Illegal bioweapon track, trace, and biohack has been a space-based reality since the early 1990s. This was tested on me in that late 1980s into 1990s Bush 41/Clinton 42 era. Richard Kerr, a retired 32 year veteran of CIA and immediate former Deputy Director CIA, was my undercover minder in the US and UK over a two year period, in urban, rural, vehicle, aircraft, office, hotel, marine, subterranean, remote mountainous regions and other environments. These tests were conducted in both controlled and uncontrolled settings, with remotely located operators knowing at times and blinded at other times to test details such as precise location. These tests occurred while directly observed by Kerr as minder, when he was not directly present and others who were not cleared into the program secretly surveilled me from a distance, while in my vehicle or hiking alone with no possibility of surveillance in remote areas, and a wide variety of other conditions, including adverse weather. These tests were secret, I was unwitting, and with my recent painstaking forensic analysis of this period, there is no doubt these tests were exhaustive and successfully demonstrated this comprehensive set of capabilities. The successful global deployment and sign-off on this illegal space-based bioweapon system later in the 1990s is summarized below. The critical point of this entire discussion is the following:
There is NO doubt that Usama bin Ladin (UBL), Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM), and the 9/11 hijackers could be tracked, traced, and biohacked from the first moment UBL declared the al Qaeda fatwa holy war in February 1998 if CIA could acquire them as targets. CIA already knew where they were as the initial attacks unfolded in the Middle East on the USS Cole and US Embassies in Africa. With the space-based illegal bioweapon and proper secret tasking of this system, CIA could subsequently track specific individuals, once identified, with very high accuracy even when visual sightings were lost by the ground tracking teams CIA relied on, as they did in Afghanistan with local tribes and in Bangkok, Thailand with US intelligence assets.
These specific track, trace, and biohack capabilities of the illegal bioweapon were closely held secrets known to very few people, key insiders with knowledge of this very close hold program. Four CIA Deputy Directors, as well as multiple Admirals and Generals, sometimes doubled, were typically involved in day-to-day field operations throughout the 1980s and 1990s. This is virtually unheard of in military and intelligence operations. Those key participants included the following political, military, and intelligence community leadership....
During those early 1990s field tests on me, former CIA Deputy Director Kerr reported to then current CIA Deputy Director Navy Admiral Studeman, who formerly ran Naval Intelligence and NSA. Studeman reported to CIA Director Gates, and had spent time in the field with me along with Bob Gates in the latter 1980s. Bob Gates had been CIA Deputy Director then, when he also spent time in the field with me at LazerSoft as my first marriage was wrecked and the second secretly assigned in 1987-1989. He became CIA Director and later Secretary of Defense under Bush 43 and Obama 44.
Generals Mattis and Austin, who later became Secretaries of Defense under Trump 45 and Biden 46, signed off on the globally deployed space-based illegal bioweapon system in the late 1990s while posing as CNA Project Managers. The current Speaker of the House Mike Johnson was hired as a CNA team member during this period, after our HR person was unable to locate qualified BSIE staff. He supposedly held a BSME degree, the same engineering degree which KSM had earned in the US some years earlier. The cancelled KSM 1999 Bangkok planes operation and 9/11 hijacker recruitment, training, and attacks both occurred during this period, as Army General Shelton, formerly of Special Operations Command, served as Joint Chiefs of Staff Chair, and JCS Vice Chair Ralston traveled very visibly to Pakistan to warn the well-connected Pakistan Army Chief of Staff, who already knew bin Ladin, about the impending attack on UBL's Afghanistan camp, which UBL and his senior team evaded successfully.
William Burns was CIA's DS&T field program manager for the illegal bioweapon throughout these events in the 1980s into the mid-1990s before he went to the State Department in DC, then to Jordan in the Middle East, then back to DC to run US Middle East policy through the 9/11 attack and until late 2005. He returned visibly to CIA when years after 9/11 he become CIA Director under Biden
Senator Biden had been posing, with a double, as my father-in-law in the late 1980s and through the 1990s. He was in the US Senate on the Foreign Relations committee throughout this era until he became Vice President in 2009, after Dick Cheney went from House Conference Chair when he appeared to me with the power grab plan in mind, through the Defense Department, then into the White House as Vice President. John Barrasso, Dick Cheney's political friend who observed the second assigned family and the descent of a child into schizophrenia as a medical doctor, later became a Wyoming Senator, and is in leadership organizing votes today. These facts about government positions and politicians are publicly well documented. The secret portion of this fact set is the result of years of careful forensic analysis conducted throughout a blizzard of government disinformation and biohacking, and is related on the timeline below and further detailed elsewhere on this site.
These were the thus far identified core members of the cast of key US political, military, intelligence, and civilian police powers personnel in place in the lead-in to the 9/11 attack, which occurred one week after Robert Mueller moved from his positions as US Attorney for Northern California where key field tests and sex trafficking had occurred and Deputy Attorney General under Bush 43 to become FBI Director, a position prematurely vacated by immediate prior FBI Director Freeh shortly after William Burns returned to DC from the Middle East.
This fact set and these key conflicts of interest cast profound doubt on key elements of the government's sanitized unclassified public version of 9/11 events in the 9/11 Final Report and other reports which followed these terrible events. Along the way over many decades, taxpayer-funded programs have been coercively co-opted by corrupt self-interested acts among some leaders in our government, by politicians and police powers posing as our friends and protectors, and as friends of liberty and freedom for us all.
