The targeting and detailing of specific Americans into the line of attack on the four hijacked aircraft used in the 9/11 attack in September 2001 was a focal point of the cabal. They were intent on securing legislative approval to run over the rights of individual Americans with mass surveillance and an illegal bioweapon which can reshape minds, thoughts, and actions – directly contradicting the very purpose of the fight to found our country, securing individual rights and liberty for Americans. A. Who - American Government Officials Targeted Certain 9/11 Victims
Here we come to the targeting of Americans by other Americans, a common tool of criminals. Not at all what we expect from our own government officials, of course. And most would not consciously do so. But, subject to confirmation of occupational details, forensic analysis has identified at least dozens of victims who were likely secretly detailed without their knowledge onto the four aircraft used in the 9/11 attack.
Why would these particular 59 Americans be targeted and secretly detailed onto the four 9/11 hijacked aircraft by military, intelligence, and political elements of our own federal government? These victims almost certainly had definitive connections to political, DOD, CIA, and other police powers leadership who were/are Operation PowerGrab’s principals. These victims were key civilian technological contributors to Operation PowerGrab. Many of them led or were critical contributors in the teams which developed and/or oversaw the field experiments and mass field testing of the essential technologies. While specific identities are not disclosed here to avoid the risk of retaliation on surviving family members by the disoriented or hateful, you can see the description of these targeted victims’ work below at subheading I. These victims worked in a complex of different organizations and in siloed projects where criminal penalties enforce secrecy. They may not have been able to see or understand other pieces of this complex set of technologies in their siloed environments. So, they would not necessarily have understood the overall Operation PowerGrab plan in advance. But with the Operation PowerGrab act of sedition implemented through exploitation of the 9/11 attack, some among these targeted victims may have been able to immediately grasp the scope and nefarious purpose of the principals they worked with and for, who were overseeing their work and managing the taxpayer funds used in these projects.
There was a definite risk of criminal exposure, and there is continuing criminal liability, to some Operation PowerGrab insiders. The direct connections between these specifically targeted victims and the principals could have quickly exposed at least some of those Operation PowerGrab’s principals to direct legal consequences ranging to the death penalty. That fact alone could still cause a rapid unraveling of the entire corrupt operation. And, as the immediate grief of other team members subsided over time, this horrifying realization would be absorbed by those other team members. B. Why - Federal Principals Contempt Of Constitution And Laws Exemplified
“ I don't mind people thinking the CIA was a dangerous, difficult organization..... didn't mind them thinking we were evil sometimes. But I didn’t like them thinking we were incompetent. If that is the view…you have real problems.” - Former CIA Deputy Director Kerr, a Navy officer, and one of my personal handlers in 1992-95 after retiring as Deputy Director, quoted in an excerpt from a 2006 PBS Frontline interview.

B1. Lawless Disregard Of Our Constitution And The People Is Politically Rewarded
Intelligence operations and military operations persist side-by-side with other federal police powers operations. But do typical Americans agree that We’re only “evil sometimes” is to be our modern day US federal police powers model? Most criminals can say that with confidence - stopping at stoplights on your way to rob a bank follows that same “model” behavior. That’s our government of laws, not of men? You can hear the politicians and government press offices squawking in protest at these kinds of statements.
But here’s the problem….
CIA Deputy Director Kerr would not have been promoted to CIA Deputy Director over more than 30 years after leaving as a Navy military officer to become a CIA case officer promoted to the second highest official in CIA, if he had not accurately reflected senior management and political attitudes toward the American People in CIA, DOD, DOJ, EOP, and in our Congress. The US Senate must vote to confirm every officer in our military, as well as most senior intelligence and other federal police powers officials. This “official” line exemplifies their contempt for their proper constitutional roles.
These elected and appointed officials gravitate not toward "the rule of law" but toward their own “government of men” whims, typically expressed secretly rather than in public interviews. Congress votes and funds, police powers personnel selected for loyalty execute, and Congress evades proper oversight, of these illegal “sometimes evil” amoral and sometimes criminal so-called “national security” programs. Often enough, the whim they fund isn’t even their own and certainly doesn’t represent their own constituents' best interests. Instead, it’s partisan fealty to some leader acting outside constitutional authority – examples abound across decades as described from independent sources and direct experience in this Acts of War section and the Executive Branch Failures section of this website.
This pattern of contempt – lawless behaviors not merely tolerated but endorsed in the confirmation of legally compromised public officials to higher positions and undeserved honors is in the Congressional and Presidential two-party tradition of partisan fealty over the rule of law. Two widely publicized examples:
(1) Cointelpro was a decades-long mayhem and violence program against Americans run by FBI Director (for life) Hoover, even as control of Congress and the presidency changed hands back and forth across the two political parties. Congress renamed the FBI Headquarters Building, across the street from the Justice Department, as the Hoover Building on his May 1972 death. This came just fourteen months after the exposure of FBI’s nation-wide Cointelpro mayhem and violence campaign against American civic, social, and religious organizations, led by Hoover.
(2) The 1970s DOJ Watergate Special Prosecutor investigating President Nixon’s criminal conduct was fired by Robert Bork, DOJ Solicitor General, after the DOJ Attorney General and his Deputy refused and resigned. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saturday_Night_Massacre Nixon later resigned and numerous White House and campaign aides were criminally convicted in the Watergate scandal. Nixon received a criminal pardon from President Ford. Some years later, Bork was nominated by his political party to be a Supreme Court Associate Justice – supposedly to administer justice equally and impartially for all Americans, having personally fired the prosecutor in the middle of the investigation of Nixon and his felon team. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Bork In contrast, the political appointee who served as Acting FBI Director, L. Patrick Gray, forced out the FBI Associate Director W. Mark Felt. Decades later, Felt fingered himself as “Deep Throat,” the secret source who assisted the Washington Post to break the news stories which led to Nixon’s resignation. FBI had clearly investigated the facts of the Nixon campaign’s political corruption under former Attorney General Mitchell. FBI management had tried to veer away from their 1956-71 criminal conduct in Cointelpro under J Edgar Hoover. But a political appointees overruled, so DOJ would not have prosecuted the criminal conduct in the presidency in the absence of the extreme public pressure generated by the national news media coverage. That Acting Director, L. Parick Gray, was himself fired - for tampering with Watergate evidence taken from a burglar hired by former FBI and CIA agents to conduct the burglary which he ordered be placed in his office safe.

Our modern national political class finds it more convenient not to address these issues directly, they simply dodge, distract, and decline proper oversight to sustain partisan political fealty. Combined with profound advances in modern technologies able to abuse Americans en masse since the 1990s, this has set the stage for systematized exploitations of the many Americans by a few Americans. Our national political class and federal police powers have fraudulently concealed their amoral, ambiguous, and “evil sometimes” homicidal and other abuses behind a smoke screen of “national security.” This modern pattern of practice among some in our federal government is how we arrive at the next phase of this Operation PowerGrab cabal’s plot……
C. How – By Exploiting An Emeny Attack
The 9/11 attack was the intentional, premeditated, and indiscriminate killing of 2,977 civilians from America and other nations – UBL authorized it and KSM architected it. Nineteen of the twenty hijackers sent to America used box cutters and brutality to conduct the attack. No one doubts these facts.
This 9/11 attack could also be exploited by certain US interests to target certain American civilians. That evil can be and has been done by some inside government - politicians, military, and intelligence officers whose activities are covered up and concealed by use of both threats of law and indirect terrorization - is a matter of both US history and of personal experience.
The group of loosely organized but tightly held Operation PowerGrab principals introduced themselves to me secretly in the 1980s, used cover names and identities to disguise their true identities and included key officials among Reagan’s “far right hand” team https://banbrainhacks.org/1980s-%26-sedition-a-plan Some were involved, for example, in Iran-Contra, an illegal arms-running operation coordinated by the White House and National Security Council across DOD, CIA, and foreign intelligence services. Two people in the off-the-books portion of the Deloitte Seattle office where I unwittingly worked in the 1980s were also involved but escaped notice as lower level CIA personnel, deeply involved, was mostly left out of the public discussion of the plot. This informally organized Operation PowerGrab group expanded over time to include others who chose to conspire or at least to go along as complicit partners (such as police powers officers in military, intelligence, and civilian roles; Congressional committee chairs and ranking members, other classified cleared Congressional Representatives, Senators, professional committee staff; Executive Office of the President staff, and so forth) in the internationally prohibited development and deployment to space of the illegal bioweapon. These Operation PowerGrab principals, who convened, sponsored, and directly participated in its long-running elements, had very complex methods and technologies developed over decades at vast American taxpayer expense available for abuse. They could use these methods and technologies to exploit the 9/11 attack and conduct their own acts of political/military/intelligence sedition against our Constitution and government of laws while “blaming the other” for the physical attack itself. This is an old political trick, to use outrage against others, mirrors of distraction, and misdirection, to focus all the attention on those outside attackers, while evading detection of their own plot to exploit these violent acts of outsiders. This “blame the other” misdirection and distraction technique is also well-practiced and quite common tradecraft exploited by our own intelligence community – and that of others as well.

D1. Sources - Reliability Is Driven By Experience And Integrity
Since childhood, I have been a long-time unwitting alpha and beta test victim of the illegal bioweapon and racketeering acts programs abused by the indirect hand of the United States. The fact pattern across this website clearly shows that much is unmistakable. D2. Facts That Matter And Omissions of Facts That Matter
The 2004 official 9/11 Commission Final Report wove together an intricately detailed pattern of facts with some notable and very fundamental omissions of facts. This was a red flag investigative omission in the unclassified report noted very early in the evaluation of the plausibility of a nefarious 9/11 aircraft passenger detailing process. It was the key starting point of a months-long process which led to eventual recognition - subject to final verification of occupational details of specifically targeted victims - of the near certainty of explicit US government targeting of those victims to be surreptitiously detailed without their knowledge onto the four aircraft hijacked for the 9/11 attack.
The key 9/11 pre-attack sequence which drove me to take this closer look was (a) the space-based illegal bioweapon system beta and field trials in 1992-1995 in which I was unwittingly involved by former CIA Deputy Director Kerr, an expert on the use of aircraft in civilian attacks from his involvement in the December 1988 Pan Am 103 Lockerbie, Scotland Libyan intelligence bombing attack investigation and US retaliation, (b) Usama bin Ladin’s (UBL’s) February 1998 al Qaeda fatwa holy war declaration, three 1998 al Qaeda attacks against US interests, as well as one by the US against the al Qaeda base camp which missed UBL and his senior team, (c) the Bangkok planes operation cancellation by Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM) sometime around the beginning of 2000, which effectively perpetuated the global status quo complacency in aircraft security measures implemented in the midst of 1970s aircraft hijackings, (d) the 1999 Third Quarter - Hamburg 3 team members train pick mentioned above, (e) the specific event sequencing required to complete the 9/11 attack from 1999 visa-permitted entry through 2000 hijacker pilot flight training and 2001 completion of muscle hijacker entry, (f) the concurrent 1999 CIA Bangkok lost surveillance, (g) the 2000 San Diego FBI field office investigative lead dropped by order of FBI Headquarters, all as described in the Timeline at https://banbrainhacks.org/1990s-prelude-to-9%2F11-1 Quite importantly, (h) the correlation of all those events included in that Timeline sequence with certain specific 2001 US national security personnel departures, appointments, and promotions. These changes were partially masked by the normal quadrennial presidential transition from Clinton 42 to Bush 43, described at subheading D. Those personnel transitions, promotions, and resignations reinforce the perception of a plot involving misdirection for very basic reasons – the noted omissions in the Report, and the known character flaws of both the individuals who occupied those positions and the institutional flaws of those organizations. With individual identities of numerous direct participants now forensically unmasked, and former cover names now connected to their actual positions and character, I can confidently connect these individuals and their organizations to their malign field operations. Past Congressional investigations connect those same styles of malign field operations against other Americans to these same organizations across the same decades since my own childhood.
D3. Methods - How Subversive, Seditious American Principals Target Americans…..
Understanding how this particular kind of malign exploitation of an enemy’s motives and attack are used to victimize one’s own countrymen is somewhat complicated, so it takes some time to explain. But the basic premise is simple - if you’re an Operation PowerGrab principal, you don’t alert people to your adversary’s surprise attack because it might stymie your own goal to use their attack to get what you want – more control.
Advance knowledge of pending attack operational details, combined with a measure of operational control exercised indirectly, such as the simple ruse of controlling hijacker selection of aircraft by hacking favorable airfares online, would provide the necessary means to secretly detail targeted American victims onto the four 9/11 hijacked aircraft. The technical means to accomplish this were well within the then existing capabilities in the US intelligence complex and completely accessible to very senior personnel in the military and intelligence community. Those technical and tradecraft means are called methods.
Methods are used to operationalize policies and plans, legal or otherwise, through taskings – it’s intelligence community jargon for how to change the tire on your car – jack, spare, lug wrench, and safe procedure to complete the tire change tasking. But there is one catch in this specific type of situation – your targets are your adversaries, you have to complete this tasking through them and others without ever directly contacting these adversaries, while letting your own team know only what is necessary for their specific tasks and roles to be played, and only letting your adversaries know you are around if it serves your purpose in redirecting them.
Sometimes making yourself visible to people who are trying to avoid detection can make them change their plans or cancel one operation and move to another, perhaps one you may already know about. Then they will believe they are redirecting themselves to avoid you and complete what they believe you don’t want them to do – which may be nothing at all, or some other operation at another time and place. As you might imagine, using these indirect methods can be tricky and often enough has unintended consequences. Unless, of course, you can use the target’s moment of uncertainty to “help” them make up their mind - with an ultra-secret illegal mind-control bioweapon even your own team members on the ground don’t know about.
While we don’t have access to the classified details of these systems, nor know who would have had access to the siloed information sources to assemble and track each element at the senior-most level, this set of intelligence community methods and technologies could be used as follows: CIA field operations,including surveillance and psychological tradecraft, could be deployed in the train pick operation in Germany by which three of four hijacker pilots were diverted to join UBL’s desert camp in Afghanistan instead of going to Chchnya as those hijackers had originally planned. State Department international consular operations could be exploited to assure US entry visas were issued. Each individual hijacker could be tracked, traced, and biohacked by the ultra-secret close hold space-based illegal bioweapon, even when lost by ground-based surveillance teams. The global bioweapon satellite constellation was in final field trials between 1998-2000. NSA surveillance technologies could be used to monitor the 9/11 attack preparations sequence as people moved across the globe from Afghanistan, as some moved through Thailand and the cancelled Bangkok planes operation to San Diego, California, while others moved through pilot flight training, thence to the hijackers final locations in the eastern US, where they boarded direct and connecting flights to the four flights selected for the 9/11 attack.
Favorable two week advance ticket prices could be easily used to maneuver the 9/11 hijacking team’s date and flight choices to those four relatively low-load 9/11 early Tuesday morning flights.Once this had been accomplished well in advance, ample space for the detailing of the 59 or so targeted victims onto those specific flights required only that similar low fares and/or Tuesday afternoon meeting dates and times at their West Coast destinations be organized so travel would occur on those same four flights. The separately secured classified silos at CIA, State, and NSA could be tasked and directed by a very close hold team at the highest levels, even as the tasked personnel themselves in each individual classified silo operated without an understanding of the overall objective, unable to grasp the total picture. D4. Details That Matter, Details That Really Matter
Here we need to spend a moment to focus on key operational details which allowed this malign plan to progress to mayhem and deaths – First, some critical global operational details: KSM’s 1999 cancellation of the Bangkok planes operation is a key detail similar in importance to the Hamburg 3 team members train pick redirect above. In 1999, KSM cancelled the Bangkok planes operation by four hijackers, presumably using some basic electronic means such as email or voice to notify the team in Thailand to drop the operation and go to ground.
The unclassified 9/11 report doesn’t state exactly when on the cusp of the 1999/2000 millennial change this cancellation happened. An international electronic transmission from a known terror source, KSM, previously indicted in the Southern District of New York (Manhattan) for the 1993 WTC truck bombing, would almost certainly have been picked up. National Security Agency (NSA) works this type of electronic tasking every day and has done so for decades. So, that exact KSM cancellation date is likely known to the US and may be key. Nor do we know why KSM cancelled it then. These are odd details to leave out of a detailed narrative.
By the late 1990s both the illegal bioweapon, and the behaviors of CIA ground surveillance teams, could be used to change minds. This I know as a beta test victim of the illegal bioweapon – freeze, block, and basic impulse override mechanisms were already in place. As a subject of intense and often clumsy surveillance activities by various undercover police powers, I have seen them sometimes intentionally making themselves visible for a variety of reasons.
The most sophisticated method would have been to use the illegal bioweapon to change KSM’s mind and cause him to cancel - but simpler was likely better and more convincing in this case. The CIA ground track teams in Thailand acquired, then lost, ground track of the four hijackers in Bangkok.
Ground tracking can be very difficult for a small team working secretly in a large city without local cooperation. KSM’s Bangkok planes attack team would have been doing simple countersurveillance for any sign of their own movements being tracked, just like any home burglar looking out for cops or curious neighbors. They may have picked up the CIA ground surveillance and notified KSM, who cancelled the operation. Did CIA blow its own field team so the hijackers would pick them up and go to ground as KSM cancelled, or did that sequence run the other way around? With no access to classified signals intelligence (most likely NSA electronic surveillance logs and narratives) and dates, we simply don’t know how this was accomplished. Either way, two hijackers left Bangkok, went unnoticed for a time, and moved on to San Diego, California to attend flight school there.
The stark fact is that completion of that Bangkok planes hijacking operation would have alerted the world to the renewed use of hijacking of civilian aircraft for attacks on civilian targets, uncommon since the 1970s hijacking spree. This would likely have led to some further airline security countermeasures within the US. Security screening was not a US government responsibility in 2001. It was handled locally at airports by contracted security guards using hand wands, magnetometers, and x-ray machines. The Transportation Security Agency and associated government intelligence surveillance systems we use today for airport screening were created in the years after the 9/11 attack.
D4A. Clean Reputations Collide With A Dirty Reality A Little Later
Second, some key personal direct experience operational details: During that same change of millennium 1999/2000 period when the Bangkok planes operation was being cancelled, as CIA lost ground track of the four Bangkok hijackers, and as two of those hijackers were moved to San Diego for flight training, where an early 2000 FBI San Diego field office flight school lead follow-up (on those two hijackers mentioned above) was killed by FBI DC Headquarters, at least one other consequential action then underway in San Jose, California may factor into this sequence.
An FBI undercover intelligence agent was detailed out of Thailand for six months to pose as MAGI’s in-house Project Manager. He later returned to Thailand, according to his voluntary self-report to me as CNA Industrial Engineering started work on production and warehouse operations design for Media Arts Group (MAGI) campus relocation project which I oversaw. During a six month period from late 1999 when a lease was signed, in early 2000 as our work began, and on into Spring 2000, he was presented as MAGI’s in-house Project Manager. This period of the deep cover FBI agent’s absence from Thailand coincided with the KSM cancellation and move of two of those hijackers to San Diego. During this same period, FBI undercover investigations were also tied to child sex trafficking by American men traveling into Thailand.
Thomas Kinkade’s MAGI canvas transfer mass production operations were being relocated from San Jose to Morgan Hill, California. In-house project managers typically see a project through to its completion – he did not and was not replaced by MAGI. So, this was likely simply a cover story for his six month absence from Thailand, the maximum period an FBI undercover could then sustain a domestic undercover operation role. In subsequent years, Kinkade had the honor of being named the second Ambassador of Light by former President Bush 41 and his Points of Light foundation. Kinkade was also involved a series of publicized sex scandals which damaged his public image and destroyed his marriage – plausible simultaneous reasons for the FBI undercover presence at MAGI and absence from Thailand.
Robert Mueller was the former 1970s church hijacker and Marine from my earlier years when my 11 year old sister Sandra was medically killed early in the ground based evolution of the illegal bioweapon used on her twin sister and Neal Katyal (Shawn Morrissey). He attended law school and moved to FBI. Already long familiar with the illegal bioweapon project, he was US Attorney for Northern California from August 1998 until August 2001. He oversaw the DOJ/FBI district which includes the headquarters for the Webvan/HomeGrocer and MAGI cover projects as Army Colonel Austin (Joint Staff under Chairman Shelton) and Marine General Mattis were directly supervising the illegal bioweapon mass field trials, posing undercover as CNA Industrial Engineering project managers. Mueller then became acting Deputy Attorney General in January 2001 as Bush 43 entered office. He was named FBI Director one week before the 9/11 attack, a position he retained for an extra two years until Septmber 2013 because Congress granted him a wiaver to serve for two years past the 10 year statutory term.
