacked to provide propagandized content, to delete and substitute other content, to provide misdated content, and to insert fraudulent photos insert and delete others to promote misidentifications. These are all forms of both witness tampering and First Amendment press freedom violations. The ProjectMindBreaker.org website has been similarly tampered with by federal personnel, including with page URL hacks to redirect users to faked content on falsely substituted webpages, to hack and modify content, to hack links to other pages and websites, and to deliberately insert typographical errors, among other speech rights violations. C6. Forensic Recognition Of Other Prior Field Operations 

     In Summer 2024, two key field leaks, conducted in three parts, occurred in northern NJ and NYC. These leaks each included one illegal bioweapon hacked silent verbal narrative, and two physical incidents with visual symbols and signaling. None of this was directly attributable to any person or organization. Those two sets of leaks tracked important future events which could only be understood by the recipient (me) after the fact - the two attempts on then candidate Trump. 

     In 2025, multiple sightings in eastern King County, WA of a false WMD trailer during the early 2000s, shortly before the Iraq War, which were not understood at the time of the initial sightings, were reported to DOJ.
