      Serving and past members of the modern American Congress - House and Senate - from both political parties have collaborated in the development of the illegal bioweapon. Due to the continuing pattern of electronic hacking, tampering, disruptions of living circumstances, and other acts intended by the federal government to discourage, delay, and disparage an accurate telling of the heinous story of the development of this illegal bioweapon used on Americans without our knowledge or consent, and on others around the world, all in a long-running pattern of violations of our Constitution, laws, and international treaties, the GAG Scores presented here are necessarily much less detailed than would be preferable - for the time being.

     Congress runs on its committees which develop policy (law) and conduct oversight (at least in theory, that was the Founders' intent when it organized the Congress). Experience tells us that unless the current majority party can drop a bomb on the minority party, or vice versa, these committees often have minimal interest in the subject matter within their jurisdiction when they meet in public. Nonetheless, the illegal bioweapon's development, testing, deployment, and the protection of illegal government programs, rather than the American Peoples' rights, are a primary motivator for political and legal behavior across all three branches of our federal government  - Congress, Executive, Courts.

     For the time being, the GAG Score is limited to a listing of the relevant committee membership of each serving Senator and Representative. It is focused on the illegal bioweapon which poses a "never before seen in human history" threat to the liberty and personal well-being of every one of us.      Armed Services - establishes policy (law) and oversees the military operations of the US within and outside US territory, including DOD, Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Space Force and myriad intelligence operations, research and development operations related to basic research which extends well beyond weapons systems, and relations between military departments and defense contractors.      Intelligence – establishes policy (law) and oversees US domestic and foreign intelligence agencies and their operations and the intersection between federal military and civilian intelligence agencies, foreign intelligence agencies, and non-federal domestic police powers agencies.      Homeland Security – establishes policy (law) and oversees a variety of agencies charged with border and interior enforcement of immigration law, the Secret Service which protects currency and certain members of the Executive branch such as the President, conducts other operations to protect US national security assets and interests not directly within the jurisdiction of US military department or intelligence agencies.      Foreign Relations – establishes policy (law) and oversees US relations with other countries, including State Department and its embassies, ambassadors, and US diplomatic interaction with US foreign intelligence operations.      Judiciary – establishes policy (law) and oversees domestic federal police powers operations, such as the Department of Justice and its FBI, and other police agencies, and all federal district and appeals courts. The federal military justice system operates separately from the civilian justice system.      All these Congressional committees’ roles seem banal and ordinary elements of Congress, the policy (law) setting and oversight branch of our three branch system of government. But, as you can plainly see from the evidence presented across this website and in prior investigations by journalists and by Congress itself, the reality is anything but banal or ordinary. It isn’t even constitutionally compliant in protecting the rights of Americans.

     Rampant and enduring violations of law and Constitution abound across this system, incorporate current and future members of Congress and the Executive branch in illegal programs, and are protected in fact, if not in law, by actions of an internally conflicted, rather than “truly independent” judiciary. 88% of federal judges come from the Justice Department, which has and does politically protect illegal programs hiding as “national security” state secrets from disclosure.      That is the reason these specific committees have been and are crucial in sustaining the illegal Government As God bioweapon used against US citizens for mind control. This mass risk reality for us all at the hands of any federal government official with access – by political, military, or civilian police powers operations – will only end if enough incumbents are removed from office by We, the People – that is the way it has always gone – dating clear back to the 1791 Bill of Rights demanded by the People as the condition for ratifying our Constitution to create our federal government in the first place.

US SENATE

     The Senate’s role is constitutionally different from the House of Representatives as Senators confirm all nominations to positions in the Executive branch, including military and civilian politcal appointments as officers of government. The House is also charged with investigating and bringing impeachment charges against federal officials whose trials are conducted by the Senate. Otherwise, both the Senate and House have similar roles and responsibilities for developing policy (law) and for conducting oversight of Executive branch operations in each of these committees, though their rules of operation are different.

     Each incumbent Senator has voted for illegal bioweapon funding in multiple federal budgets. Have you ever had the Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee secretly invest federal money in your private business while using a fake cover name, identity, and laundered funds from the Defense Department?
